Free breakfast. Stayed in this hotel 6 i visit SG.
Hotel crew from customer, restaurant and housekeeping service, they are very accommodating and welcoming to guests, is pleasing and pleasant staycation ✍️🌸
The room was great, located right in a residential area with plenty of restaurants frequented by locals. The small park next door and the nearby sports center were perfect for those who enjoy exercising, allowing them to continue their routines even while on a business trip.
The room was just the right size, perfect for two people. It's also conveniently located near places to eat. My only observation is that there are quite a lot of Indian people around.
Service and location is very good, walking distance to MRT is near and near to shopping Mall.
I like the location you can use the green line metro train to and from Changi not after 11 pm the bathroom drain smell was awful I had to have the exhaust fan on 24/7 or the time I was in the room. The breakfast was very rudimentary but surprisingly tasty and healthy. The location lends itself to local eateries a beautiful Malabar mosque the river and assorted shops. Not far from the gardens . The TV couldn't cast to my device. The toilet and bathroom doors were transparent, which was a bit unusual and impractical compared to what I'm used to back home. The lighting design was also a bit off, shining directly into my eyes. On the bright side, the Chinese staff member was really great and friendly. It was nice that I could borrow an umbrella when it rained. The sweet fermented rice dessert...
Went with my gf a couple of times and the room is always great. Clean and comfortable and very near the mrt with many convenient food places near Dhoby Ghaut make it a great hotel for a short staycation. The staff was also very friendly during the checkin.
The only issue I had was that I booked a room that supposedly have a bathtub with grab bars in the room description. I sort of already knew that...
The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station and a park nearby. It's clean and tidy, and the staff are all very polite. The breakfast is distinctive, and the luggage storage service is convenient. I especially want to praise Jaxy Raspreet at the front desk – she's beautiful, friendly, and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist, and can communicate perfectly in Chinese! Whenever I travel...
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional, and check-in was super quick. They even upgraded my room without me asking. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. It's also really convenient for dining and transportation. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business...
A very good travel experience. The hotel is in the city center, a great location, and the front desk staff were very helpful and polite. Most notably, the housekeeping staff, Miaofang, were exceptionally professional, meticulous, and also very polite.Good!
The room was clean and tidy, and the location was very convenient. It's just across the road from Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, making it super easy to find food, drinks, and entertainment. You can even walk to Fort Canning Park. The environment is quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Room is clean and fragrant. Staffs ensure check-in was smooth. Free snacks and water provided. Highly recommended and will book again.
last minute booking due to work and it was a good hotel as usual, not first time
The pool area was poorly designed and unkempt. The balcony hadn't been cleaned in ages and wasn't really a balcony at all, as it was set back underneath the pool. This 'balcony' was also furnished only with the cheapest plastic folding chairs. There was a lot of traffic noise. The positive aspect of this hotel was its location, close to an MRT station.
Room was ok for a solo or couple stay. Really love the toilet style and interior. Just one down point is that there is no smart tv
Love the locatio of the hotel and check in was fuss free. I indicated my request for bday and anniversary with my partner and thank you for the surprise as we stepped into the room.
It was a cosy staycay for us after a long week of week and glad we managed to get some rest. Will try out other NuVe premises too!

The location is fantastic, very convenient for getting around. There are also plenty of food options nearby, and the front desk has staff who speak Chinese. The room is a bit small, but it's perfectly fine for a solo backpacker. Any more than one person would feel cramped. The window doesn't open, but the ventilation system is decent. Overall, the interior is quite clean and fairly new. It's perfectly...
The hotel's location is great, very convenient for getting around, and the cleanliness is also good.
For a one night stay, this hotel was really clean and had a good placement for us: 7-11 (across the street), the Chinatown area (5mins walk), hawker centre (30 mins walk) and the airport (approx. 20-25 mins drive). Would definitely stay there again!
the room is suck... advertisement show look nice.. actualll stay is suck!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel more personal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request, which really elevated the experience. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Great location, very convenient, and easy to get around the area. However, the room was quite dusty. The in-room amenities were good, but there weren't many facilities within the hotel itself. The water pressure in the bathroom was an issue, which was not ideal. The light was positioned directly above the head of the bed, so it shone in my eyes whenever it was on. Check-in was only available after...
Great location near Bugis with lots of food options nearby. Unfortunately, the room was old, small, and smelly. The bed was hard, pillows were unpleasant, and the toiletries felt very cheap. Hair dryer and flat iron were broken. The room did not feel clean or hygienic, and I was not comfortable during my stay.
Service is excellent. All staff is good and helpfull. Recommened hotel for 3 person on 1 room. No need to booked 2 rooms. Just 1 room for 3 persons.
The hotel is good it's just that the ceiling is quiet bothering. The bathroom door is not good
The hotel front desk staff was very friendly and nice. However, you should be noted that it is not very clean compared ( there were molds in the bathroom sink and some damages on the bathroom door ). They will only send the cleaning if you request them but still, after they clean the room, we got the moldy smell from the floor, probably from the dirty mop they use. It smelt very punget like a wet cloth...
The beds and mattresses are not good. The hotel is not easy to find. There’s no trolley for big luggages, we had to carry our luggages by ourselves. The location is good, many restaurants and shopping nearby.

Nice places, easy to find foods, more shoping shops...
The location is nearest to pasar geylang serai. Although the hotel is old but the cleanliness can be improve.
Great location, about a ten-minute walk to the subway station. There's a night market right outside the hotel, so food is inexpensive. The room was clean and had a fridge, though it was a bit old-fashioned. Housekeeping cleaned daily, and we could store our luggage for free.
I have booked a Double Bed Room but was told that only the Twin Beds Room was ready. Agreed to take it as the Double Bed Room would only be ready in 30 minutes. There were not enough of hair and body liquid soap in the dispenser and we had to use sparingly to last for our stay! Sighhh.. There were children running around and making so much noise along the corridors until I have to open my door and...
Great value for money! The location is convenient, rooms are clean and tidy, and facilities are comprehensive. The service is excellent, and the price is reasonable, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. The main draw is definitely the low price, it's a real bargain. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations.
It’s the beautiful lovely staffs like Serena and Nico that make the world of difference in my stay!

Repeat as always when I have business in SG
Rooms are comfy and nice
price reasonable
I chose this place specifically for the Seventeen concert, and the location was truly fantastic. There were plenty of food options right outside the door, and the concert venue was within walking distance. My only complaint is that the room was really tiny! 🤣
I've stayed at 81 Orchid several times. It's a great hotel, conveniently located for getting anywhere. It would be even more perfect if the rooms were a bit bigger! This time, I noticed they even added a water purifier, which is a practical and convenient touch.
The rooms are clean and the place is well maintain. The only down part is that I booked a Deluxe Room but I got a Superior Room with a small toilet. But overall the place is good.
The facilities are just okay. The air conditioning didn't work after I set the temperature, which left me freezing. The sheets and duvet covers weren't very clean, with a lot of small dust and debris. However, the staff were very friendly.
Very clean room bathroom is way too small staff are excellent very helpful and the manager. Darren is amazing. Everybody should have a staff like that to help the people.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel.
Perfectly situated near both bus and train lines so you can go anywhere you would like conveniently.
The Katong neighborhood where it is located has some incredible night life - check out the two outdoor restaurants just east of the hotel after dark for awesome food at a great price, as well as a unique glimpse at local dining culture for foreigners....
Very good location surrounded by amazing food and decently close to east coast park. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating and they have lots of complimentary snacks and drinks. You can definitely tell they are newly renovated as the appliances and such are all nice and shiny but the building itself seems to be quite dated. Carpets are a bit stained, lights are a bit dim, walls are a little...
2nd visits to Santa Grand Hotel, very convenient to find food and shopping. The check-in is fast and good services and informative. There is coffee machine in front of the check-in desk with some local snacks. The machine have Teh Terik too. The room are comfortable and clean. The bathtub is clean too.
The hotel is in a good location, very close to East Coast Park. It's also convenient to go to Geylang for frog porridge and not too far from the airport. There's a swimming pool on the top floor, and plenty of dining options nearby. However, the bedsheets weren't very clean, and the room was quite small.
Santa Grand Hotel East Coast was a great stay—very clean room and excellent service. They even provide free coffee and cookies, plus a free mini bar in the room, which was a lovely touch. Merci Marcel is right next door, and the location is super convenient with bus stops both right next to the hotel and across the street. The bed was super soft and comfy—perfect for families.

The hotel was great, very satisfying! The staff spoke Chinese, and the power outlets were compatible with Chinese plugs. Alph, Wee, and Toh provided exceptionally warm and thoughtful service. My conditioner ran out, and they even went to the convenience store to buy a new bottle for me. Amazing!
This hotel is superb!!. We really enjoyed our stay. The Filipina and 2 man in the front desk are so nice and so accommodating. So near in the grocery store, hawker and 5mins walk to the bus stop. A lot of restaurants nearby. Thanks for the keychain freebies for my kids. Its their firstime in SG they had a nice feedback esp in the Hotel. I will recommend this Hotel surely😉
Clean room, cold aircon, small room, with windows but not much sunlight, average burget hotel
Booked 2 rooms. Small but very clean and confortable bed. Polite staff and was given early check in at 12pm. Plenty of eateries. Overall very happy with this hotel.
The room isn't big, but it's not too far from the airport and cheaper than staying downtown. There are plenty of dining options with various cuisines nearby, and you can get to many places directly by subway or bus.

A cosy boutique hotel. Room size is perfect for a solo or a couple though it would be tight to open up the second luggage. Location is pretty central just 5 minutes to Havelock MRT station. The front desk staff were polite and always greeted us with a smile. Our room was quite small at 14 sqm (we would definitely book a larger room next time). Great, convenient location with plenty of food options nearby.
I booked a room as a woman traveling alone and was overall satisfied with my stay. Considering the price, it offered good value for money. The room was clean, which was the most important thing for me.
It was perfect for one night, and I would definitely book again. The location was very quiet, making the stay calm and pleasant.
There’s often no hot water, and the bathroom gets wet, but it’s understandable for its affordable price. On the other hand, the receptionists are friendly and helped us change our rooms many times. A good choice overall!
It's fine. Nothing special, room is small, clean enough, location is excellent but a little walk to subway. Good value.
Been awhile but still it was my favorite place to chill and relax. Bed and pillows are so comfortable to sleep in. I totally have my own private place to rest.
The hotel's location is great, quite convenient. The hygiene is acceptable, but the bedding had some stains. The staff's service was inconsistent; some were excellent, while others were very impatient. The air conditioning was very noisy and made strange sounds. The bathroom design also had issues; there wasn't enough legroom when using the toilet.

I stayed in room 515, a king-size bed room. The space was quite generous, and the large window offered a great, open view. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. There are many unique restaurants nearby. This hotel offers excellent value for money: Hotel 81 - Kovan.
Great for a one-night stay! The location is really good. I had a pleasant and restful time. This hotel is perfect for backpackers or those needing to rest after an early morning flight. One night stay~
The room had a strong odor, and we couldn't open the window for ventilation. The location, however, was quite good. It's close to two subway stations and convenient for bus travel. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, so even without breakfast included, food isn't an issue.
It is concerning that your room has not been properly maintained for some standards level. Lingering smoke and heavy durian odors, along with an oily floor, indicate a lack of thorough deep-cleaning between guests.

One of the noisiest and worst hotel I have stayed. The rooms aren’t sound proof and noise from other levels can be heard so loudly. Woke up from the noise. Barely able to sleep due to horrible pillow which was so flat. Had to sleep with my arms below my neck for neck support that’s how bad the pillow given was. Never staying here or recommending anyone to stay here.

Amoy is a smart, well run hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Everything felt clean, calm and efficient from check in onwards. The team were genuinely helpful and customer service was excellent throughout the stay.
The location is a real strength. It is walking distance to many major landmarks and well connected for getting around the city. The room was small, but the layout was thoughtfully designed...
Front desk very responsive, especially Nadyah (I hope I got her name correct!), who helped me with check in and even showed me up the room.
