Room 205 – Great Stay! Location – 10/10 The hotel is ideally placed, literally about 50 yards from the main strip. The drop-off and pick-up point is a bus stop at the top of the street (to the right of the junction), as the road itself is too narrow for buses. Super convenient. Room – 9/10 The room was excellently presented and very comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the pool. It was also incredibly quiet—you could hear a pin drop. Staff – 10/10 The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. They surprised us with a bottle of bubbly, chocolates, and balloons for our anniversary, which was a really thoughtful touch. Food – 7/10 We only had breakfast twice. It was a bit hit and miss—no sausage or bacon on the first visit, and no fried eggs on the second. That said, the quality of the food itself was good. Plenty of places to eat on the strip. Entertainment – 6/10 There was no entertainment in the hotel, but with the strip just 50 yards away, there was plenty to do nearby. Cleanliness – 10/10 The hotel was spotless throughout. The cleaning staff clearly work very hard to maintain such a high standard. Drinks – 9/10 We only had one drink at the hotel, but it was excellent quality and reasonably priced for a hotel.

This was our first trip to Fuerteventura And it wont be our last. We loved it here The place, the people, the hotel everything about it. This hotel is worth its 4* rating. Very easy check in all the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a ground floor suite which was amazing. It was very well equipped with a coffee machine and kettle which we used a lot as it was a bit cold in the evenings. We had a lovely bottle of presecco, balloons and chocolates left for us to celebrate our wedding anniversarry which was so thoughtful of the hotel. The room and the hotel were absolutely spotless, cleaned to a very high standard. The restaurant was lovely. Very well set up The food was amazing It was so nice to have your main course brought to you There was a great variety of main courses to choose from. every dish was cooked to perfection and very well presented. The waiting staff were all very friendly and worked very hard.It was like going to a first class resturant every night. The drinks were plentyful and a very reasonable price .We swapped to lunch a couple of times which was equally as good and well presented. It was a joy to eat in the restaurant.Breakfast was also a great variety of dishes, all well presented.All in all we had a great time at this hotel, and have already looked at coming back later this year and bringing our friends. It is in a great position in the centre but very quiet, there is no entertainment but there is a bar area and so much entertainment right on your doorstep.

Brilliant location within town and 2 mins from sea. Travelled with my daughter on half board basis. Lovely hotel, great facilities, we had a junior suite facing pool which was spacious and clean. Staff are amazing, working hard morning until night but always friendly. Restaurant provided huge choice in buffet at breakfast and dinner with freshly cooked main meals from an extensive menu. Overalk, a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed at this hotel for a seven night break away from the British weather with Jet2 and we were really impressed, especially with the friendliness of all the staff from check in, which was very quick where we received a nice glass of cava during check-in, lovely touch to checkout. The staff too many to name individually are a tremendous asset to the hotel and should be highly praised for their hospitality and friendliness, everyone we passed said hello and always had time for you. We were on a Half board basis and the breakfast and dinners were excellent with a good selection of dishes at both breakfast and dinner, where your main course is served a la carte, nice touch and every night there was a special to chose if you wanted a change from the usual menu. I know I wasn’t going to name anyone but William in the restaurant was exceptional and worth a mention as on every occasion he remembered my first name, quite a feat in a busy hotel another nice personal touch. Our room overlooked the pool which was more than ample, and had the sun all afternoon which suited us, as on the balcony you have a table and chairs and plenty of room for our two sun beds. The large bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped with toiletries and towels. The hotel location is great just off the main strip where we never heard any noise from, minutes from the beach and around ten minutes from the main music square which is worth a visit in the evening. In summing up this adults only hotel is well worth looking at for a very quiet pool time but vibrant atmosphere on your doorstep One small point worth mentioning was there is maybe six or seven choices for starters and dessert every night, but we found along with others it was difficult to choose which was what from the selection available as the names of each option were listed on a blackboard but not ID on the food items itself, not a criticism, more of a suggestion to ID the offerings individually. We will definitely return and strongly recommend this hotel, and to all the staff keep up the excellent customer relations you have.

Here at the moment in room 231 which is a junior suite overlooking the pool. There are 3 H10 hotels in the area and we have checked out the other 2 and have to say we much prefer Ocean Dunas which is smaller and more intimate and much to our liking. We are here on a half board basis and we love the a la carte menu with a special every night and the fact you can swap dinner for lunch if you want to take advantage of the many restaurants just a very short stroll from the hotel. The hotel seems to be a little older than the other H10 hotels here but it is beautifully maintained by the wonderful staff. We just have to mention William, Deseree, Consuella, Davide and Sara on reception. They have all made our stay very enjoyable. We will be sad to leave on Sunday but there's always next year!

We arrived at the wonderful H10 Ocean Dunas Hotel on 1st November 2025 and sadly we only have a few days left of our stay at this fantastic Hotel with truly amazing staff! We booked this H10 Hotel as we have been impressed with the previous H10 Hotels we have visited and the great trip adviser reviews helped us to decide that H10 Ocean Dunas was the perfect venue to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary. So we booked a junior suite via Jet 2 and made some special requests via email to the Hotel management/reception staff regarding our suite location, all of which were acknowledged promptly and professionally by the Hotel Staff. On arrival the check in process could not have went any smoother and our cases were kindly taken to our suite and a lovely cold glass of cava was provided while our details were taken. After a fairly long day travelling the professionalism and politeness of the reception staff was very much appreciated, both at the check in in process and throughout our stay, nothing was too much bother and our grateful thanks go to Allessandro, Jonathan, Sarah, Judit, Hanv, Raquel and David, you are all a credit to H10. on arriving at our Junior Suite we found that not only had our email request been fulfilled entirely, there were also balloons, chocolates and a bottle of ice cold cava from the hotel for our Golden Wedding Anniversary, thank you to all involved in this lovely gesture. As this was our first holiday abroad for over 2 years due to health issues, we opted to stay on a half board basis for our 2 week stay and our minor concerns about the menu possibly being repetitive were totally unfounded, as we always found something different to try for dinner and accompanying wines throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the self service for entrees, followed by table service for dinner by lovely hard working staff who always had a smile and cheery welcome, whether at breakfast time or dinner in the evenings. On the one occasion we got our dinner order entirely wrong…our fault, not the staffs, it was resolved quietly, professionally and without any fuss whatsoever by the Dining Room Staff. So once again our gratitude to William, Consuello, Aleja, David, Desiree, Lara, Ari and Carolina for making our ‘ Wine and Dining’ experience at H10 Ocean Dunas so enjoyable! Our room was kept immaculately clean by Carmen and a wonderful team of lovely ladies, and our apologies for failing to get all of their names…Los Siento! The Hotel is located right in the middle of Corralejo, yet remains astonishingly quiet, with plenty sun beds around the pool and as it is an adults only occupancy, we found it a really peaceful holiday, which sometimes is not for everyone, but met our requirements on this occasion to perfection! I would respectfully suggest that the majority of the clientele are middle-aged, or like us happily retired and ‘kicking on a bit’ in years, hence the lovely relaxed vibe about the hotel? Just arrived back after spending 11 nights HB at the H10 Ocean Dunas Hotel. This is not our first time staying in Corralejo, but this was our first time at this Hotel. We chose this Hotel as it’s Adults only and in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and the main street which has many shops, bars and restaurants and it’s just a 10-15 minute walk down to Music Square. On check in just after 10pm we were met by a friendly receptionist, we were issued with wrist bands, which act as your room key and how you order drinks etc (on account) during your stay. Although a good idea, not sure we actually liked wearing the bands and we noticed quite a few people had removed them. We stayed in a Superior Room with a garden view which was very peaceful, although we did find the room a bit small and basic compared to other 4* hotels we have stayed in but it was clean and tidy. The free safe, air con, fridge and tea & coffee making facilities were appreciated and the bed was a good size, but a bit hard. We did find though; there was a lack of storage and drawer space for our clothes and cases. As we had arrived late in the evening and too late for our first evening meal, the hotel had very kindly provided us with a plate of food each and some fruit and water in our room. Breakfast and dinner were served in the restaurant which also has outdoor seating, the staff are very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was self-service buffet style and was good; providing continental breakfast, fruit, yoghurts, cereal and a good selection of cooked breakfast items and pastries. Dinner has to be booked with Reception even if you are HB and you have to select a time. We just booked the same time for each night when we checked in, but were told we could easily change or cancel this, we could even swap the dinner for lunch if we wanted. Dinner is buffet style for the first course and dessert which seemed to be on a weekly rotation. The main course you select from a menu which we thought was great. The menu choices are mainly Italian inspired; pasta dishes, rice dishes, meat and fish dishes and there is a choice of one special dish per evening. The portion sizes for the main meals were good, but the quality of the food seemed a bit hit and miss. The first Sunday after we had arrived, the special was Roast beef which was amazing and it was recommended to us by other guests too. The following Sunday it was totally different and not very nice. We overheard other guests saying the same about some of the other dishes. We chose to eat out a few times during our stay, just to get some variety. In the Pool area there are plenty of sunbeds, although you may have to move around to different beds during the day if you prefer sun or shade. There were just a few people who seemed to reserve sun beds with the hotel pool towels, but then you never saw them again, or for just a hour or so later in the afternoon, which was a bit annoying and really not necessary.
