Playa Park Zensation in Corralejo

We really enjoyed our stay here, the rooms are very spacious and the team is very friendly and available to help. The breakfast is delicious and definitely worth it. I recommend the treatments in the spa, I had a massage with Carla that was excellent, she was very caring and dedicated, however if you want to access the spa pools and wellness areas you need to pay €15. The only thing I would improve about the stay is the room cleaning as it was too surface and some areas needed a deeper clean as they were dusty or slightly dirty. I would also upgrade the pillows as they were not the most comfortable. We also enjoyed the swimming pools in this hotel but wish they could regulate the temperature as they were quite cold and sometimes in April the temperature is not the warmest. Overall we recommend this hotel because of the staff friendliness, the space, the breakfast, the location and facilities. Well worth the money.

A lovely hotel for a family holiday. We travelled for an Easter break with my extended family and two children (3 & 8). The hotel was a great size for them to have lots of fun with the friends they made and the layout meant they were pretty much always in view. Massive thank you to Gino who really made the holiday and kept them occupied from about 11.30 to 5 with football, table tennis, shuffleboard, darts, archery and more, then the mini disco, bingo and quiz from 8.30 to 9.30. He made both children feel included and have lots of fun, they were delighted with their diplomas and medals. The food options were good - I liked the salad bar and variety of options. We stayed in the Zensation block and the rooms were a good layout with everything you need. The infinity pool was great and the spa access was a nice touch. If anything, the pools were a bit cold in April but it didn’t stop us. Thank you everyone!

We had a lovely holiday here. We had a 1-bed apartment which was spacious, with a terrace onto the pool area and a small kitchen. The spa was small but very nice and relaxing. Our 6yo loved the evening entertainment including kids mini disco, bingo, quiz, and live music. The pools were all freezing! Colder than the sea. Definitely worth packing a rash vest for little kids to keep them warm. The buffet food was great. All the staff were very friendly. We were within walking distance to beautiful beaches, and la campanario shopping centre which has markets and nice restaurants. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

We went for 11 nights 4th visit didn't let us down again. We went as a family me my husband and my adult autistic son. He loved the food 😋 always found something (fussy eater) pizza was his favourite they even made him his own in the restaurant which was nice. Room was great two bedroom plenty of room and my son felt comfortable there which is great for us as we had time to ourselves. Thanks Bob for sorting it out 😍. All the staff were fabulous couldn't do enough for us. Gino made it fun even when it was raining 🌧. Entertainment was good .Didn't manage to get to the beach as much weather wasn't the best but when we did we loved it some great bars and places for people watching. Great shops as well. Overall a great hoilday and just booked for April next year says it all.🏖🏝🍻🥂🍹can't wait.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to a small market square with several cafes and restaurants. The city center, with its many shops, is about a 15-20-minute walk away. The dunes are a similar distance away. The hotel offers a good standard and is ideal for a relaxing stay.

I always judge places on my own experiences. If you want relaxation away from the hussle and bussle of everyday life then this hotel is perfect. Here in my opinion are the positives the hotel is spotless the staff are all so friendly and always helpful. The entertainment is good throughout the day and evening time is also good. We stayed in one of the Superior Junior Suites which was lovely and we was on ground floor so could watch life go by. Here are a few negatives we had separate beds not a double I don’t think the bedding was changed that often and food choices could be better and hotter. But overall a lovely hotel and will be back next year. Thanks for a great holiday keep up the good work

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at the Playa Park Zensation hotel. Following delays with our transfer we finally arrived at the hotel at 9pm and were welcomed by a lovely friendly gentleman, Tony I believe his name was. He acknowledged that we must be hungry and told us that the restaurant was going to close very soon, so kindly offered to leave our bags in the storage and check in later so we could grab some much needed fuel. A very positive start to our stay, especially after the problems with our journey! The check in process was quick and easy and we were told of the app we could use throughout our stay, which gave details of the food available on the buffet each sitting, activities during the day and entertainment in the evening. We were all given a smart chip wristband, which was so convenient and saved hunting for the room key or making sure we all had the key when we needed it. The sun bed etiquette was good. No getting up at stupid o'clock to get a sunbed, although this was not allowed until 9am. I do feel this was a bit later than needed but it worked. At 8.45 people stood by the spot they wanted and collected their beds promptly at 9. There was plenty of room and we never had any problems unlike other hotels we've stayed at. The pools were absolutely freezing, which was a shock to the system but needless to say once we were in it was enjoyable. Much to our surprise on 1 November the temperature was much improved and apparently this is when they are then heated. There was also a small slide which my daughter enjoyed. The all inclusive soft drinks water and beer were self serve and the spirits, cocktails and slushies were served to you from behind the bar. All soft drinks were branded but you had to pay extra or be AI plus for branded spirits. The food was fantastic and there was plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Always replenished and presented well. The Mr Whippy type self serve ice cream and sprinkles and the chocolate fountain was a definite win for my children. It was a shame though that ice-cream or lollies were not available during the day, although HyperDino was only a short walk from the hotel. We visited the Al la carte restaurant, which was tasty and had a few different food choices. This was generally self service unless you ordered something different off of the menu, which would then be brought to you. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a balcony junior suite. 1 room with twin beds with a shower room and closet area with a balcony then a dividing door with another room with a sofa bed, separate balcony and a toilet and sink. Another toilet in the other bathroom would have been ideal but we made it work. The entertainment in the theatre was actually really good. We watched a trio singing group who were absolutely fantastic and a great illusionist. We also had karaoke and played bingo. The traditional pen and paper bingo was much better rather than trying to scan a QR code and doing on your

Third time staying at this fab hotel. Last twice we booked a zensation room but this time opted for a one bedroom apartment although still booked the gold all inclusive. This fave is access to the spa, rooftop infinity pool, a la carte restaurant, select branded drinks and a mini bar on arrival with water replenished each day. Free safe too. Our apartment was on ground floor with a terrace out to the pool. Preferred this to the premium room as we had much more space and only downside was that only had ceiling fans but we managed fine with this. Temperature was around 25-30 degrees all week. Great to see familiar faces which shows this hotel can retain their staff - legendary samba, Sergio, Karen, Sebastian. So customer focussed and make sure you are enjoying your stay. This year we also saw the lifeguard challenging customers on the rooftop to make sure they were eligible to use these facilities. Pool was freezing but area was quiet and great for chilling out with a book. Food great again had Mexican night, Italian, Chinese themes and used a la carte twice although felt that there was cutbacks here as was minute steak rather than big steaks on offer. Mustafa quickly clearing away plates and make older host was always working hard Entertainment was not brilliant some good some bad but atleast there was something to watch. Seems to be new entertainment team still finding their feet in comparison to when Gino was there. Nice walk into town or the dunes and close to the waterpark and shopping centre for the twice weekly market. Will definitely return again in the future although can’t seem to find the gold all inclusive via jet2 for next year

Just home from a 10 night stay and everything was great. We had a ground floor room so that meant we could just walk straight out to the pool. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We were All Inclusive Plus so had two visits to the on site restaurant which was lovely. There was always something a bit different in the food choice at the main buffet. We also used the Spa which was amazing and I paid for a massage. We used the rooftop pool too, worth a visit just for the views! All the staff are great and very helpful. The hotel itself is a short walk away from a good sized supermarket and some other small shops. It is about a 15 minute walk to the main part of the town.

Stoped beginning of October we went as a family with our adult autistic son this was our 3rd visit again can't flaunt it. Room great size two bedroom cleaned everyday cleaning is very good. Food great my son is a very fussy eater but managed every day loved the pizza they even made him his own when we went to the Italian. Drinks good amadou makes a great sangria wish I had more. Night entertainment was good didn't go every night but loved spainsh Elvis he was funny the 3 cats were good as well. All the staff were good and helpful when needed. We loved the beach went most days great for having a drink in the beach bars and people watching. We love the hotel and corralego we have booked for January and can't wait to go back
