TAO Caleta Playa in Corralejo

This is a friendly relaxed place to stay. 30 seconds to Toro sandy beach Five minutes to some very good bars and restaurants. The complex is in need and is getting a long awaited make over in May and June. Hope it doesn't detract from its character and leave it just another apartment block. Have been there twice in twelve months hope to return there soon.

Location was perfect right by the beach and only a few minutes' walk from restaurants, bars and shops. I can't stress strongly enough how brilliant the location is. Apartments had everything we needed (we ate out mostly). Clean, nice bathroom, good shower, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

Fantastic location right on the beach! We had a 2 bed Seaview apartment with amazing views out to sea and access to the beach and beach bar. There is also a pool area with sun beds. Complex is small with only about 30 apartments. Very secure with code access to entrance gates. Reception open 9am to 3pm. Just 1min walk to main ***** and only a short strole to the music square and harbour. Apartments are basic but comfortable. Range for 1 bed duplex to 3 bed Seaview. It's our 4th time here and we have booked to come back again in 10 weeks!

Lovely small hotel with direct beach access via a secure gate and central for all the bars, restaurants and shops in Corralejo. Apartments are furnished and equipped at a fairly basic level but are comfortable and clean. We had a lovely week here and would definitely return.

Was worried after reading poor reviews but was pleasantly surprised..I agree apartments have seen better days ( we had a pool view)but it was spotlessly clean staff were hard working and lovely Excellent location close to beach ...extremely peaceful stay Would definitely go back

Panic, Bleach, and a Killer View – Our D03 Reality Check Total panic after reading the D03 review – it was savage. I mean, yeah, it’s rated 2 stars… but the location is a solid 5 stars (and then some). Walked in expecting a disaster, but nope – the place was clean as a whistle. Was there a bit of a pong in the bathroom? Sure. Solution: bleach + air freshener = no drama. The fan’s got cardboard-ish spacers (DIY vibes), the curtain poles are doing their best Titanic impression, and the appliances are slowly rusting into retirement. Oh, and a few scuffs on the walls – shocking for a holiday rental, right? 🙄 But hey – it’s humid, it’s coastal, and people are in and out of this place constantly. It’s not a showroom, it’s a holiday base. And for that, it’s spot on. We had an absolutely fab first day. Wi-Fi? Fast. Shower? Decent. Views? Drop-dead gorgeous. Coffee table’s a bit battered, but I’ve already put my feet on it, so I’m hardly helping the situation. Bottom line: If you want spotless perfection, book a spa resort. If you’ve got a bit of common sense and want a comfy base to crash between beach trips and ice creams, this place is a win. Curious to see what I’ll say by the end of the week!
