The room was a bit small, and even though I requested a twin room, they gave me a king-size bed with two duvets. The lobby facilities on the first floor were quite basic. It didn't really feel like it was worth the price. Luckily, Trip.com customer service tried to help me communicate, but it didn't really work out in the end. The swimming pool was decent though.

The price is great, and it's not only close to my company but also within 500 meters of a metro station. There's a shopping center nearby too, so dining and shopping are very convenient. The hotel gave us a suite, which is quite spacious for Singapore hotels, and it comes with a washing machine, refrigerator, and kitchenware, so you can even cook your own meals.

The newly renovated rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The downside is that if you’re traveling here these couple of months, there is still renovation works that is ongoing.

The room facilities are new and very clean. It's really close to Chinatown MRT station, with plenty of dining options nearby. Maxwell Food Centre, Ya Kun, and Gun Kee Claypot are all within about 300 meters. The hotel breakfast is excellent, offering both Chinese and Western dishes. Far East Plaza is right downstairs.

I didn't take many photos of the hotel, but the environment was great, and the transportation was especially convenient. The subway entrance is right outside, and you can walk to the Merlion in about ten minutes, enjoying a stroll and taking pictures along the way. Fantastic staycation with excellent service. Room is huge as expected and we loved the filtered water system inroom. The only negative feedback is the breakfast at the newly opened Sophia. The air conditioning and air purification systems in the room were excellent, and the bed was huge, easily fitting three adults. The water temperature was perfectly adjusted. I stayed here for a business trip, and it was very convenient since all our meetings were held at the hotel. The transportation is also good, being in a more central area.
