Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Felt like I was SCAMMED. Caution the No Refund policy.

There was little to none customer service with issues of the odor of the room. Unpleasant scent from the automatic diffuser and they refused to deactivate it.

Don't be deceived by the advertised photos because it is not clean as it seems.

The whole room was unhygienic, walls and floor was dirty and we didn't feel safe at the premises.

The manager was not accommodating at all. Felt like he was expecting for us to cancel so that he could have the room available again. We did leave but did not check out for the reason above. We checked-out the following day.

I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is clean and affordable, especially for a family room.
The setup is simple — the rooms are located upstairs, with the lobby on the ground floor.
The room feels like a converted loft, but it is still comfortable.
The location is okay and convenient enough.
Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a clean and budget-friendly stay.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen and experienced in Singapore. And I’ve flown in to Singapore maybe easily 20 times in my life, but this is by far my worst experience. And to and things worst, it was when I brought my family along with me. The state of the hotel is horrible. Full of dust, molds, dirt and pretty much run down. I tried to ask for a refund and the hotel denied it, despite not getting money back; we left and moved to another hotel. This experience was shocking and deceiving. Do not stay in this hotel. And trip should seriously consider removing it from its portfolio.

No proper cleaning as there is only one cleaner .Cock web round ceiling and also small insects flying around the room. Toilet/shower too small for big size persons.

A Nice place to have tasty North Indian food. As soon as I went, I immediately ordered Mango Lasssi which was exceptional.

I was looking for something uncommon in main course so I tried Spinach Kofta curry. Koftas made of spinach dumped in red gravy was tasting awesome. Tried it with Tandoori roti which was also soft and buttery. I tried Gulab Jamun as well at the end which was sort of ok and not that good as comapred to other things I had.

Enjoyed some lovely Dum Biryani and Kakori Kebabs. Portion sizes, service and ambience all were pretty good. Value for money.

Such a great Indian restaurant with great food. The food was delish. The restroom was clean. The staff was well mannered and very friendly.

Very cramped eating space and food is only average. The refill for food is very slow and the food you order using the clips also takes forever to be given to you. The service is also very bad, when waiter wants to clear used plates they just take it without asking you or whatsoever. Never coming here ever again.

The food variety was so-so only and the taste was not too bad. But the refilling of the spread was disappointing slow.

Great for beer lovers as there's free flow of Sapporo beer but note only for an hour only. Dinner: 6.30pm-7.30pm.

Amount paid was about $50 after all the taxes. Would I recommend? Only if you like beer and can stomach lots of food. Else, I believe there are more cuisines to try for $50/pax.

Expected more variety at $53/person. We came at about 7pm, and a lot of the food were already running out and not refilled. Food tag says "Cereal Prawn" but the dish was soy sauce prawns instead. The raw crabs were fresh but the raw prawns were not. I think the high price is due to free flow Saporro beer and they have hagendaaz ice cream for desserts.

Very disappointed. Table not clean and there is a smell from cloth used to wipe table. Little variety in ala carte food and picture in menu does not reflect how the food actually looks. Bento sets, especially the Katsus are not hot. Waitress is rude and they served the wrong drinks.

Food was bad and cost came to about $53 per person. Salmon wasn't fresh and even though there was shabu the wagyu wasn't all that good. Actually tasted more like pork.
