BH Mallorca Resort Affiliated by FERGUS in Magaluf

Stayed for 1 night for a birthday celebration in October and thought it was worth every cent.
The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Xisca at reception checking in, and Alba who helped to organise a birthday cake for my daughter.

The room was very spacious with a large balcony and clean on arrival. Cleaning team all smiley, welcoming and friendly.

The pools were cold (it is October so that is to be expected ) Slides and bounce ball were very fun, lifeguards were professional but friendly.

Food was fine (again for 1 night) perhaps if staying a longer period this choices would not be sufficient.

The bar staff were not the most friendly, and even in October the service was slow and always a queue which is something I had not experienced before even if going to a hotel in August.

Overall I would come again as we had a very pleasant experience for a very competitive price.

If you are people who want to try more local cuisine, or like a lot of variety or quiet time – this is probably not the hotel for you. It is definitely very family / children orientated hotel.

This was our 2nd stay here and it didn’t disappoint. We did the check in online this time and it really did speed things up. As Magnus guests we also had a separate check in desk (this wasn’t available the previous year). The Scottish lady on reception was a big help and always smiling. The Magnus room booking came with the usual extras of mini bar, robes and drinks facilities. We also had access to the Magnus restaurant where it was a lot quieter. Paula the chef was really attentive with a food allergy we had - so thanks for that. We enjoyed the activities with the animation team. The Game Zone with the PlayStations was busy but there was a reservation system in place so everyone got a chance to play.

We recently stayed at the FERGUS Club Mallorca Waterpark as a family of five — two adults and three children aged 13, 11, and 5 — and had a really pleasant experience overall. The hotel is very family-friendly, with plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere, especially as it was the end of the season and not too busy. My parents were staying at another hotel nearby, but they were able to visit us in our room without any problems, which we really appreciated. The reception staff were especially kind and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything our family needed for a short stay. The on-site waterpark is a nice idea and perfect for children who love slides, though we only used it once. At this time of year, there was only one slide open at a time, which caused long queues, and the pool was quite cold. Our children actually preferred swimming in the sea, so we spent most of our days at the nearby beach — only a short walk away and really lovely for families.

Food at the hotel was decent and always served warm, though breakfast became a little repetitive after a few days. Still, there was always something suitable for everyone, and the dining staff kept things tidy and replenished. On the last day, as the hotel was closing for the season, lunch service ended early at 2 p.m. However, the hotel went above and beyond by bringing out sandwiches and snacks for guests who were still waiting for their transfers — a thoughtful gesture that showed they genuinely cared.

Overall, despite it being the very end of the season, the staff worked hard to make everyone’s stay enjoyable. It’s a great choice for families with children, especially in busier months when the waterpark is fully open. We left with good memories and would happily consider returning earlier in the season when everything is running at full pace.

Loved our experience here, rooms were basic but ok. (Who spends time in them other than sleeping anyway) Staff were polite and friendly. Food was lovely there's something for everyone with different specials everyday. Waterpark is excellent with 3 pools (there are a few tiles missing but as long as ur careful you won't cut yourself) drinks are generous (they aren't shy however with cocktail of the day ask for extra alcohol) evening entertainment is fabulous for kids. We love it so much we want to come back next year. Surrounding area is beautiful great bars and beautiful beaches

It's a fairly basic all inclusive resort in Magaluf. We went for 4 days at the end of the summer holidays and enjoyed ourselves. As long as you accept that it's not a posh resort and just enjoy it as it is, it's fine.
The rooms are basic and need maintenance, but they were clean and functional with good air conditioning.
Had the resort been packed/we had gone at the height of summer I can imagine the restaurant and pools would have felt too busy and overwhelming, but at the end of the season, it felt ok. We didn't have to wait for a table to be free for any meals. If you choose the salads and fresh Spanish options each day, you can eat reasonably well, but after a few days it does get repetitive.
The resort is split in 3 sections with the young kids/inflatable pool area being the noisiest. The slides were great, don't understand why people don't read the resort guide to see what the height restrictions are as there are always these in place all over the world for slides. The pool area was the quietest and nicest place to base ourselves during the day and we had no issue getting a sun lounger.
Overall, the experience was as expected and we enjoyed ourselves. Wouldn't recommend it for a longer holiday but for a few nights worth going.

Family of 3, just finished a 5 night stay. Great hotel in a great location. Lots of food avaliable at different times, something for everyone. Drinks are unlimited from 10.30am until 11pm including alcohol, had to queue a bit in the evening but that's understandable. the slides were on at particular times but that is due to it being off season, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. All staff were nice and friendly. The beach is a few minutes away, with lots of restaurants, fast food places & little shops for drinks/snacks. The entertainment was fine, the sound system was a bit quiet so couldn't really hear the singers, but it's what you make of it.

have enjoyed one week family holiday. the rooms are modern & very clean, fresh towels daily. the food was good quality for all inclusive, always a variety of dishes to choose from.
we haven't experienced any sun lounger wars as I had read in other reviews. 3 pools to choose from, we prefer the more relaxed breeze pool.
location very central 5 mins walk to beach, plenty shops/bars.
only negative is the cues at the bar are too long & entertainment is aimed at much younger children.
staff are helpful & polite. jet2 rep on site most days.

The hotel was great. Bar staff very good. me and one of my boys didn’t like food but maybe down to taste. But was plenty on offer. To be fair the animation team made our 10 day holiday. Me the wife and the boys had a great time. We don’t usually do activities but the animation team got us into darts pool and other activities so thank you everyone especially the animation team great work thank you guys. Trust me we will be back hopefully see some regular faces. Thank you all

Amazing location - the beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the rear entrance, but the pools and water parks here are also a perfect place to spend the afternoon with family. The rooms have plenty of space and storage, and the air conditioning is an absolute life saver after a day out in the glorious sunshine. Evening entertainment is okay, but the all-inclusive cocktails steal the show. Lots of fun activities to get involved in but my favourite was the sangria cocktail class run by Gabriel and Jessica. A must visit place for the family.
