Not recommend to any visitors

Booked here as it is close to the office but it is very small, dirty , and isolated

Just 2 restaurant downstair and the photo for the shopping mall is not true , the nearest is 2KM 🤣

Overall, this was a terrible stay, and I definitely won't be considering a return visit in the future!

I bought a hotel voucher on Trip.com and chose to redeem it at this hotel because I was going to the Blackpink concert in Singapore.

The hotel exterior looks grand, but the interior facilities are very basic.

It's located between the airport and the city. A taxi from the airport takes about 25 minutes, and a bus takes about an hour. It's about 1.2 km from the Mattar MRT station (DT Line), which is a real struggle to walk in the daytime. The bus stop towards Clarke Quay is about 300 meters away.

The hotel room was very small, but what was most unbearable was the poor facilities. The room's security lock and toilet seat were broken, and there were many small ants in the room I was given. I had to call the front desk to change rooms!

The cleanliness was mediocre. The sheets had obvious stains, the mattress was yellowed, and dust in the corners was visible to the naked eye. Since I couldn't cancel the room voucher, I had to begrudgingly extend my stay. If you have a decent budget, I wouldn't recommend it! If budget is your only consideration, then I guess you can make do...

This is the worst hotel I never met . Super bad bad bad bad……..
I totally not recommended any one booking this hotel and I also very disappointed about Ibis hotel in Singapore.

1. **Presence of Cockroaches**: I was alarmed to find cockroaches in my room. This is not only unpleasant but raises significant health concerns and is completely unacceptable for any accommodation.

2. ** Presence of Cockroaches and Dirty Bed Linens**: The bed linens were visibly dirty and appeared not to have been changed prior to my arrival. This made it difficult to feel comfortable and safe in my own space.

Located within the Macpherson Mall so there are some eateries in the mall.

For parking you need to enter use cash card or autopass then before u exit need to inform front desk and they will get a staff to go down to the boom gate to touch their free parking card.

Room service only carried out every two days but even without the room service they should st least top up the coffee, tissues, or provide fresh towel.
