The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort overall is older and a bit tired. It could use an update. There is plenty of food offered for each meal. None of it is exceptional, but it is sufficient. None of the hot tubs were turned on when I was there which was disappointing. The room is fine but the bed is a bit hard.

We're here now and are very happy with the hotel.
The room is nice and kept clean and tidy and the animation team do a great job of keeping everyone entertained.
I do think the entertainment needs to go on for longer.
The food is nice with quite a bit of choice but it can have days were the choice isn't as good.
We upgraded to the premium drinks which worked out cheaper than doing with jet2.
The cocktails are nice but for some reason they wouldn't let us have the Martinis even though they are the same price as the others and it doesn't mention anywhere in the app that we can't.
Overall though we were happy and would come back again.

Awesome stay. It's a 3star hotel, if you want 5star, book a 5star. This hotel does what it needs. Staff are great, animation team are awesome. They try their best... but if you want 5star entertainment... book a 5star hotel. Very child friendly... good selection of food. If you want premium drinks then upgrade... if not thrn you will be fine with what's on offer.. would i come back? Yes, but I want to see the world!

Just returned from a weeks stay here with my partner and we have no complaints.
We had a deluxe double room with sea view which was plenty big enough, had a fridge, coffee machine, robes and slippers. Beautiful view over to the sea with a nice quiet location
Everywhere was always clean and fresh
All of the staff at the hotel were friendly, smiling and helpful if we needed them.
We can’t comment on the entertainment team as we didn’t watch any but we could hear it some nights and it sounded like everyone was having a good time.
The food for us was plentiful but we do eat a lot of salad and fruits but always saw pizza, pasta, meat, fish and fresh breads available, the deserts always looked scrummy but we managed to resist for the week. We didn’t use the snack bars but they were always full up with plenty of food for people to choose.

We always managed to find a sun lounger without the need to reserve one (we did only stay by the pool three times though and it’s out of school holiday season) so can’t comment on busier times through the year.
On our checkout day we were allowed to keep our all inclusive bands until we left and just before we left we were offered a shower room to freshen up and change in which was nice and refreshing after a hot day in the sun.
All in all we were pleased with our stay we couldn’t ask for anything more.

Great location, 5 minutes from beach and the main bus station, so you can get anywhere. Not a huge hotel, so more relaxed than many. The pools are not over crowded and the animation team do not harass you to join in constantly. Wonderful staff, we have been going here annually for 8 years with a big group of transgender people, and have had nothing but kindness and acceptance there. My husband and I have also stayed here on our own, and the level of attentiveness is the same. The evening entertainment is varied and a good standard. There is a Wellness Centre just off the main bar and seating area, that do the best Swedish massage I have ever had! They do lots of different things, various massages and pedicures etc, well worth a visit.

Excellent value for money!!!
The hotel is spotless, and the room cleaning is outstanding. The food is delicious and really caters to all tastes (even mine, and I’m quite picky). Everything works perfectly, and the staff are truly exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure guests have the best stay.
My only suggestion would be to add more sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool. I definitely intend to come back. Congratulations to the whole team for such a high-quality service 👏

We had a great stay at this hotel.
Our room was lovely & clean. The view was stunning from the top floor. There were three pools to choose from, and we really enjoyed the sun loungers on the raised decking overlooking the main pool. All inclusive food was a bit hit & miss. Some nights we really enjoyed it, especially the Thai/Chinese themed night.
If there's anything the hotel doesn't have, there's a Spar down the road which is about a 5 minute walk.
Our room was lovely & clean. The view was stunning from the top floor. There were three pools to choose from, and we really enjoyed the sun loungers on the raised decking overlooking the main pool. All inclusive food was a bit hit & miss. Some nights we really enjoyed it, especially the Thai/Chinese themed night.

We stayed at the this hotel at the beginning of July for a week, this was our first family holiday all together and I can easily say I would never recommend this hotel and I definitely will not be returning. If you are British you are not welcome at all, the staff are rude, if you have payed for all inclusive believe me it is not and you will end up paying for additional stuff, the food every night was awful with a poor selection. Food in the pool bar was still left out after the entertainment was finished at 22:30, you are not allowed any kind of toys or little balls in the pool, we spoke to several other groups of people from the UK and every person had there own horror story about what they have experienced or witnessed, we checked out and everyone was waiting in the lobby with the belongings for our transfer until a manager come out and starting shouting telling us to get out and when another lad told him he needed to charge his phone before he leaves the manager then stormed towards him and said “what did you just say” overall a poor experience and If you are British my advice would be stay far away from this hotel.

Had a lovely meal her this evening, great staff, very friendly and polite.I had the duck in Japanese sauce and my partner had duck in chilli sauce both delicious. Nice relaxing evening lovely place to eat.
