This hotel is lovely, clean, modern and with games room, sports, gym and spa. The all inclusive food was mostly OK but not good for fussier eaters. The pools are well sized with a toddler pool, small pool and large pool all close to pool bars and seating areas. The only negatives were some of the staff being quite rude, although Bryan was always smiling and happy to serve at the bar, and the evening entertainment was not great. One night was a dj who managed to get a lot of people on the dance floor playing upbeat music from Spain, Germany and England. The other 9 nights we were there they had singers who seemed to all follow the same playlist in a slightly different style which became pretty boring after 2 or 3 nights! The area is nice and only a short taxi ride from places like the Yumbo centre etc. The hotel also runs a free bus service to the beach each day. Overall we had a lovely stay here but would recommend going elsewhere for some evenings.

We’ve just returned from an excellent 8-night family holiday, travelling with our two children (aged 6), my husband, and my in-laws—and we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, and the food was a real highlight. There was a great variety each day, with plenty of choice for everyone. The pool bar was brilliant, especially for picky eaters, and the restaurant by the pool offered a lovely menu with excellent options. A special mention has to go to the roast chicken from the pizza place—it was absolutely amazing. Drinks were also very good, with a wide selection available. Although it was advertised as branded alcohol and that wasn’t always the case, it didn’t impact our experience as everything we had was still enjoyable. The kids’ club was great, and the animation staff were genuinely lovely and engaging. There were plenty of activities for all ages, making it easy to keep the whole family entertained. The nightly entertainment was also enjoyable and added to the overall experience. Our room was one of the best we’ve stayed in as a family of four—spacious, very clean, and well laid out so the kids had their own space, which made a big difference. The only minor downside was the lack of bottled water in the room, which would have been a helpful addition. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return in a heartbeat

We booked all inclusive plus and please be warned this doesn't include any bottled water! We had to buy from the shop, they do have a tap to refill but this is not acceptable given this is a basic need and should be included and having medical conditions which require lots of water, having to go either to the shop or all the way down stairs to fill it is not great and after everyone has touched the tap. The choice of food is absolutely poor and no option for picky eaters or dietary requirements, there is around 6 dishes to choose from on an evening and even less at lunch and evening and most of which is fish or stuff lathered in sauces. No chicken nuggets for children or pizzas in the main restaurant. The snack bar was ok for lunch and the pizza bar was OK however only 2 pizzas was being cooked at a time and was gone within seconds. No branded beers as advertised The hotel is generally looking OK but the hallways are very old, dark and tired blue carpets needs updating and looking at it from the outside as you approch doesn't look great with the blue window frames makes it look cheap but obviouslythis is only a very minor issue. The pool needs sorting on the floor. My boys constantly had a rash and was itchy after getting out the pool. My littlest boy developed impetigo however this is proberly unrelated to the hotel. Lifeguard changes her mind you can have the floats in 1 minute then the next she says no then child cries allows them to keep it so not sure if a power trip or not. Sun loungers can be reserved from 5am so be prepared to get up and reserve as they are gone very quick from early on. The inside pool was lovely and warm but children only allowed in 10 till 12 and you are made to rent their towels with a refundable £45 deposit. No entertainment in the day apart from a session of aqua aerobics in the morning and water polo in after no music played around the pool. Most staff polite some rude, however all encounter with reception was were very polite and helpful. We didn't use the entertainment for kids or evening but looked OK when walking pased. Was made to go change all inclusive band before we was allowed to be served half way through our holiday. On arrival around 3pm we had to wait an hour for our room to be ready, which wasn't great after travelling and the fact the cleaner was there at 11am the day of checkout and all through the stay they hadn't cleaned the room until 2/3pm. The rooms was ok as per the photos nice and big however the fact I was on the 7th floor and there was NO lock on the patio door was hard work with a SEN child. Not enough towels for 4 people. Very noisy and constantly being woken up by people walking past and inconsiderate banging above etc. Free WiFi that worked well. The location is ok the street it is on feels very run down, quiet and strange as lots of things down side cut through and things that have shut down. The main supermarket is just next door. The street opposite leads you down to the main b

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Eugenia Victoria & Spa. The facilities are excellent, especially the spa and pool areas, which are perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the entertainment was varied and enjoyable. Everything was kept spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the communal areas. Would highly recommend and would definitely return!

The check in at hotel was disgusting and made us feel uneasy at the hotel. We couldn’t get dropped at the hotel (not their fault) due to the rearranged Carnival festival resulting in road closures. Therefore, we had to battle through crowds of 1000s with cases and a young child. We arrived at the hotel and it was like a prison with fences outside (again, due to Carnival). It was a chaotic start to say the least! With that in mind, I would have expected the hotel receptionist to be welcoming and check we were ok etc. However, they appeared stressed (maybe from the noise). We were told we had to wear wrist bands the whole time. I questioned whether I could carry mine at all times as it barely fit my wrist and the material would irritate my skin. I was told, in no uncertain terms, I had to wear it. I asked if there was any way around this or if they had a bigger band. At this point, a manager intervened and told me it was mandatory and I’d have to leave the hotel if I didn’t wear it (trust me, if it wasn’t due to the Carnival I would have left at this point due to the rudeness). I explained again why I didn’t want to wear it but he started shouting and pointing his finger saying I need to lose weight and show respect! I was literally appalled. I insisted he walked away and left me alone and I refused to speak to him. Beyond the awful check in experience, my interactions with any staff throughout the stay were disappointing to say the least. They appear rude, unbothered about guests and barely smiled the whole time. On the first evening, we couldn’t leave the hotel to get water due to the Carnival. We tried using the vending machine but the drinks didn’t dispense and were jammed. Reception were called and the man started shouting at us and another guest that it was jammed. I pointed out this is not our fault and he then just walked off and said we had to go to reception (despite the fact he was from reception). Other issues included: Food was ok at times but awful most of the time (we ate out on a few occasions so definitely don’t go all inclusive or even half board unless you had to!) Hotel sunbeds are reserved and left empty and hotel staff do nothing about this! Not enough staff serving most of the time. We literally had to clear and wipe tables ourselves simply to find space at dinner. At the pool bar, there was often a long queue as only one seeing. The drinks are awful and very small. The safe in the room is chargeable. Considering the price we paid to stay, I was surprised the safe was not included. The maid lived up dirty towels from our bathroom floor and rehung these for reuse rather than supplying clean ones. We’d purposefully left them on the floor to indicate they were dirty! The positives were: The rooms are a good size and are generally well kept (despite being a bit dated). The pool size was decent (despite missing some tiles in part) and there were jacuzzi facilities (although some paint was peeling off) Ther

Our stay at the Bull Eugenia Victoria was deeply disappointing, and I feel it's only fair to share our experience to help others make an informed decision. From the moment we arrived, the staff left a lot to be desired. They were unhelpful, unfriendly, and often dismissive — making us feel like an inconvenience simply for asking straightforward questions. Good customer service should be a basic standard, and sadly this hotel fell well short of that. The food was equally underwhelming. Bland, repetitive, and frankly unappetising, it got to the point where we chose to eat out on several evenings rather than endure another disappointing meal. We weren't alone in feeling this way — other guests around us appeared to share the same frustration. Perhaps the most frustrating part of our stay involved an issue regarding my partner's hair. My partner uses washable pink hair dye — something he has done for years without any problems at other hotels. A small amount of colour transferred onto a pillowcase and towel during the stay, which is entirely normal with washable dye. Despite this, the hotel attempted to charge us €60, claiming the colour would not wash out. The duty manager even made the inappropriate comment that perhaps my partner "shouldn't dye his hair" — which we found completely unacceptable. To prove the point, we washed the items ourselves in the sink, and the colour came out completely without issue. A great deal of unnecessary stress over something that was entirely avoidable. We have never experienced anything like this at any other hotel, and it left a very bitter taste. If you value good service, decent food, and basic respect, we would strongly advise looking elsewhere. The Bull Eugenia Victoria has a long way to go before it meets the standards expected of a reputable hotel.

After reading the reviews on this hotel we were unsure what to expect. The hotel is large ,opulence stands out as you enter the reception are. The lounge and bar area are of a similar vein as is the restaurant . Everywhere looked clean and smelt wonderful. The restaurant does get very busy and there are often queues to be seated. The food was wonderful plenty of choice and there’s never a shortage. The pool area is tastefully done although the loungers get grabbed at dawn. So you need to be fast. Upstairs is a different matter the corridors are looking tired and are in need of upgrading. The rooms are spacious but looking in need of decorating, scuffed walls with dirty marks. The bedding smelt fresh . The bathroom although serviceable again are looking shabby and in need of a upgrade. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the towels were changed. The towels were very small, and thin, so rough you exfoliate when drying yourself! Definitely better quality towels required. The outdoor evening entertainment was good on the whole and the room we were in meant we could view via our balcony . So that was a win,win in our opinion. As the evenings were quite chilly whilst we were there. Everywhere is quiet by 12pm ensuring you get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately I became unwell ,but Daniel on reception, kindly helped and directed us to the right hospital and ordered a taxi for us. So we want to extend a big thank to Daniel for his kindness and concern. The hotel is in a good location, supermarket next door ,pharmacy close by to. A 15 min stroll will get you to the beach. Or you can use the hotel shuttle service. Although the hotel has a few downsides. We still wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. On the whole we had a throughly enjoyable holiday. Thank you to all the staff who made you feel very welcomed 😊 indeed.

Just returned from a week here. Hotel was clean and well kept. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed every couple of days. Grounds very well looked after. Pools were clean and water temperature was fine. Ample sunbeds although not always available in the sunniest areas. Staff all friendly, special mention to the pool bar girls who were particularly friendly and happy. We were half board and found plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. Lunchtime we ate at pool bar. Very quick service and reasonable prices but limited choice. Hotel within walking distance of beach and not far from plenty of restaurants and bars. On bus routes and plenty of taxis around. We weren't that impressed with the resort. Pavements uneven and broken, cars parked on some so not easy to navigate. Nice promenade along coast but steep steps up from the beach. Only negatives with the hotel itself were beds not that comfy for me, and pillows were lumpy. Towels a little thin. Plates not always warm in dining room. Few too many rude continental guests. Would we go again, for a short sunshine break, yes definitely.

Stayed here for a week with friends. We came end of august was very busy so had to be up early for sunbeds but you had to be on them within an hour otherwise your towels were taken. The spa was amazing and free. Food was good, big selection. Drinks also good and great service. Snack bar round the pool was our favourite. Entertainment was a mix, some good nights some not so. The rooms were big and spacious, always clean. The hotel included a free shuttle to Maspalomas beach which was a good added bonus. Would stay here again!

We were half board (DBB) for 7 nights Pros: clean room and hotel, fridge in room, beds v comfy, slept so well. Breakfast nice, cushions on sunbeds comfy, spa excellent - dead sea pool was great in particular. We thought it was a reasonable price. Cons: a charge for pool towels, no-one stops people from reserving sunbeds all day (and then they only sit on them from 3pm onwards!), some staff were lovely, others not so friendly (ie a couple of bar staff and wouldn't even give us an ice cube! Charge of 50 cents). They were also really strict about not joining tables together at the bar. Evening meal not the best and you had to find your own table (which was difficult sometimes for a party of 6). We ate out 2 nights.

Went here for drinks. The Local beer Tropical was the most expensive drink of Tropical I had and it was the worst pint I have had. My wife got a cocktail and it was absolutely vile and we paid almost €7 for it. I would not recommend this place for drinks. Food wise it maybe ok. We never tried the food. Happy holidays.
