Bluesea Bahía de Lobos Hotel in Corralejo

Bahia de lobos We went for 11 nights April 2026. Firstly, the staff are great, they were lovely and interactive to our kids, no complaints at all, all staff are lovely. Food - we really enjoyed the food, massive variety, something for everyone easily. Salad bar was great, home made pizzas, steak, beef, turkey. It had it all, kids eat really well. Evening entertainment was alright, singers, karaoke, Latin nights, one night they had people up learning salsa, it was good. We didn't really watch it but it was good. Hotel was clean and tidy, no complaints at all. There were little bits that I could say on here but they didn't impact our holiday so I'll leave it as a positive review. Drink cups you pay 1 euro and keep the cup the entire holiday but then at the end of the holiday, give them back and you get your money back. Something to be aware of, snack bar was non existent but to be honest, breakfast lunch and dinner were all spaced really well you didn't need the snack bar. You can get ice cream from the drinks bar open from around 10.30 Overall Great holiday :-)

We travelled as a family with our 8- and 10-year-old children and had a genuinely lovely experience from start to finish. Despite reading a few mixed reviews beforehand, we found the hotel to be welcoming, well-run, and a great choice for families. We would absolutely return. Food & Dining The food offering was consistently varied and plentiful across all meals. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with a full hot selection including bacon, sausages, beans, tomatoes, and a made-to-order omelette and fried egg station. There were also churros and pancakes available daily, alongside a wide range of pastries. Healthier options such as fresh fruit, yogurts, seeds, cereals, and a good selection of milk (including free-from options) were always available. There was an excellent bread and cold cuts station with meats and cheeses, plus a wide choice of smoothies and juices. The hot drinks machines offered several types of coffee and hot chocolate. The only minor note is that the tea was quite weak—we found using two tea bags worked better—and the cups were quite small, so larger paper cups were more practical. Lunch continued to impress, with reliable favourites like pizza and chips always available (a hit with the kids), alongside a fresh pasta station serving different combinations daily. The soup was consistently delicious, and the main dishes varied nicely, including options such as paella, spit-roasted kebabs, and freshly cooked burgers. The salad bar was fresh and well-stocked, often including tuna, prawns, and a variety of cheeses. Desserts were plentiful, with fruit, cakes, and ice cream always available, plus a fun “pick and mix” sweet selection that the kids loved. Dinner offered much of the same variety, with additional dishes such as roast meats, mussels, lasagne, and stir-fries. There was also a cheese and cracker station, along with nuts and seeds. The dessert station was a standout feature, with a chocolate fountain every evening—very popular with our children, especially when paired with marshmallows, fruit, and profiteroles. Drinks were self-service during meals, which we found convenient. Wine, beer, juices, and soft drinks were all easily accessible, and there was never any difficulty getting what we wanted. Facilities & Atmosphere We never struggled to find a table, and the dining area was kept clean and well-organised. The staff worked incredibly hard and were always friendly and approachable, which really added to the positive atmosphere. The pool bar was also excellent. A small refundable deposit for cups (1 euro) worked well to keep the area tidy. There was a good range of drinks available, and an all-inclusive menu made everything clear. Ice creams were available here too—just ask, and the staff were always happy to help. The pool area itself was clean and well maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised that there were no early-morning rushes for sunbeds. We had a wonderful stay here at the end of March. Not only is this hotel in a great location, just off the main town strip, but also provides such a relaxing environment. We went as a family with an 11 year old. We took an airport taxi which cost about 60 euros and very easy (30 minutes) and the hotel called one for us on our return. All the staff we encountered were so lovely and friendly. Always smiling and saying hello. We were in block D (1094) which was a great location. The room was so spacious and was cleaned very well daily. There was kettle and fridge (although not very cold!). We loved the fact there was no rush for sun-beds! You can’t really put them down before 10 although the pool opens at 9 so you can sit around it on your towels. Even in the afternoon there were ones available. We took our own cups with us which was fine. Access to water (this is filled using bottled water) and soft drinks/coffee machine are pour your own. Never any queues for drink both in the day and evening. Food was the usual basic Spanish with a couple of nice touches. Breakfast and lunch was great but evening could be better. You are close enough to restaurants to eat out in the evening. Although you never went hungry. The evening entertainment was very basic so if you like more, you may need to venture out. There is a Dino supermarket and spar just round the corner of the hotel. We will be going back for sure!

I want to write special notice for Ayman from the animation team because he is doing such a good job and we are having so much fun with him in the activities. Really nice guy, nice to talk to him!

Me and my husband arrived in the evening we checked in in the hotel; amazing, while there was a show in the bar ( faro). We chilled in the evening and we meet the animator ayman from animation team: made our holiday amazing also his personality was just top energy. We didn’t really like the food so we were eating outside and drinking at the hotel.

The hotel had good facilities pool we used was a great size - cold but then it’s not summer… Food was decent - there were microwaves for those who worry about it not being hot Rooms spacious and comfy.. shower did soak the floor but it dried quickly and cleaners were fab Staff across the hotel were lovely So close to the ‘*****’ but not noisy at all easy access to beach and walks to the dunes etc
