The location is good, not very near to the red square if that is your interest. But it was very close to a metro station and metro in Moscow can get you anywhere you want very easily. The hotel staff are very responsive once you call and ask for something.

This review is a bit late, but that doesn't stop me from praising this place! The subway station, Arbat Street, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building are all right at the doorstep. This hotel in my view is in the best location. It is right at the edge of the pedestrian street where all restaurants and cafes are . The hotel is cozy , simple, quiet, clean and reasonably priced. The breakfast menu is very good and suites most tastes . The front desk staff are very friendly and very helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all visitors to Moscow .

One of the best hotel near Arbat street. The location is really convenient with an underground station just across from the street. The staff is friendly and helpful, always greeting people with a smile. The room is spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. Highly recommended hotel! The friendly staff made me feel at home from the first minute I walked into the door right until I checked out. They were always ready and willing to help (in perfect English). The location is great, an easy 10-15min walk from the closest Metro station with lots of food options available. The hotel is in a good location, in the city center, has a swimming pool, hot springs, and gym, and the service is average. The facilities are a bit old and the breakfast is rich. There were unsafe factors. I was harassed by people knocking on the door and making phone calls. I was slightly frightened. I later applied to change rooms and slept peacefully for a night.

Friendly staff. I does not have enough Russian Rubles when I reached hotel, I was planning to leave my bulky luggage in hotel and go out for exchange. The friendly receptionist Magarita told me it's Sunday, so most of the money changer are closed and I may pay the money once I get exchange the next day. I really feel so touched and heartwarming that she trusted me.

The room was not the one in the picture, but much worse. When I commented on this matter the answer from the staff was "It's a different category" - So, why do you use a different category picture for my booking? Clearly purposely misleading.

This hotel is very cost-effective. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the Line 2 subway station and about 20 minutes to the Red Square. The place is clean and the room is small but great price and excellent services by the front desk. The location is great. Make sure you have great shoes to walk . The only thing the left is very slow and it goes up to the 3 floor and if you have room in the 4 floor you need to go up .

Wonderful service, welcoming and helpful staff, nice rooms for families- a bit small but cozy and beautifully designed.

Very friendly staff. At the entrance they immediately offered help in carrying luggage. The front desk service is also very friendly. There is a bar in the lobby. The bartender, after resolving the issue with things at the reception, treated us to free non-alcoholic mulled wine. In cold weather - very useful ;-))

Hotel was great and helpful. Just a bit tricky to find because taxis doesn’t go on the street where it is located, but it is located behind the LV Building, next to Hermes.

The hotel is clean and the reception was helpful she guides our taxi driver to the location as the hotel located between buildings and it’s hard to be located.

The location is fantastic. Everything is close by: shopping at TSUM, an evening at the Bolshoi, and the nightlife right on your doorstep: bars, street musicians, rubber-burning bikers, and street racers blasting their exhaust. It's a big action-packed city. You won't be bored. Special thanks to the staff for checking in early.

I liked the Grada Boutique Hotel because it is located in the very center of the city! On the street there are constant performances of street musicians. Young people are in a positive movement, they sing, dance, ride horses, guys give flowers to girls. As for the hotel, I will say that I liked the helpful staff, who kindly and politely served our stay. If you put stars, I give 5 out of 5

The staff are very nice and helpful. Mr.Vlat (if I don’t spell wrong), he is very kind and good serviced staff. He served more than we expect. He even call a taxi , make an appointment and help us carry the very heavy baggage to the taxi. He even makes sure that our family on board safely. I honored him so much.

Service in the hands of 4 boys from the school, there is no manager. The rooms are not ventilated, there is an unbearable stench. The rooms are not soundproofed, the noise of the music from the street keeps you awake all night long (expecially Saturday) Poor level of cleanliness.
