Nice hotel, good location, nice breakfast, pool bar good food and service. Only downside, maid only came once in a 4 night stay.

The hotel facilities are relatively simple, the bathroom is not well ventilated, there is no drain, and the half-bath screen makes the floor wet and slippery. But I have to thank David at the front desk, who was very nice, proactive and responsible, and helped us solve many problems.

We had an amazing 10 day holiday here reception staff are friendly and helpful. Entertainment staff Oscar and Karolina were friendly and put on some great activities throughout the day including a children's club.The whole complex is very clean (but dated). We went self catering and our apartment was cleaned every other day. We were able to pay for individual days half board as and when we wanted them. Fantastic location. 5 minutes to the beach. 15 minute walk to Magaluf beach. Easy to use buses right outside the hotel.Yes lots of steps and no lifts.

We stayed in Aquasol apartments for 7 days & staff very welcoming & friendly, spotlessly clean our room in F2 excellent facing the pool on ground floor 👌 very nice 1 bed apartment with little kitchen & free safe.
The aquasol is very close to everything

We went to many different countries holiday. This was the best one best customer service . In reception the guy is amazing Happy to help all the time. Best place for kids everyday they have activities and entertaining to guest. Service very quick. Love to go back again.

Just back from a week's stay at this brilliant hotel. The food was just as good as a restaurant. Staff all helpful and pleasant. We had a couple of problems in the room and were dealt with promptly.

Nice hotel with good food.

But.... there are no lifts in the buildings so if you have an issue walking up lots of stairs then it is best avoided. Air con in each room however the extractor is situated on the balcony of each apartment, pumping out very hot air (good for drying clothes though). The toilets in the communal areas are not clean either.

The place is hugely overpriced. Rooms are old (the sofa was torn) and 3-4 store buildings don't have lifts. Towels are probably 10 years old.
Staff is rude and unhelpful. WiFi broke done and they didn't bother to fix it. Just told us to use paid one on our own expense.
Breakfast could be good if they would pick food of not the lowest quality. It's almost an art to find in Spain bad salami.
No beach towels. Luggage room has no lock.

Perfect location, staff helpful.
Rooms fine and bathroom good.
Beds could be improved but overall no problems.
I would use Aquasol again.
