Beautiful hotel - the layout was huge with large amounts of greenery and lovely plants everywhere.

Great hotel. Rooms are very nice but needs better maintenance when I emptied the bathroom sink it pulled the water trap and allowed sewerage smells to enter the bathroom. We have a 14 night stay here we are completely satisfied with the service from our room maids. Our room is cleaned every day and fresh towels at hand. Generally a good holiday hotel, comfortable beds, good food, hardworking and pleasant staff. No sunbed hogging at dawn as the pool area not open until 8.30am. The negative for us was the variable WiFi and some of the guests who thought it was ok to party loudly in the central pool area.

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Eugenia Victoria & Spa. The facilities are excellent, especially the spa and pool areas, which are perfect for relaxing. Good I really like this hotel and enjoyed the stay. Excellent food, but could vary more ( I was there for 2 weeks and got very tired of it). The hotel itself is a old-fashioned gem. We stayed in junior suite facing the front of the Hotel. Very quiet, airconditioning was a bit off and the air in the room kind of dusty. One of the best parts were the 3 swimming pools. And the breakfast, one the best ever!

We stayed for 4 nights in November 2025. The location was away from the busy strip, which was nice. The room was comfortable but definitely not worthy of a 4-star rating. The on-property restaurant was buffet-style with no options for à la carte. The bar had entertainment at night that was subpar and reminded us of karaoke night. The shower leaked on to the bathroom floor which was also annoying.

A beautiful hotel with old world charm but all updated in great taste. It was close to the port and bus service across the street.

I stayed here solo for one week in December. The hotel is modern, and clean. Well located. The reception and foyer area is lovely and chilled. Always a nice fresh smell. My bedroom was huge. 2 single beds pushed together (not a fan). Smart wall mounted tv. Good shower. Plenty of storage. No iron or ironing board (they gave me a hand steamer instead). We, a family of 3, spent 11 nights here at Hotel Rondo. The rooms were quite spacious and I believe newly renovated. The staff was very friendly and service minded. Why not 5 stars? The pool.... The pool was a little small, the pool area was too small and therefore had too few sunbeds. And the pool was not always clean.
