Nice rooms and good place to easy access to every needs

The room was cozy and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There are many food options nearby, making it ideal for solo travelers. It's not too far from the MRT station, within walking distance, which makes getting around very convenient. For Singapore, the price was really good value for money.

we booked the 6 beds, the beds makes squeaky sound when we move. The location have to walk about 5mins to the nearest bus stops. But the staff are nice and they clean the room everyday. budget friendly for ground.

Everything was great, especially since we were traveling as a family. The area also has plenty of places to eat, so there’s no need to go far.

I stayed at Space Pod in Bangkok and really enjoyed it. You sleep very well in the capsules, but they seriously need to clean the vents – there's a lot of dust visible from the outside. Also, the shower caddies should be tightened, and the squeaking sound from the capsules when you move around needs to be fixed. The ladders for the larger capsules could also use some tightening. The room was tiny, the bathroom was minuscule, and it was incredibly noisy outside with the air conditioning unit running all night.

I am a regular guest here and I think most of the staff already knew and recognised me! I was only away for like a month or so and one of the staff already mentioned that it had been a while that he didn’t see me! It’s alright, I would consider staying again. Staff is pretty helpful they changed my room as AC was leaking. Rooms are tiny but have everything you need including refrigerator. Cleaning on daily basis. Good and strong wifi. Thin walls so you hear people chatting behind the wall or talking outside of the room.

Bliss Hotel is in an excellent location in the middle of Chinatown. Food courts, Restaurants, Shopping Malls, MRT, bus lines, and so on are just beside.

This hotel's location is perfect, super convenient for the MRT. The facilities are quite clean too, making it a great choice for a trip to Singapore. Singapore is such a clean, safe, and friendly city. I really hope to come back and visit again someday!

Near Mrt China town , easy to walk around there

I've booked this place many times, and honestly, besides the good location, everything else is just mediocre.

Excellent location as the hotel is opposite the Chinatown MRT station and near the bus stop. Many food outlets around the hotel and a famous Chinese restaurant next door. Helpful staff. Second time at the hotel for us, small rooms and not easy to move around freely. Noisy AIRCON. 2 free bottles of water, also Cup noodles and large bottles of water available for S$2 each in room.

If you find hotels in Singapore too expensive but don't want to compromise on comfort, this is a great alternative! Remember to push the plug up to get hot water. The room is quite spacious, so it doesn't feel cramped at all, and there's a desk perfect for business travelers. Considering the price, it's really good value.

Everything was as described. Everything was clean and the comunication was really good. I definitely recommend it.

The location is good. But the mattress is terrible. When sleeping or when our body is turning. There is spring sound from the mattress. Using so long but fo not want to change the mattrress. And also the mattrress make our body itch. This is a bad experience to us. And the amenities all very old. Tv also spoil. Can not see. I think hotel 81 is better than this hotel. Niceee hotel, near mrt bugis and halal restaurant and mosque. Free water for drinking 🫶🏼, no need to buy water when at singapore just fill ur bottle. 10 minutes walk to coin laundry, and the important is bidet shower 😆

Compact rooms, but great bang for your buck! A huge plus was the complimentary minibar. They were very generous with the free snacks and sodas.

Staff were friendly. Room was fine for price. You can hear the call to prayer throughout the day which I enjoyed but might be annoying if it wakes you early!

Stayed here for the location and affordability. Compact room, but everything was in working order. I just didn't like the aroma diffuser at the common areas, it was overwhelming. Smells very synthetic and toxic (perfume). My nose couldn't take it. Perhaps consider something more natural if you want to keep the hotel smelling fresh? I also think this is the smell your other visitors are talking about...

Its at the best location ever! You have the whole Arab street to explore which transportation at the nearest. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is actually very friendly and nice.

Room was small but the design made up for the lack of leg space. It had a free smartphone to use as you stayed there also the shower had actual hot water.

The property is lovely and very clean. The rooms are cosy and provide slippers and robes, there are also a variety of teas and coffee provided. An iron is available on request at reception. The only thing that would be nice to have is a small side light at the bedsides instead of the spotlight. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The front desk staff are friendly and polite. The hotel lies between 2 MRT stations ( Lavender station and Jalan Besar station which both take 15 mins walk to hotel). Opposite the hotel is the famous " Scissor- Cut Curry" shop. Economical and delicious curry rice. There are many other good eateries around the hotel.

The location is excellent. You can walk to a bus station and metro from this hotel. I selected a room without the window because it was cheaper but I recommend booking roms with the window. (Unless you want to sleep well in the morning.) I personally liked the amenities of tissue with the hotel name. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

This is my 5th trip to SG during these couple years and keep staying here.Best location for MRT transportation to my various destinations in SG (both for work and relaxation). All of the best services provided by Mary, Dolly and Xia were so much impressive. I think I can't find other Apart-hotels in SG with the overall highest level of "User-friendly" like this.

The hotel was under renovation! Many rooms we passed by on the way to our room were open and not habitable at all! We were assigned a room on level 2, and we had to walk past workers holding onto their ladders whilst we walk pass them. If we knew it was under renovation, we would not have booked the hotel. We wanted a staycation but ended up disappointed

The room is quite spacious, and I've stayed here many times. The cleanliness, however, feels like it's not as good as before. The facilities are decent, and they provide disposable slippers. The environment is pretty good. As for the service, they now have Chinese-speaking staff, which is a big improvement from before.

The hygiene was acceptable, and the facilities were quite basic. The bathroom was small and didn't have a separate wet/dry area. However, the price and location advantages make it very worthwhile to stay, especially since it's so convenient for getting to NUS.

The reception was helpful, attentive and quick in getting us checked in. The corridor to the room and the room itself was narrow but the room was clean and it featured the amenities that were expecting for the price point.

Arcadia Hotel was a total (pleasant) surprise. The price-quality ratio in Singapore is nearly unbeatable. The place is clean, functional, I had good sleep. The location amazing, with so many nice restaurants and bars in close proximity, including an MRT station. I took the breakfast option, which was tasty and totally satisfactory. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area!

About 700 meters from the subway station. The hotel and rooms are clean and hygienic. The room is well-equipped but small, with two single beds. It's relatively quiet. Bottled water is not provided in the room.

I stayed here as a solo female traveller! I don't speak English, but they were kind enough to help me and I had no problems. The room was clean and a bottle of water was provided every day. There was everything I needed, such as a kettle, towels and toothbrushes. There was only shampoo and body soap, so if that bothers you, I recommend bringing your own conditioner. The room is very tired, it smells like sewage, there are no European sockets (the TV had 1 USB), you can hear your neighbors quite well, the pillow is too high and hard.

An excellent choice! The location is superb, very close to the subway, and within walking distance to many famous landmarks. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the riverside night view is fantastic.

Service was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised with the attentiveness and the level of care this team (Edmar, Shannen, Jean) provided from start to end. Edmar even followed up in person on a request I made during my online booking which was totally unexpected and much appreciated.

I was transiting though and thought to spend a night out. Room was a bit in the small size (although I got an upgrade) but all the required amenities are available. Not suitable if you have a big suitcase/luggage due to the size.

Divina and Belle are very helpful. WhatsApp fast response to feedbacks and questions. Location was awesome, center of Singapore and walking distance to MRT. Cons: water passing through the pipes can be heard if someone showers, as this is an old building. Dragging of chairs can be heard as the floor is not carpet. Staircase may be a problem for bigger size travellers.

Clean simple room for 1 night over New Year's Eve. Manageable walk from the Bay Area. Winding corridors to get to room, with a large glass wall against the bed frame... made us feel slightly unsafe but we checked for cameras and didn't find any.
