​We visited Abora 10 years ago and we fell in love with the hotel, the experience, and all the team. And after 10 years, we felt the same. Amazing place. Well done!

We had a great holiday at this hotel without any issues.The front desk staff were all very kind to me even though I am not fluent in the language.

Overall, we liked it. The cleanliness, the location. The downside is the food, which has very little variety.

Staff were excellent and the food was varied and tasty (esp breakfast) - the Bar is plentiful and self serve beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee is good. Room was clean, and the cleaning teams did a good job. overall the hotel is a little tired and dated, with some peeling paint and rough around the edges. I would recommend this as a good budget holiday hotel.

Only issues I had was 1) cleaning staff were extremely loud on a morning and 2) hospitality staff didn't setup our table for my special birthday as requested by my dad. Beautiful hotel - the layout was huge with large amounts of greenery and lovely plants everywhere.

Great hotel. Rooms are very nice but needs better maintenance when I emptied the bathroom sink it pulled the water trap and allowed sewerage smells to enter the bathroom. We have a 14 night stay here we are completely satisfied with the service from our room maids. Our room is cleaned every day and fresh towels at hand. The pool is quiet and very well manned by life guards and constant service people checking areas. i have come to this hotel for 3 years in a row now and it never disappoints me and my family, so many friends we have met because of this hotel and my favourite is the entertainment team, always have good activities and such a friendly atmosphere. the food is amazing and have such variety.

Generally a good holiday hotel, comfortable beds, good food, hardworking and pleasant staff. No sunbed hogging at dawn as the pool area not open until 8.30am. The negative for us was the variable WiFi and some of the guests who thought it was ok to party loudly in the central pool area.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort overall is older and a bit tired. It could use an update. There is plenty of food offered for each meal. Staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. The property is a bit old, but the room was spacious. However, the advert showed that there was a gym, and there wasn’t one on-site. This was disappointing, as I specifically chose the place for the gym.

There were seven of us and put in this wonderful hotel overnight as our flight was delayed. Staff were lovely, we were all given individual rooms, food was fantastic, so much choice. Beautiful grounds with so much to do. Thank you for everything.

One thing we were not aware of coming from the USA was the electricity differences so we had to scramble to purchase adapters there for our electronics. They only have the 2 round plug ins. Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Eugenia Victoria & Spa. The facilities are excellent, especially the spa and pool areas, which are perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the entertainment was varied and enjoyable. Everything was kept spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the communal areas. Would highly recommend and would definitely return!

After reading the reviews on this hotel we were unsure what to expect. The hotel is large ,opulence stands out as you enter the reception are. Just returned from a week here. Hotel was clean and well kept. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed every couple of days. Grounds very well looked after.
