Singapore, One Orchard Road, SINGAPORE, SG, 238824 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
It was a good location since it was city center. No toothbrush and toothpaste given so bring your own. No hotel slipper. The room is clean however they will clean it only once of our entire 5 days stay. The lobby staff is accomodating. In our room you can hear the other side since the room has an access door to other. So if you are staying only in one room do not book that kind of room.
Booked a room for 2 nights but it was infested with ants. Staff allowed me to change to a new room, which I appreciate. Only basic amenities are provided. Room is, otherwise, rather spacious. I'd recommend the hotel for its excellent location.
The front desk staff were really friendly, and check-in was a breeze. The location is super convenient too, right next to Fort Canning Park. It was so nice to grab breakfast at Ya Kun nearby in the morning and then take a stroll through the park. Great value for money!
A budget-friendly (by Singapore standards), very clean hotel with an excellent location. You can easily walk to all the main attractions in about 20-30 minutes if you exit through the car park on the 3rd floor. Across the road are Fort Canning Park and the tunnel. The metro and bus stops are also nearby. Definitely recommend!
Very convenient location, near to public transporr, mall and convenient store

Pool is the best part. Room is small, ok for one. Would struggle with two and large luggage. 7-11 Directly below is good.
A very nice, very clean and very friendly staffs. Budget friendly indeed. Just hope they will provide free toothbrush and toothpaste next time. But very Good all in all.  Don't mind my things on the bed. It is so spacious though. Liked it!
The room was too small. The service was okay. The booking process was prompt, convenient, and quick overall, which was good.
The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of subway stations, malls, and restaurants nearby. It's also just a 5-minute walk to Clarke Quay. However, the room size is unbelievably small; it's hard to even turn around. The facilities are subpar too – the toilet, faucets, and shower all barely work. The water heater is electric, so you can't shower for more than ten minutes before the water turns...
Good hotel from Ibis Budget brand! Clean, quiet, and well-organized. The location is very convenient because it's close to Clarke Quay, Merion Park, Chinatown, and MRT stations. The hotel's service is also quite good, compared to other hotels in the same price range, as well as to other Ibis Budget ones.
The hotel is very close to the Merlion and Chinatown, and Gardens by the Bay is also within walking distance. The rooftop pool is clean and well-maintained. The room was exactly as pictured. A special shout-out to the front desk staff – I arrived on an early flight to Singapore with my child, and even though we were early, they allowed us to check in without any extra charge. I'd definitely stay here...

Hotel is quite near MRT station . In the between of City hall and Bugis . Room and tidy and clean . Front counter service is so friendly . And mini bar snack is free . Highly recommended.
Getting to everywhere from Victoria Hotel is really convenient. There are trains and buses just around the corner. My room has no view but it was more private and definitely quieter. The room is clean. Shower area looks a little dated but everything works as intended - water pressure, hot/cold water and drainage. Alvis was also really helpful and friendly. I would personally recommend staying here...
Nice stay at Victoria Hotel! Very convenience area. Train station and bus stop very near. Staffs are nice and friendly.
Pleasant stay with good accommodation. With complimentary sentosa attraction.
The service was truly exceptional. Even though I don't speak English, they were incredibly patient in explaining everything and helped me throughout my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the location was super convenient with a bus stop and a 7-Eleven right downstairs. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and offered great value for money at this price point.
Location was near to bugis, the our lady of lourdes church, a 7eleven, etc. Room was just the right size to be comfortable. Few free snacks along with the drinks on the room staff were very kind and helpful. Good place to book too if youre planning to do the elephant run.

The hotel room wasn't very big, and besides being clean and having a good location, there wasn't much else going for it. However, its convenient location and reasonable price were definite plyusy. If you're really out of other options or on a tight budget, you might want to consider this hotel.
Location is near little india (5 min walk) and the best thing is the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Just use google maps to know which bus to take. Next to the hotel is a 7/11 which is very convenient for late night snacks. Room was nice and staff was super friendly and helpful. Very recommended if you’re going to singapore for a short trip.
Conveniently located close to the subway station. Both the hotel and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The room is fully equipped with all the essentials: TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, and hairdryer.
Room was sufficient for 2 but has no window view. The wash basin is outside the toilet and thus feel cleaner. Front office staffs and housekeeper is very helpful & kind. There’s a bus stop just outside the hotel and 2 nearest MRT station of Rochor & Little India.
Nice service have water machine in lobby, room small a bit but ok to stay form 3 night
The reception counter Mr Jian Wei and his partner are very friendly. We are allowed to leave our luggage earlier before check in. The free water refill service in the hotel is also good for us, we can directly get the hot water from the water machine.

The room was great, located right in a residential area with plenty of restaurants frequented by locals. The small park next door and the nearby sports center were perfect for those who enjoy exercising, allowing them to continue their routines even while on a business trip.
The room was just the right size, perfect for two people. It's also conveniently located near places to eat. My only observation is that there are quite a lot of Indian people around.
Service and location is very good, walking distance to MRT is near and near to shopping Mall.
I like the location you can use the green line metro train to and from Changi not after 11 pm the bathroom drain smell was awful I had to have the exhaust fan on 24/7 or the time I was in the room. The TV couldn't cast to my device. The toilet and bathroom doors were transparent, which was a bit unusual and impractical compared to what I'm used to back home. The lighting design was also a bit off, shining directly into my eyes. On the bright side, the Chinese staff member was really great and friendly. It was nice that I could borrow an umbrella when it rained. The sweet fermented rice dessert...
Went with my gf a couple of times and the room is always great. Clean and comfortable and very near the mrt with many convenient food places near Dhoby Ghaut make it a great hotel for a short staycation. The staff was also very friendly during the checkin. The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station and a park nearby. It's clean and tidy, and the staff are all very polite. I especially want to praise Jaxy Raspreet at the front desk – she's beautiful, friendly, and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist, and can communicate perfectly in Chinese! Whenever I travel...
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional, and check-in was super quick. They even upgraded my room without me asking. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. It's also really convenient for dining and transportation. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business...
A very good travel experience. The hotel is in the city center, a great location, and the front desk staff were very helpful and polite. Most notably, the housekeeping staff, Miaofang, were exceptionally professional, meticulous, and also very polite.Good!

Great location, very convenient, and easy to get around the area. However, the room was quite dusty. The in-room amenities were good, but there weren't many facilities within the hotel itself. Great location near Bugis with lots of food options nearby. Unfortunately, the room was old, small, and smelly. The bed was hard, pillows were unpleasant, and the toiletries felt very cheap. Hair dryer and flat iron were broken. The room did not feel clean or hygienic, and I was not comfortable during my stay.
Service is excellent. All staff is good and helpfull. Recommened hotel for 3 person on 1 room. No need to booked 2 rooms. Just 1 room for 3 persons.
The hotel is good it's just that the ceiling is quiet bothering. The bathroom door is not good
The hotel front desk staff was very friendly and nice. However, you should be noted that it is not very clean compared ( there were molds in the bathroom sink and some damages on the bathroom door ). They will only send the cleaning if you request them but still, after they clean the room, we got the moldy smell from the floor, probably from the dirty mop they use. There is coffee machine in front of the check-in desk with some local snacks. The machine have Teh Terik too. The room are comfortable and clean. The bathtub is clean too.
The hotel is in a good location, very close to East Coast Park. It's also convenient to go to Geylang for frog porridge and not too far from the airport. There's a swimming pool on the top floor, and plenty of dining options nearby. However, the bedsheets weren't very clean, and the room was quite small.
Santa Grand Hotel East Coast was a great stay—very clean room and excellent service. They even provide free coffee and cookies, plus a free mini bar in the room, which was a lovely touch. I booked a room as a woman traveling alone and was overall satisfied with my stay. Considering the price, it offered good value for money. The room was clean, which was the most important thing for me. It was perfect for one night, and I would definitely book again. The location was very quiet, making the stay calm and pleasant.
There’s often no hot water, and the bathroom gets wet, but it’s understandable for its affordable price. On the other hand, the receptionists are friendly and helped us change our rooms many times. A good choice overall!
It's fine. Nothing special, room is small, clean enough, location is excellent but a little walk to subway. Good value.
Been awhile but still it was my favorite place to chill and relax. Bed and pillows are so comfortable to sleep in. I totally have my own private place to rest.
The hotel's location is great, quite convenient. The hygiene is acceptable, but the bedding had some stains. The staff's service was inconsistent; some were excellent, while others were very impatient. The air conditioning was very noisy and made strange sounds. The bathroom design also had issues; there wasn't enough legroom when using the toilet.

The front desk staff speak both Chinese and English, which makes communication very easy. It would be even better if there was a washing machine.

The inside was very cramped, the bathroom was dirty, and there were no tiles on the floor.
This hotel offers terrible value for money. For over 700 yuan, the room is tiny – barely enough space for two people to move around, and you can't even open a suitcase on the floor. I definitely don't recommend it!
Overall nice experience. Helpful staff and convenient location
The staff were very kind. Had a one-night stay in one of their loft style rooms. I liked the industrial design of the room and the maximized space. However, the exhaust was shared between the shower and the toilet cubicles, and lots of open channels. So when I had a steamy bath, the whole room got very moist. Walls and the floors were wet. Not very pleasant. Good design, bad execution, i guess.
Hair dryers aren't provided in the room, but you can borrow one from the front desk. The loft ladder was steep, but for a solo traveler, the space was ample and felt very clean. The AC unit was positioned right in front of the loft, which made it a bit chilly.
It's a bit of a walk from the station, but the location is very convenient. The shower has glass walls, so it's visible from the room if you don't draw the curtain.
