The water drainage in the bathroom was bad as it pooled on the floor.However, some of the reception staff are not friendly as when I asked for bottle of water they asked me to go and buy it from the bar even though they have’t bring water to the room!!! Not recommended.

The bathroom was a nightmare! Especially the bath. The hose isn’t convenient. I think this hotel should be 3 stars not 5! 5 stars is an overkill for this hotel. Staying at Holiday Inn would’ve been a much wiser option than this old hotel. Not recommended at all.

After hanging up the Do not disturb sign, the waiter still knocked on the door to deliver dessert.The room cleaner seemed to be able to open our door at will.We think this link is very good, but just replace it with a small bag and hang it at the door.The sudden interruption made us feel that we had lost our private space.

The hotel is right in front of the famous Arbat Street, with easy access to two metro stations (the light blue and dark blue lines). We even walked to the Kremlin—it took us about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace, strolling down Arbat Street, passing by the Lenin Library, and arriving right near the Kremlin ticket office in the Alexandrovsky Garden.

Location and buffet were good.

There are two metro stations nearby about 5-8 min walking. Money exchange in the hotel is open all the time with good rates. All receptionists were helpful, especially Assam.

The house is very near the Ermitaga. Room is comfortable and clean. Good for owner, condition, and service.

1. My room was in the 10th floor which doesn’t have good view., the window was high which didn’t permit me to view outside. 2. The bed and bed mattress were very old and bad. 3. No concierge which is very bad. 4. The refrigerator in the room was not working and not fixed neither replaced.

I used junior suite, wonderful view with arbat street. clean and very new room condition. reception desk guy was extremely kind. very close from arbat street, 10mins from city center(with taxi)

During check in there was a polite girl who did a birthday for my daughter she was amazing and respectful. She also checked us in earlier than check in time. I wish i can remember her name but i will mention the checked in date July 31st 2025 at morning time.

Liked the hotel, its location, rooms were clean, space 25m, air condition and bed all the above made my stay pleasant and relaxing.

The location is great! The bed was comfortable, and so were pillows. The hotel's location is close to shops and restaurants, but not close to Red Square. The hotel is very quiet, and there is an Arab person named Amin who is very helpful and helps us as much as possible. There is also a currency exchange office inside the hotel.

We liked the room service starting from reception, room housekeeping , restaurant. The communication between us and the staff was good. We appreciate your hard work.

More or less central and easily reachable. Near to a lot of sights. There are cafes and supermarkets, a metro nearby. I only tried lobby tea offering, and that was nice - lovely presentation, tasty cakes (a little pricey for their size though). The staff was polite, though at checkout I had to wait, when the other customer was serviced for 7-10 minutes. I wonder why the second staff member wasn't there...

200 meters far from Mayakovskaya metro station. Could be more fruits, even local seasonable. Different kinds of fish in the morning is an advantage.

Location is good, about 10 minutes by car and around 20 by bus to Red Square. There are two metro stations near by, around 2-3 minutes walking.

it is in Teverskaya st., in city center, near the metro station Pushkinskaya. the room and bed was comfortable, the extra bed was normal. our suite does not have any bathtub. the small bath had steam sauna and it was dangerous for my little daughter.

Hotel is located in one of my favorite areas of the city center. There is 24 hrs fitness and sauna open till 22:00, but they were cool to let me stay there even a bit later. There is a small but well stocked and decently priced Magnolia grocery store on the opposite side of Tverskaya. Another nice room feature not always present at five star hotels was an electric kettle with varieties of teas/coffee...

What didn’t I like? This hotel used to be the intercontinental and the high standards have transcended to the Continental! Incredible room with a wonderful view.
