Hotel Folias San Agustín in San Agustin

The staff were great and the room was absolutely spotless. The pool was also very good and the whole place was very clean. The food at the the pool bar was very good and I would recommend the Spanish omelette but be warned, bring your appetite for this one! Will stay there again.

Internet was very bad and some small issues with the toilet. Everything else was very nice. Everyone was very nice to us, the pool, bar, reception was cool.

Good cooking utensils but no salt, pepper or oil etc was given which is unnecessary to buy yourself. Coffe machine, toaster, water cooker were good to have.

Room was old but well kept. 5 min to the beach

Close to a lovely beach. Restaurants, shops and transport links all within a few minutes walk.

Good location near the beach, sunlight on the balcony and a little park. Breakfast adequate, if not inspired. Annoying that the room safe had an extra daily charge. Nice touch that we got a take-with-you breakfast for a 5 am departure.

Its not my first time, Hotel its in very good location. Staffs are very friendly.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, I stayed 2 nights at the beginning of my trip and 2 nights at the end of the trip and I really wish I spent more time there! The staff are so welcoming and very pleasant in particular Omar at reception who was super friendly, professional and patient and provided good advice on the local area. The pool guy (sorry didn't get the name) was very accommodating, making sure everyone has a sun-lounger and would move it wherever you wanted it, lovely guy.
I loved the LOCATION! 5 minute walk to a nice beach, 5-10 minute walk to a shopping centre and less than 10 minute walk from the buses that service the airport and most other areas in Gran Canaria. Lots of plants and nature around and not too crowded with people considering the busy month of August.
The room was a good size, modern, clean with very good air-conditioning. The sea/ pool/ plant view was magnificent! both on the 5th floor as well as the 2nd floor.
