Thanks for hospitable service. Especially a woman who works morning-afternoon shifts helped me a lot. She explained me transportation route and gave advice about local attractions.
Hotel is so nice and comfortable. 8 mins away from the city center and main bus station.

Do NOT recommend here. Take my advice from an experienced traveller and someone who has been to Ibiza many times. Going by previous 5* good reviews I booked hostal cervantes. First impression was ok, rooms clean and spacious, then it got weird. 2am during the night I am sleeping and a staff member tried to get in my room drunk. I asked him to go away and he continued to stand at my door and not leave. This was the person in charge of the hostal so I was very concerned by his behaviour and decided to leave as I felt unsafe. I do not know what his intentions were trying to get in guests rooms during the night after drinking but I have never experienced that in 10 years staying in Ibiza so I knew it wasnt right. Advice - avoid hostals near westend strip and stick to bigger hotels eg vibra or azuline chains, a bit more secure.

Better late than never for a review 🥰
I stayed in the Cervantes hostel with my friend Aline mid-June 2024 for 4 nights.
It was perfect thanks to the receptionists who were very helpful with all our requests (fridge storage hehe), big thank you to all of them and special thought to Jordi who was so kind to us and made our stay incredible ❤️
I can add the place is clean, room was confortable, beds were comfy, good location, good value for money I recommend anyone to stay there in San Antonio :) If I am back to Ibiza I will come to say hello for sure 😘

A greatly located Hostal with large and clean rooms. Towels are changed on a daily basis and the rooms are cleaned every day as well. As a guest one can use the great pool facilities of neighbouring Hotel Tropical. The balconies are large and the walk in rainshower adds a nice touch. The aircon blows proper cold air and keeps the room cool on very hot days. We‘ll be back ✌🏻

The location was great as it had everything we needed with a short walks distance i.e. supermarket, kebab shop, beach, bus station, etc. The room was nice with a comfortable balcony and great bathroom. The only thing that bothered us a little bit was the aircon wasn't as cold as we would've liked. Other than that, the room was great and the staff were super friendly!

An amazing place to stay in San Antonio on a budget - the rooms are very clean, modern, and spacious, come with a large balcony, and the air-con is strong. The location is excellent - very near to the bus station and the beach, with many restaurants and supermarkets / grocery shops around. The cherry on top is the great service which rivals that of 5-star hotels - the counter staff are very friendly and helpful, for example, they helped us check bus timings and book an early morning taxi to get to the airport. Highly recommend. Just note that it takes about a 30 min bus to get to Ibiza town.

Fabulous value for money. Clean rooms, free air conditioning, WiFi and safe. Use of pool at sister hotel across the road. Highly recommend

The rooms were clean, organized and very comfortable, made the perfect place to rest after a long day at the beach/pool or a party and to make plans for the next days. The staff were very helpful and offer advice for cool locations to enjoy the island. Overall a very pleasant experience, definitely coming back

Good location and clean rooms. Only issue is the noisy air conditioning units. They're not the normal split types where the noisy bit is outside, so you hear everything in the room

Good location, 10mins walk to the bus station. Very helpful and friendly staff, was greeted with a warm welcome. Rooms are very clean and have all the basic amenities. No mini fridge but not a huge problem. They have a baggage room in case of early check in or late check out. Overall a very good stay in Ibiza!
