i have come to this hotel for 3 years in a row now and it never disappoints me and my family, so many friends we have met because of this hotel and my favourite is the entertainment team, always have good activities and such a friendly atmosphere. the food is amazing and have such variety.

Generally a good holiday hotel, comfortable beds, good food, hardworking and pleasant staff. No sunbed hogging at dawn as the pool area not open until 8.30am. The negative for us was the variable WiFi and some of the guests who thought it was ok to party loudly in the central pool area.

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Eugenia Victoria & Spa. The facilities are excellent, especially the spa and pool areas, which are perfect for relaxing. Tatiana on reception is one of the most impressive professionals I’ve encountered in all the hotels I’ve stayed in all over Europe. Her attention to details , response times to queries and able to extend my stays even though the hotel was full to capacity. Stayed here many times, the rooms are in need of a little sprucing up, but are more like mini apartments, most with mini kitchens and outside lounge area. Just a short walk from the Europa Centre, and a 40 minute transfer from the airport. All in all reasonably good for the price.

My fourth visit here. It's relatively good value, and just a couple of minutes from the Europa Centre. However, the rooms do need a bit of attention, and they do not honour any ******* upgrades or VIP 'freebies'.

Difficult to have a bad experience here. Everything is geared to making your stay enjoyable. We really liked the chalet type accommodation with own terrace and garden furniture. This was our third consecutive visit to Cay Beach Princess. It’s very good value accommodation, with very friendly and helpful staff. Although it is out of town, it is easy and cheap to get taxis.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort and liked having a 1 bedroom with kitchen bungalow near the pool. The pool was very clean & beautiful but the water is too cold for most people to swim. Even tho the weather was very hot & sunny as soon as they felt the water they would not go in. The staff is nice and friendly. I wish they would have told us about the free shuttle to the beach when we checked in...

Not a bad hotel but out of town Not a bad place to stay but 35 min walk to swa front. Room was ok but bathroom had a terrible smell of drains. Most of staff were great except one woman on front desk who was very unhelpful & didnt have any customer service qualities at all! Pool area was lovely & very handy for bus stop for visiting other parts of the island.

This isn't our first time staying at this hotel. We love the location and the stunning ocean view. The sun comes out in the morning and shines all day. The heated pool is wonderful. The staff is friendly. They answer all our questions, offer a welcome gift for repeat guests, and upgraded us to a better room.

Wonderful, the only thing I would change is the bed, I don’t understand why it’s singles not a double bed or bigger
