The transportation is very convenient, and the staff were incredibly helpful. There are also many dining options and shopping centers nearby, making it perfect for a relaxing shopping getaway. It's hard to find an affordable hotel where a group of four can stay together, so I highly recommend this one.

Hotel is in a great location on lorong 18. The staff were very helpful and even let me check in 3 hours early at 12pm instead of 3pm as the room was available early. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in Singapore.

Considering it's a prime location where every inch counts, value for money isn't the priority. It's comfortable and safe to stay here, and super convenient for getting around and dining. The room, though small, has everything you need and is very clean. Plus, there are cheap durian stalls nearby! Free luggage storage after check-out is a nice bonus.

The hotel is about 20km from the airport, a 20-minute taxi ride away. Even though it's a standard budget hotel, the price is quite reasonable for Singapore.

A budget hotel but readily accessible to MRT and Buses and to delicious local foods of a wide variety of taste (Chinese, Malay, Indian, Western, etc.). The room was clean and comfortable for two. I would recommend this hotel to those budget minded tourists who spend most of their day outside and come back to rest for the night.

General review that this place is good Too dry rooms, I think a/c is drying it, so with my asthma I requested humidifier since I was coughing all night. However provided the same day and cough gone. It's all about the view, and that's definitely this hotel's biggest selling point. The balcony really enhances the interaction with the bay view. The hotel's amenities are also excellent, with a rooftop pool and bar – remember to bring your swimsuit!

Good location at Geylang, need ~12min walk from Aljunied MRT. A lot of food and phone shops near hotel. Clean and quite spacious, can put luggage under the bed. No slippers provided. The air conditioning in the room was excellent, and the water temperature and pressure were great. I overslept in the morning, and Ainee and Korin were very thoughtful, allowing me to check out an hour later. They spoke entirely in Chinese, making me feel as comfortable and at ease as if I were back home.

I had a cozy stay in Holiday Inn. However, if you expect too much on a good breakfast, HIS will definitely not be the case. They have poor options for just having cakes, salad, canned juice, omelet and boiled eggs. I believe there should be more variety of choices.

We held a wedding dinner banquet here at the Glass House and it went splendidly. Our banquet managers, Amanda were all so professional, kind and patient with all our requests. Amanda guided us through the whole wedding preparations. So, really kudos to the team. Not to mention the food is amazing!

Held my wedding here with one night stay. One waitress at the banquet really impressed us by helping with my wife's very long dress during the march in and champagne pouring. I understand the hotel will be rejuvenated soon.
