We just first had walked into the hallway and it was a bit shabby but it was fine so we walked into the room and my grandpa stepped on something disgusting my grandma was terrified so we wen to the pool and got a rash terrible. We went for food and pigeons were pooping and running about the place and we couldn’t finish our food we went for a rest and then ended up booking a flight back home, never go here. Its outrageous you’ll regret ever going there remember that

The hotel offered an average holiday experience. The food was good, with plenty of choice, and Sofia at reception was friendly and helpful. We upgraded to a suite, which I’d recommend if staying here, but even the upgraded rooms were dated. The walls and ceilings showed wear, the bathroom door had signs of past water damage, there was a noticeable smell when opening the door, and the TV was very old. Noise from neighboring rooms carried easily, especially from families with children. The Magnus suites are newer and more comfortable. The property has many hills and steps, so it’s not ideal for those with mobility issues. The main pool is shallow and suitable for children, while a small pool further uphill is too short for proper swimming. The hotel has a football pitch and tennis court, which our 14-year-old enjoyed, though floodlights aren’t used after dark due to complaints from nearby residents. During the last two days, Spanish families arrived for Halloween, and everything from food to evening entertainment was clearly tailored to them, leaving foreign tourists somewhat overlooked. Evening entertainment included two low-key acrobatic acts. Paguera itself is lovely, and the beach was a highlight. The hotel offers a free shuttle to town with excellent drivers. Some shops can be pushy, and someone outside the public toilets tried to charge a euro, though it didn’t seem official. Overall, an average holiday. Best suited for those who are mobile and don’t mind a lively atmosphere. Upgrading to the Magnus suites is recommended If you want more comfort.

Loved our stay here. We opted for the Magnus suite as it was only £7pp more when booking with easyJet. Was spacious and felt like a two bedroom due to the children being in the living room area. Amazing shower! Liked having the robes, items in the fridge upon arrival and water bottles replenished most days. We also liked the decor of the whole hotel, it felt very trendy. Food was consistently excellent. Not all of it piping hot but warm enough. Warm plates would be great idea. Gorgeous meat and fish from the live cooking stations. Loved been able to eat outside at the Magnus restaurant as it was quieter. We enjoyed using a mixture of the two restaurants plus the snack bar if we'd being out all day and missed the lunch service. The San Miguel on draught was excellent as were the gin and tonics. Wine cocktails and cava okay. Great facilities and friendly staff. Huge effort went into the Halloween events including making the main pool red. Nice to have the option of the shuttle bus which we used sometimes and mostly ran on time/turned up. I realise we were there at the end of the season. Would be needed more in the height of summer. Paguera is lovely with a gorgeous beach, Santa Ponsa worth a visit, we went to take our kids to Jungle Park which they loved. Aged 4 and 13. Also a day in Palma is well worth a visit. Easy to get a bus from near Lidl. Watched a few of the shows and they were enjoyable. Great to visit somewhere in October half term where kids and adults were using the swimming pools. Yes they were cold but you got used to it. Slides were fun and inflatables were allowed when we were there. Life guards were friendly and helpful. I would definitely return and would recommend to others. Wish we'd have got a sunny balcony but happy we weren't ground floor. Ignore any bad reviews and go with an open mind and you'll be impressed. Thanks for a fantastic holiday!

We went as a family of two adults (parents) and 3 boys - ages 7, 11 & 14. First off accommodation - we found the hotel to be clean throughout. Our suite was a Magnus suite and was on the lower floor which was convenient, stunning views from our room & easy access to everything. 2 pools on this side. A park down the hill. & then you are also situated close enough to Fergus to access the amazing pool with slides, which my kids loved! & all the games rooms, bars, entertainment etc that are open in the evening for families. The atmosphere here was so friendly and this being the main reason we will be returning. We have families we have stayed in touch with so far & staff. The staff were incredible they all go above and beyond. The bar staff have a miserable night for all inclusive and it can get so busy but they keep going with a smile. Loved them. The food I found really yummy. Such a great selection! Even the kids were happy. And my 7 year olds a fussy one. Entertainment was more for adults because kids played pool, games rooms, football etc with their new found friends. Entertainment I found good 1-2 nights. Not hugely amazing but it's what you make it. The free bar helps lol!! The best thing about this place no doubt is the pool!! The lifeguards are fantastic. They go above and beyond. One is an older man, didn't get his name but he is very on the ball, I saw him jump in every time I went so he could check kids were ok but in a friendly way. I felt my kids were very safe. They brought out swimmingpool games & the life guard that was on the slides Juan was fantastic. We as a family took a shine to him and even left him a gift he was fab and a credit to the hotel. I found security really friendly I always felt we were safe. Possibly our room could have been cleaned more but we were in a few times they came so therefore missed the cleaning that day. But no biggie. Reception staff great and helpful. There's a lady photographer on site she's lovely too. All in all we had the best holiday. We 1000% will be back. & thank you all for giving us the best experiences. Oh and location wise, yes there's a steep hill to shops and the beach but there's a coach that comes regularly the reception have a time table.

We were on holiday from the 23rd october for 7 nights, was our first family holiday abroad after holidaying in uk . We booked the magnus double which was spotless when we arrived with complimentary wine, chocolate and juice in the mini fridge. The room was cleaned daily and water provided each day. Our location was perfect , right beside the pool and outside bar , our balcony looked out over the trees so was lovely and peaceful. The barman was very helpful and friendly, was great choice for adults and kids, eg. Cocktail of the day, sangria was delicious, kids juices and slushies. We only ate at the magnus side as the fergus side was quite busy, choices were good but the later you went the colder it was, there is a microwave there though so not really a big issue, The staff in the restaurant were very efficient and friendly. We found the entertainment at night was fine, more for younger kids, our son is 13 and wasn't fussed for it. The area didn't really have enough tables and chairs so if you like the entertainment get there early. There is plenty on during the day for kids , my son loved the darts and pool tournament, the animation team lady was brilliant she had so much time for the kids and made each one feel special. Considering its the end of the year was very admirable. Checking in and out was easy, reception was very helpful and friendly. We booked with Jet 2 and there was a rep in reception at set times. We booked palma aquarium through him. This included coach transfer, would thoroughly recommend it was amazing. There are other trips available but with it being end of the season he advised buying tickets online and getting a taxi. Reception book you taxis no bother and there really quick to come. There is also a shuttle bus into town/beach, it its a nice walk in but a killer coming back if your loaded with bags and its hot . The bus runs 6 days a week and watch out that there's a break in the middle we stood for ages because I hadn't noticed . There's loads of places to visit and things to do. We went a dolphin spotting boat trip that stopped to let u swim in the see, we didn't know it done that so never had swimming stuff so that went down well with our stroppy teenager . I would thoroughly recommend this resort as it has something for everyone and if you prefer it quieter upgrade to magnus side. We ventured round the fun pool once and it was chaos. Our side always had enough sun loungers and tables. Would also recommend jet 2 for booking as the staff were really great at keeping you right , and for an anxious first time traveller was ideal. Thankyou fergus club europa see you next year

From start to finish this holiday village has made life easy and a pleasure. The staff here are very professional whether it is the catering staff or the groundskeepers. All are pleasant and never standing around doing nothing. A real hard working bunch. The food is fantastic. An option for anyone and everyone at the buffet. The food is all of a very good standard breakfast, dinner and tea. Very satisfying for all the family even my picky eater children. The pools are beautifully maintained and open at really good times in the day. The room we got in the Magnus area has also been perfect for us. More than enough space for a family of 4 and the cleaning people who come in have cleaned and tided to a really good standard when we have requested. If I could have a little moan at all it would be that we could hear next doors screaming and banging around children a bit too much but I suppose that’s what you get when you stay in the kids areas. In a nutshell I’d definitely recommend this place to any family looking for a relaxing holiday away with the kids. All your needs are catered for and you are 5/10 minutes walk from all the shops and beachfront. Is it a 5* unbelievable place? No but it’s a solid 4* experience and worth a visit Thanks Fergus Europa Club. We’ve loved it

Just got back from 11 days at Fergus club Europa. I went in a group of 18 family members and we had differing views on our time there. All agreed the food was absolutely fantastic, the best all inclusive food we’ve ever had. The pools were great, the kids loved the slides whereas the older members of our group preferred the quieter pools. Entertainment is standard, magic show, dancing show etc on the outside stage which got very busy and if you didn’t get there early you didn’t get a table. After the outdoor show entertainment switches to inside and we found this better with DJs and singers on which we preferred, even getting up for a dance. Queues for drinks were long but moved quickly. We always got sunbeds, just needed to be up before 7. The lifeguards were good at coming round at 10am and whipping any towels up that were unclaimed to free up other beds. The rooms were where our experiences differed mostly. My brothers room on the Magnus side was amazing, brand new and fabulous. Our room was also on the Magnus side but wasn’t part of the new ones so our room wasn’t as nice as my brothers but still more than adequate. My mother and younger sisters rooms were on the standard side and they found them to be fine but my older sister who was also on the standard side wasn’t happy with her room and wouldn’t rate it 4 star. Everyone found it pot luck with the cleaners with regards to whether we had enough or too many towels and some days we had a bed sheet and some we didn’t so had to go to reception twice to get a sheet so not sure what was going on there. Some staff were wonderful (the lifeguard who resembled Luigi from Mario was fab and the young woman in the Magnus restaurant too) but some staff were not as friendly but not rude, just got the job done without any rapport being built. It was noisy and very busy but we went during the busiest time of the year so expected that. Location was fine, the bus to the beach got very busy on the first and second runs down but much quieter after. We found it easier to walk the 10 mins to the beach and shops. To get to louder bars we’d need a taxi as they were further down and with so many little ones with us walking would of taken too long. It was a good holiday, everything you’d expect from a Spanish package holiday.

I’m shocked to see so many bad reviews, we had a lovely weeks holiday here. On arrival we were given a bottle of water when asked as we didn’t arrive until gone mid night. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed Aslong as they were placed in the shower as stated on wall sticker in bathroom. We stayed on the fergus side and were happy with that as it’s next to the main pool with slides. Pool was warm like a bath however was 32+ everyday. Entertainment was good for the kids each night. I found the food really good for all inclusive, lots of choice. Staff always happy to help, very hard working especially in the main restaurants. We did eat out a few times which was lovely. Always got a taxi down to the bottom which was only €5. I really can’t fault this hotel for families for the price. A few bad points WiFi didn’t work for a few days, found out there was another code to put in, weren’t told this to begin with. Lots of steps in the hotel and hotel was at the top of a hill, we were aware of this before we came as it does state this hotel isn’t suitable for people with mobility issues. Sunbeds did get taken very early and pool was always packed due to it been peek season, I didn’t realise it was also Scottish school holidays so very busy. My kids loved the slides however I think there should be a countdown as people were going down one after another and hitting in to each other sometimes.
