I often visit Sochi for work, and last time I stayed at this hotel. Luxurious location, close to public transport, within walking distance of the railway station, shops, shopping centers and of course the sea! Quite comfortable rooms, there is everything you need, including a hairdryer, for me this is important so as not to carry unnecessary things. Bed linen is changed and cleaned regularly, this is not a problem either. There is a beautiful view from the window. For the price, a very good option.

Absolute lack of sound insulation. We moved in, another family was talking in the next room. We heard EVERYTHING. In the other, the TV blared. After we decided to move out of this, they did not want to return the money to us. We were there for an hour, and we agreed to pay for the day, but not the entire rest. After threats by Rospotrebnadzor, half was returned.

The price is unambiguous! Fresh comfortable apartments in a quiet area. There is a kettle and a microwave. Dishes will be provided upon request upon arrival. Neighbors were not heard, or maybe they were not. But late returning guests can be heard very well! Every rustle is heard through the front door! In general, everything is good. Recommend!

Decent hotel. Affordable prices. The sea is a bit steep, but it's okay. I liked it, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. I'll be back!

There is no washing machine, no place to dry clothes, far from the sea. There is free parking. Staff attitude is good. Linen is changed every three days. Cleaning was not done. There is a hairdryer, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, TV.
