The room was nice, but the heating was inadequate. In sub-zero temperatures, even wearing thick clothes, I was stuck in the room. I made countless phone calls, but the problem remained unresolved. It was a long story.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ararat Grand Hyatt Moscow. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to many main attractions. The service is top-notch, and the staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Everything was well-organized and comfortable throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Moscow.

Excellent service, and all the staff speak English. The location is super convenient for shopping. Red Square, the State Historical Museum, GUM, and the Kremlin are all within walking distance.

Good value for money, convenient travel around, Red Square is nearby, the surrounding area is very convenient, the environment is quiet, you pay for peace and quiet, but the person who checks in is a bit rigid, and you can't check in in advance.

Excellent hotel in the very center of the city. Good room, good filling of the bath. Built-in hairdryer. Kettle in the room with a welcome packet of water, tea and coffee with cream. Location is really good. We just walk for 5 minutes to arrive at destination. But washroom is kinda small which I'm not satisfied.

The location is great, very close to Red Square. The front desk staff speaks fluent English. The service is attentive and timely. However, it was very noisy on Saturday night, and it felt like the singing didn't stop until 4 or 5 o'clock.

The hotel location is prefect and the staff are helpful. The problem I had with this hotel was the WiFi. It doesn’t work anywhere and non existent in the room.

The hotel was fine, the room was a bit small though and I didn't see air conditioning, so it was a bit hot. The location is great, but in terms of comfort / breakfast / design I feel like it was at the bottom among 4-star hotels I visited.

It was very nice and perfect of my choice. Absolutely perfect, no problem at all. It was neat and clean and tidy Yes the hotel was clean in general Staff was real great although they had problems in communication in English language. But they were smart and intillegent to understand my needs and requirements.

Almost a family hotel with 8 rooms. Quiet, calm and clean. Half of the rooms overlook the street, where a street performer is constantly drumming.

Nice location, clean room comfort bed. rooms are very small. During 4 night no one came from house keeping. Will be very difficult to find hotel location.
