PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Hotel, Singapore1 / 30

Singapore, 6 Raffles Blvd (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Overall, it's pretty good, no major issues. The room was clean and tidy, and the location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and it offers great value for money. I might choose this place again next time.
Even an older A8 is still an A8! The bathroom facilities were a bit dated, but everything else was up to par. It's convenient for getting anywhere and definitely worth a longer stay.
The room was clean and tidy, and quite spacious. I could see Marina Bay and the Merlion from my window. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located; you can directly access the MRT station from the fourth floor without having to go out into the sun.
The hotel front desk service was highly problematic: different customers received different treatment. At checkout, they directly helped my friend store his luggage at the front desk, but then required me to carry it to the storage room myself.
Fantastic hotel! It's conveniently connected to several shopping malls and super easy to get to the subway station. The service was excellent, and I loved that I could cast content to the TV. Highly recommend!
The hotel's location is decent, right across from a large shopping mall where you can find and eat anything. The balcony offers a nice view of Marina Bay and the Marina Bay Sands. Transportation is also quite convenient; in fact, public transport throughout Singapore is generally good, and getting anywhere takes about 30-60 minutes. Buses seem to be more flexible than the MRT. The shower stall was...

The air conditioning wasn't working. They came to fix it twice, and the second time it took half an hour, finishing at 10 PM. All I got was a complimentary breakfast. For a hotel of Mandarin Oriental's caliber, shouldn't they have upgraded me to a suite? The staff all looked so cold, as if they don't understand what a 'smile service' is in Singapore.
I took my daughter to Singapore and booked two nights at the Mandarin Oriental and two nights at Swissôtel The Stamford. We stayed at the Mandarin first, and it was excellent – great location, good service, a fantastic pool, and delicious breakfast. My daughter was so sad to leave that she didn't want to move to the Swissôtel! I highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental; the pool has a beautiful night...
Traveling solo to Singapore, I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental. The check-in process was seamless, and I even received a unique fan as a welcome gift. The room was spotless, and the turndown service was excellent; it would have been even better if a small snack had been provided. This hotel is perfect for a vacation, and overall, my stay was fantastic.
The hotel is brand new! The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. My room had a view of Marina Bay Sands. The front desk staff seemed a bit condescending; even though the check-in procedures were completed and I was given a room number, I still had to wait until 3 PM to check in. I even asked Trip.com to help communicate, but it made no difference. They claimed that early check-in was only available...
The design and facilities are fantastic, and the pink and green color scheme is absolutely gorgeous! A special thank you to the team for the incredible experience that exceeded my expectations! Every single staff member was professional and enthusiastic. I've already recommended it to my friends!
Had a wonderful stay! The hotel's location is fantastic; it's just a short walk to the Merlion and not far from the MRT station. There's a big mall right next door with plenty of food and drink options. The hotel facilities are excellent, and I especially loved the smart toilet! The view from the window is great – you can see the Singapore Flyer and Marina Bay Sands, just ignore the construction site...

The hotel is conveniently located near the Promenade MRT station. Getting to Universal Studios and the S.E.A. Aquarium on Sentosa takes about 50 minutes, requiring 3 transfers, but none of the rides are very long. The Merlion statue is about a 10-15 minute walk away, and Marina Bay Sands is right across from it. The breakfast spread is excellent; I especially enjoyed the salmon and bagels. Plus, bus...
Drove to the entrance and staff helped with picking up my bags and luggages and ensured they were sent to the room after we checked in. Requested for a change of room and the staff immediately assisted without questioning. We had a Twin View Room. Kai received us at the entrance and made us felt welcomed and ensured checking in went smoothly. Again, he was there when we were checking out and assisted...
From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and the level of hospitality made me feel incredibly welcome and well-attended to throughout my visit. My room was impressively spacious, impeccably clean, and featured excellent amenities that made relaxing after a day of exploring very easy. The service across the hotel is truly excellent, but the concierge team deserves a special mention for their...
We stayed at Conrad hotel Marina Bay in Singapore last week the 4 nights we stayed were fantastic. He took care of my family and I really well during the afternoon tea and evening cocktail service. Would definitely come back again. Thank you once again to the team at Conrad Marina Bay.

A bit disappointed but still acceptable. The room is not as big as I imagine. The pillows are too heavy. The towel is heavy too. The shower is difficult to adjust cold and hot. However, breakfast is recommended. a lot of choices. Service is good too! 👍👍
As our parents are celebrating their golden jubilee, we are upgraded to the premier rooms. They have decorated the rooms and did surprise us. The rooms are at level 12. Rooms are clean and with great views. The breakfast buffet had wide spread of options, there’s a lot of choose from. The only downside is that no ice cream was not provided on that day. Otherwise, I will give them a 10/10. Location...
Price is worth it for the great service, decently sized room and convenient location. Shout out to Denzel for being such a helpful and friendly staff! It was a pretty smooth check in process. Room is pretty sound proof and clean. Shower and heater works just fine. There was even a distilled water dispenser in the bathroom so there's no need to boil water just to get clean drinking water. Service was excellent, counter service wishes my friend happy birthday upon seeing his ID . And They welcome his with well wishes and balloons in the room to surprise him . Will stay again in future.
The room is nice, and the location is vibrant with many luxury stores nearby. The breakfast is great, and the pool is beautiful, often with many Arab guests. I stay here every time I visit Singapore; it's become my go-to hotel, offering excellent value for money!
This hotel is in the bustling Orchard Road area, surrounded by many shopping malls and restaurants, and close to the subway. The room is very spacious, with two single beds, a double sofa, an office chair, and a desk. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water, but offers filtered drinking water instead. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly.

Super convenient location. Though it’s next to temple but noise isn’t too noticeable (my room was located on 12/F) Believe that the hotel has been renovated. With basic amenity items, shower gel, shampoo, shaving kits, toothbrush and even slippers. Reasonable price for a twin room for around $130USD per night.
Location is great. Room are small and basic. Spend 5 weeks here for work. So all I did was sleep and work The elevators need improvement for sure. It takes sometimes more then 10 minutes just to get in an elevator
Great location...multiple options available at the buffet breakfast table...clean and neat place. Only drawback is the size of the rooms ... small rooms and photos shown on their web site may not give a correct sense of proportion of these rooms....but for location and cleanliness they are great 👍
Very nice hotel and strategically located. Furnishing does get a bit old now, but cleaniness is still very good. Our rooms' aircon is very cold and can not adjust the temperature as the dials do not work. Additionally, if they have a toilet bidet installed, that would be better. I also noticed you can hear other room doors close. Overall, it is still a good hotel to stay in. Would still come again...
Neat and clean hotel with fast services. Their buffet breakfast is good too. They serve from light to heavy meals. Sweet to savoury and also vegetarian options. Every floor had hot and cold drinking services. Our room had a great view. Really enjoyed staying there.
One fine accommodation. The staff is extremely friendly and the place is maintained to the finest. I was there for a five night stay and the whole experience is very pleasant. The hotel is good and clean. The room was a bit small but perfectly adequate. The location near Orchard Road makes it convenient to get there. Facilities are comprehensive, but the Wi-Fi in the room was a bit spotty.
The room was very clean, and the staff were all super warm and polite. My flight was delayed, so I even asked for a late check-out, which they accommodated! The only downside was that breakfast wasn't very good. 😭 But every night after coming back from exploring, I'd head downstairs to the grub for a bite and a drink, and I was really happy with that.
Stayed for a week and had a fantastic experience. First off, the hotel facilities, bedding, and cleanliness were definitely worth the price. Plus, the transportation is convenient; there's a bus stop right outside, and the subway station is just a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast was also quite good. All in all, I'll be back next time!
Having good amenities and located in a very good location with lots of greenery. Will definitely book again for future stays.
Booked a deluxe room here for New Year’s Eve. Honestly, the location on Stevens Road is a nice middle ground—quiet enough that we didn't get stuck in the Orchard traffic madness but still felt like we were in the mix. The room was what you'd expect from a decent hotel in SG. Clean, modern, lots of light wood which made it feel pretty airy. My kids absolutely loved the bed basically claimed it as their...
Mercure on Stevens is a good hotel with decently sized rooms. One thing to note is their green initiative, they don’t clean the room daily, and housekeeping is done every third day. The hotel lobby is quite impressive and you can really see its former grandeur, which the kids loved. The service was good. However, the room had an odor, which is a common issue with older hotels, and I hope they can improve on that. It's very close to the subway, making transportation really convenient.
The hotel facilities are a bit dated and definitely need an update. I stayed here for another four days, and I'd say everything was just average. It felt a bit more humid here compared to other hotels.
The surroundings near the Singapore River are quite pleasant, and it's within walking distance to Fort Canning Park and Clarke Quay.

The room was a bit small and the soundproofing wasn't great. The swimming pool was nice, and there are facilities for kids on the first floor. There's a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, and the nearest Sheng Siong supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. Havelock MRT station is also just a 6-minute walk. Overall, it's pretty good.
the service was great, friendly staff. location was okay, had to walk to get to the station
The hotel is in a good location. Close to the MRT, the Tiong Bahua area and a short walk to China Town area, The room itself looked old. WiFi service was terrible, We were there for a 3 nights stay and that our room wasn't made up. No Bottel water provided , there have tap water safe to drink.

One of my choices whenever we are in singapore but currently their cleanliness is worsen. Very dusty in the room. Hope they will improve in this..
The hotel feels a little bit dated, but is well maintained. Near to mrt and just in front of a shopping mall. At the back is the mustafa center. Had a nice stay, overall.
I booked a king-size bed room, which was quite spacious. However, I was given a low-floor room, while I noticed that Indian guests, of whom there were many since the hotel is on Indian Street, were given much higher floors. The facilities are a bit old, but it's close to the subway station and places for shopping and dining. I would stay again, but I hope to get a higher floor next time.
About 90% of the guests at this hotel are Indian, and they are incredibly noisy. The soundproofing in the rooms is also really poor. The location is right next to Little India, so I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with kids.

Really loved the hotel's vibe and amenities, especially the pool. The breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety. The free shuttle service to the island was also super convenient.
Perhaps it's because this family-friendly hotel is so popular, but there were so many people. The lobby was packed with guests checking in, and waiting in the hot and humid weather was really frustrating. They said check-in was at 3 PM, but we didn't get our key until 5 PM. Shangri-La's service is famously good, but the facilities are too old. The TV must be twenty years old, right?! The shower in the bathroom isn't sealed properly either, and the breakfast isn't great.
I stayed here 7 years ago, and it's still pretty well-maintained. This time around, I felt the bathroom was quite old; there's no separate wet and dry area, so you have to shower in the bathtub, which is very inconvenient. On the 11th floor, the water pressure for the shower at night was incredibly low. The hotel breakfast was just okay – decent variety, but the taste was nothing special, not much...
The environment here is fantastic! The hotel has its own private beach. Besides the large swimming pool, there's also a splash pool, some simple water park facilities, a gym, and a small kids' play area, making it perfect for families with children. It's an older hotel with somewhat dated facilities, but I keep coming back here every time. The cleanliness is still top-notch, and the surrounding amenities are very convenient. It's also quite close to Chinatown.
I saw some reviews online saying the hotel was old, but personally, I found it to be pretty good. It's conveniently located, within walking distance to Merlion Park and other nearby attractions. I booked two rooms, and the front desk thoughtfully gave us connecting rooms. The rooms and beds here are quite spacious by Singapore standards. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.
Cleanliness: Absolutely terrible. The bathroom was full of mold, seriously, it's hard to believe a hotel at this price point could be so dirty. The shower also had a lot of mold. Room cleaning only happens once every three days, and the trash in the room wasn't even emptied. The only good thing about this hotel is its very convenient location; otherwise, there are absolutely no redeeming qualities
I stayed at Furama City Centre in Singapore and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel has a great location, very convenient and close to Chinatown, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. However...
Our family had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We were traveling with two children, and right from the check-in process, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed. As a thoughtful gesture, they gave our kids two adorable hotel plush toys, which immediately brought big smiles to their faces. It was a small detail, but it made a wonderful first impression and showed how attentive and considerate the...
Yvette at the front desk was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to answering our questions, she was always patient, professional, and warm. Traveling can be exhausting, especially after a long flight, and her friendly attitude really made us feel at home right away. She took the time to help us and made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you, Yvette, for your excellent...

This is my second stay here. The breakfast area on the 7th floor is a real highlight with great views of the famous Interlace building across the road. Europeans and Koreans particularly seem to love this hotel. The only downside is that the breakfast selection is quite limited, with not much variety.
Tthe room was clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. The only downside was that the parking is no longer complimentary. Hopefully the hotel can reconsider this in the future.”
The indoor environment and the infinity pool both exceeded my expectations; I'd say it's excellent value for money. The room air was fresh, and the infinity pool facilities were well-equipped. Amazing is the only word to describe it!
The room was fully equipped with a direct drinking water tap, bathrobes, and nice cups. I appreciated that they didn't have too many disposable items, and even the trash cans didn't have plastic bags, which shows a great commitment to environmental protection 👍. The lighting design was perfect, and the bedding was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I used to stay in the Jinghua family room, which was very...
The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The staff were warm and attentive. I was really happy with the pool, though the gym was a bit small. Overall, it offers pretty good value for money!
The hotel is surrounded by bus stops, an IKEA, and supermarkets, which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is plentiful, and the pool is right next to the restaurant, creating a great atmosphere.

The environment and service here are both great. There are staff at the front desk who speak Chinese, and the housekeeping staff also speak Chinese. The room isn't huge, but the high ceilings make it feel spacious and not at all cramped. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. My only minor suggestion would be for a greater variety of Chinese options at breakfast.
The location is convenient, and although the room is a bit small, it's generally pretty good. There was no conditioner. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but sufficient. The elevators were fast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great, very clean, and an excellent location!
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location is very convenient, close to main attractions and easy to get around. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. Overall, everything met our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank...
The room was clean and comfortable, but too small. There was a construction site below the window, but the sounds were not audible thanks to the soundproofing.
Nice breakfast amd locstion. Will definitely come back. Near jogging grounds
