Tried the set lunch today and the food is great for a very affordable price. The place is cosy and bright with warm smiles plus welcoming service from staff from the reception to the restaurant staff. I will definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues.

The room is large enough for the price. Enough functions in the bathroom. Wi-Fi is awful. No microwave in anywhere. There is a water server. Good place for long stay, but wifi.

The hotel is right in the city center, next to a subway station, so if you arrive during the day, you can just take the subway and save on taxi fares. Overall, it was a good stay. The experience was generally positive and everything went smoothly. However, the cleanliness could be improved, as there were some crumbs near the window beside the bed. They were already there before we checked in and unfortunately were not cleaned during our stay. Aside from that, everything else was good and we had a pleasant experience.

They don’t have front desk officer. You check-in through instructions given by a person a tablet at the lobby. You can also ask inquiries or asistance from that tablet or contact them through whatsapp. I recommend this hotel for people with a tight budget.

Staying only one night there and during check in, the card reader which supposed to grant me access to my room is broken and the virtual receptionist said it was because of the system outage. Easy to go anywhere in town, near the mrt. Self checked but can talk to hotel staff if you cannot checked in by yourself. The room fit for one person only. Some room don't have the windows.

I took a video when checking out. The room wasn't cramped, and the cleanliness and facilities were decent. The hot water would get cold quickly and take a while to heat up again. It's a good option if you're out all day and just need a place to sleep at night.

It was a good location since it was city center. No toothbrush and toothpaste given so bring your own. No hotel slipper. The room is clean however they will clean it only once of our entire 5 days stay. The lobby staff is accomodating. In our room you can hear the other side since the room has an access door to other. So if you are staying only in one room do not book that kind of room.

Booked a room for 2 nights but it was infested with ants. Staff allowed me to change to a new room, which I appreciate. Only basic amenities are provided. Room is, otherwise, rather spacious. I'd recommend the hotel for its excellent location.

The front desk staff were really friendly, and check-in was a breeze. The location is super convenient too, right next to Fort Canning Park. It was so nice to grab breakfast at Ya Kun nearby in the morning and then take a stroll through the park. Great value for money!

A budget-friendly (by Singapore standards), very clean hotel with an excellent location. You can easily walk to all the main attractions in about 20-30 minutes if you exit through the car park on the 3rd floor. Across the road are Fort Canning Park and the tunnel. The metro and bus stops are also nearby. Definitely recommend!

The room isn't huge, but it's very clean and the style is exactly what I like. The ground-floor pool room makes swimming super convenient. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were exquisite, and they even offered free refills on the drinks during afternoon tea!

I want to commend Vanessa, she served us at the reception during our stay there! She was really kind, attentive and she really took good care of us! The location, is quite secluded, it’s a really quiet, no shops except a fair price. Which has all the essentials so that’s fine. There aren’t my cashless options, so good to have cash with you when you stay there. Some rooms have smart tv, some don’t.

Orchid Country Club feels a bit old, and the front desk staff could improve their service as they rarely smile. The swimming pool also looks outdated. The only things I enjoyed were the NTUC supermarket, bowling, and the fast food options.

Best cost-effective way if you want to live in convenient location while not compromising living experience too much. The best part is that they got private parking for customers. There are around 10 parking spaces or so.

Solid hotel. 91 AUD when we booked. 40 mins from airport. No soap/hair products but a great and needed comfortable bed after sleeping at Changi Airport. Also had a great window which was nice.

The room wasn't huge, but we came for the views and they definitely delivered! It was such a unique and delightful experience to see all sorts of animals swimming right outside our window. Ordering room service was super convenient, so you could easily stay in the room all day, or if you wanted to go out, a buggy would come pick you up.

Booked for the underwater suite, but aside from that highlight, the other facilities felt run-down. The room entrance being in the underground parking garage was a major drawback. The only way in and out was via shuttle, and the shuttle staff, while politely smiling, were cold and unhelpful throughout, which was also a big minus.

Getting to everywhere from Victoria Hotel is really convenient. There are trains and buses just around the corner. My room has no view but it was more private and definitely quieter. The room is clean. Shower area looks a little dated but everything works as intended - water pressure, hot/cold water and drainage. Alvis was also really helpful and friendly. The service was truly exceptional. Even though I don't speak English, they were incredibly patient in explaining everything and helped me throughout my stay. Location was near to bugis, the our lady of lourdes church, a 7eleven, etc. Room was just the right size to be comfortable. Few free snacks along with the drinks on the room staff were very kind and helpful. Good place to book too if youre planning to do the elephant run.

The location is great, very convenient for transportation, and there are many restaurants and services nearby. Having a breakfast place close by is a big plus. However, the plumbing in the bathroom, specifically the toilet and shower drains, is incredibly noisy and really affected my sleep.

Traveling with kids, the location was easy to find using Google Maps! There are plenty of food options nearby, lots of Chinese restaurants, and some Thai and Indian places too! The subway is convenient for getting around everywhere. It has everything you need! You can get drinking water on the first floor.

Location is near little india (5 min walk) and the best thing is the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Just use google maps to know which bus to take. The reception counter Mr Jian Wei and his partner are very friendly. We are allowed to leave our luggage earlier before check in. The free water refill service in the hotel is also good for us, we can directly get the hot water from the water machine.

This was our second booking after a week. We only found out on check out that we can go to 1 Singapore attraction for free. The sink tap was loose, didn’t provide tooth brush set in the room, have to go counter and asked for it. Toilet circulation bad and smell. Need to ask concierge for trolley to carry luggage from and to room.

Very comfortable and quite clean for me, 2 bus stops nearby, the only weakness is the location which is located in the red light area, which is not so convenient for girls to walk during night time

The hotel is well located, not too far from the city center. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is cleaned every day, which we appreciated. A universal adapter is also available, which is very convenient. However, the area does not feel very suitable for families at night. Unfortunately, we also found a cockroach near the bed one evening.
