Where to stay with kids in Magaluf

Sun beds always reserved no enforcement on this even with signs saying they would we were unable to use any of the pools for full 7 days due to this. Lifts are a nightmare often taking 15 minutes to get up or down

In the week we stayed the bed was changed once. The floor was barely ever brushed, maybe twice the whole time we stayed and was never mopped. Our toddler’s feet were constantly dirty from walking around the room

We keep our room tidy, we make the bed daily and don’t have clothes lying around, so there was no excuse to keep the floor brushed. ENTERTAINMENT We didn’t take part in any of the daytime or evening entertainment

At breakfast soya and oat milk was available for tea, coffee cereals, but the milks didn’t appear at any other time during the day, which I found a bit odd as coffee and tea facilities were available

There were lots of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk, so if the hotel food isn’t up to your tastes, then there’s plenty of other places to eat. CLEANLINESS The standard of cleanliness in our room was subpar

The entertainment staff worked their socks off! They were amazing with the kids (from what we could see) and there was always something going on. FINAL THOUGHTS All in all, we had a lovely holiday

Booked it again for this two night stay with my better half and it was every bit as good as I remembered

I think the room and and bathroom could have been cleaner - There was a lot of mold around the shower

Towels were changed daily if needed, and the cleaning was always done well. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice – everyone can find something to enjoy. The coffee was tasty, especially at the pool bar

We also ordered a sandwich for our child at the pool bar – it was fresh, delicious, and the portion was huge 😁

Bonus tip: On the day of departure, you can leave your luggage in the storage room and still enjoy a few more hours at the beach. There’s even a shower near the pool where you can freshen up before leaving

From the reception desk we were warmly welcomed, and when we asked to replace the baby cot (as our son is already grown up), they reacted instantly and with a smile

I didn't hear any children inside the room, but it was quite lively at breakfast! If you'd like to relax a little more, I recommend an adult hotel. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the fruit was delicious

One thing that surprised me was the large number of families with small children

There was something for each member of the family to enjoy and had lot of fun. Just that beds keep moving apart 😀 And beach was 7 to 8 minutes walk, since we were walking in and out with 3yr old

I had booked another hotel in Mallorca, but there was a problem so I quickly booked this hotel instead

I booked with just 10 minutes' notice, but they were happy to accommodate! I was lucky to get a corner room on a high floor, with a fantastic view of the mountains and ocean from the balcony

The 6 Pools are the best things this hotel has to offer we all enjoy them. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk round the back of the hotel. Some staff are friendly certainly not all

It was very loud early in the morning you could hear every family on the floor getting up. Overall would likely stay again

Firstly there’s some great points to this hotel - the location, splash park and mini golf are amazing and there’s plenty to do for everyone. We upgraded our ‘family’ room for 300 euros

Honestly, I’m unsure how they can say this is a family room as it’s just two double beds together with no floor space or room to even get ready or store suitcases

Pros: Very comfy bed, courtesy room on check out day (private shower room) perfect for late flights home, good location. Cons: Reception is so slow, all the staff were new and didnt know what they were doing

Bed uncomfortable,saving grace is they are always cleaning so it's spotless. Worst of all was all inclusive hated the canteen looking restaurant and noise is on another level in there,food was tepid at best

With or without a view of the stage, the view of the pool was lovely and I’d highly recommend getting a room that side of the building if you can

Absolutely great great hotel spacious rooms. Friendly staff reception great. Pools are great the big sun loungersnare free to use

The hotel staff were very nice and we never felt uncomfortable bringing in food from outside of the hotel - even to eat by the pool! We would definitely go back again, the value for money is amazing!

One bar by the pool-area and one inside, with a various choice of drinks. The main pool is 1 meter deep, but there is a childrens pool area as well

Supermarket next to the shop is very expensive that's the only negative, spar down the road half the price. Hotel wristband is unique and allows you to access your room, pay in the bars and the shop

The pools were amazing and they even had a bouncy thing in the water to entertain older kids (and adults who are kids at heart) The location was perfect, very close to the beach and there was an Aldi close by

The whole complex is very clean (but dated). We went self catering and our apartment was cleaned every other day. We were able to pay for individual days half board as and when we wanted them

Great hotel Good location. Apartment had everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Beds were comfortable. Shower very good and towels changed regularly. Staff were great

We had an amazing 10 day holiday here reception staff are friendly and helpful. Entertainment staff Oscar and Karolina were friendly and put on some great activities throughout the day including a children's club

Fantastic apartments nice and spacious. Very clean. Staff fantastic and friendly, really went out there way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Entertainment were fantastic with my little one.

Told reception but no security in the hotel and no one came. Opening the pool at 10am is silly. It’s a nice enough hotel, nice enough staff but we’ve outgrown it as a family

Stayed here for 3 nights all inclusive with a few friends. Plenty of choice of foods at the restaurant and snack bar was frequently replenished during the day. Staff were friendly at all areas of the hotel

Just got back yesterday from this hotel. I was very disappointed that no lilos were aloud in pool which it didn’t state on the website, however they would allow the noodle floats, so made do with one of them

During one of the shows, they dyed 1 swimming pool red and it stayed this way the whole week. Food was great, although very much the same most nights, but we couldn't fault it

The water fight with the pirates on a Sunday is also amazing, definitely a must for kids! The food is lovely, a million times better than other all inclusive hotels I have stayed at in the past, there really is something for eveyone

My 2 eldest children slept in the bedroom and myself, husband and baby daughter, slept in the main room on a sofa bed and a pull out bed

Firstly, the entertainment is the best I have ever seen, the entertainment is run by the ‘pirates’ every night who are clearly professional dancers and acrobatic performers, we were mesmerised by the performances

This has been the best holiday we have ever had! I am already looking at flights to come back next year - you honestly cannot fault the place for families

Visiting family on the island during off season.  The Lindner is open year round and a good alternative to the Hilton, where I Usually stay due to status. Hotel is a good location, quiet and service is great

The property is large enough that they didn't bother other guests, but it was contained, so we never felt ill at ease—one of the best vacations we have had since becoming a family

My partner played golf and I used the pool and went to the beach (illetas) using the complimentary taxi shuttle service which is a fantastic option as it’s a bit too far to walk

The kids' offerings are fantastic, and we felt completely comfortable letting our kids run free in the kids' pool/club area

We stayed in a room with a pool view~ incredibly spacious and great bathroom. The gym is excellent and breakfast very good

Cannot praise enough this hotel. It totally exceeded my expectations. Everything - the quality, service are equivalent to a 5* although this is a 4* hotel. Great location and facilities. Good safe area and close to Palma

Love the entertainment team who are super friendly and ones who love what they do. There are three pools to choose from which gives adults their time alone and children to have their fun in the pool

Beautiful accommodation and, of course, very friendly staff. The newly renovated rooms in the modern part of the hotel are really lovely. The only drawback is that not all rooms have a balcony

1 for mainly adults and what looked like brilliant children's pool area set on the other side of the hotel. Its all been very well thought out and considered for all types of ages and families

Beautiful hotel & grounds, great kids club, playground and kids pool. One thing in particular I appreciated was the shade over the kids areas. Dinner could do with a few labels showing which meat was used

However, when it comes to the entertainment program for both children and adults, the number of pools, the food, and the cleanliness, we give the hotel the highest rating

The sea is very close, with a shallow entrance that my child loved a lot. The whole hotel is quiet and relaxed, not noisy at all, which was exactly what we were looking for. Everything you need is within walking distance

Food is brilliant too with a good mixture at breakfast,lunch and dinner!! Entertainment for children is good throughout the day and evening too! All the staff are very friendly and polite! I would recommend this resort to anyone!!

The property has many hills and steps, so it’s not ideal for those with mobility issues. The main pool is shallow and suitable for children, while a small pool further uphill is too short for proper swimming

Noise from neighboring rooms carried easily, especially from families with children. The Magnus suites are newer and more comfortable

During the last two days, Spanish families arrived for Halloween, and everything from food to evening entertainment was clearly tailored to them, leaving foreign tourists somewhat overlooked

Evening entertainment included two low-key acrobatic acts. Paguera itself is lovely, and the beach was a highlight. The hotel offers a free shuttle to town with excellent drivers

The room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and had not one but two balconies! We had a lovely view of the pool and the perfectly manicured grounds, which made it feel like a true escape

Room were a bit dated, but comfortable and had everything you could need. The pool and grounds were clean and very relaxing. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. What lowers the score was the spa

The golf courses were in excellent condition, beautifully maintained and a real pleasure to play. The only small downside was that pros can book tee times only one day in advance, which makes planning a bit challenging

The food in both restaurants at the hotel was to a high standard with more than enough choice on both menus. Well done to all the team members. Thank you for making our stay memorable

The end result looked like something I would do myself (bad) and she filed the nails so low and rough that 2 nails tore that week. The same spa receptionist who did my nails also massaged my partner

The pool is big with enough loungers all over, the beach is only 10mns walk. I have especially liked the people working at the desk, the pool restaurant, the night restaurant. They were nice and very professionals

We have had the most wonderful week at the Steinberger Camp de Mar and what made it wonderful first and foremost were the staff who did everything possible to make sure our holiday was truly magical

We also had access to the Magnus restaurant where it was a lot quieter. Paula the chef was really attentive with a food allergy we had - so thanks for that. We enjoyed the activities with the animation team

We went here as a family with 2 children (11 & 8) and had a great holiday

This was our 2nd stay here and it didn’t disappoint. We did the check in online this time and it really did speed things up. As Magnus guests we also had a separate check in desk (this wasn’t available the previous year)

The hotel is very family-friendly, with plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere, especially as it was the end of the season and not too busy

Cleaning team all smiley, welcoming and friendly. The pools were cold (it is October so that is to be expected ) Slides and bounce ball were very fun, lifeguards were professional but friendly

The Game Zone with the PlayStations was busy but there was a reservation system in place so everyone got a chance to play. Thank you Fergus team for another great stay
