Absolutely great great hotel spacious rooms. Friendly staff reception great. Hotel is clean. Pools are great the big sun loungersnare free to use. Loads of kids pool area. Good location. Supermarket next to the shop is very expensive that's the only negative, spar down the road half the price. Food in the hotel is good . Hotel wristband is unique and allows you to access your room, pay in the bars and the shop. Great hotel

Incredible hotel! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pools were amazing and they even had a bouncy thing in the water to entertain older kids (and adults who are kids at heart) The location was perfect, very close to the beach and there was an Aldi close by. The hotel staff were very nice and we never felt uncomfortable bringing in food from outside of the hotel - even to eat by the pool! We would definitely go back again, the value for money is amazing!

Fantastic stay here, we had a 2 bedroom suite on self catering, the hotel is in an excellent position only a few mins walk from shops, restaurants and the beach. The kids pool and one of the other pools was heated so wasn’t freezing cold like the others my son stayed in them for hours playing. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms had the comfiest beds I’ve slept in at a hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful and always plenty of them around if you needed any help. The cleaning ladies are fantastic and coming to clean the room later in the day if you didn’t want it done in the morning.WIFI was amazing! A very relaxing holiday and the best hotel we’ve stayed in for a long time. Will definitely be back.

We had a fabulous time at this amazing hotel, and when we arrived we found that we had been upgraded to a swim up room with a huge terrace which was just amazing. There were 6 swimming areas including a heated indoor and out door pool and splash areas just great for kids.It could be quite noisy in the corridors at night but it didn’t bother us too much. We were self catering so can’t comment on the food. The location was great near shops and beaches, and was only 40 euros in a taxi for 4 of us to and from the airport. The reception staff were very helpful and provided pool towels, and a courtesy room for a shower if need before you returned. We would never have been able to afford the upgraded room we were in but if you could afford it would definitely recommend it, or at least pay for a room overlooking the swimming pool .

We booked a penthouse suite with hot tub. Room - block 1 - lovely , sofa bed in the lounge pulls out to bed but we moved this into the bedroom so we could all sleep together. Hot tub isn’t very hot but does the job. We did have an issue with ants but it was resolved. Main pool with bouncing pillow is freeezing and didn’t open to after 10am. Kids pool was nice temp with pirate ship and slides. Pool with Bali beds is lovely and warm and allows inflatables. Nearest beach is lovely . Island is very easy to get around by car or bus , we visited Port Andratx , Andratx town , Camp De Mar and Portal Nous. Kids club was open 10.30- 12.45 then they done games 2-3.30pm. We done half board food was good 👍 but lots of nice local Restaraunts. Hotel has a pool table and its own small shop . Entertainment - depends on what you want we’re not night time people prefer to bed early and get up early . Mornings were quiet but night no chance you could sleep before 11pm soooo noisy from the outdoor theatre singing music etc and we were in block 1 furthest away from it. Would struggle for a quiet night with a young baby.

We arrive early morning and first impression was good, we had already checked in online which made check in so much easier, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and polite. Are room wasn’t ready but we got towels and headed towards the pool for drinks and a browse round, we were greeted by 5 different life guards wow! And bar staff. It was long before we received a email to say are room was ready.. the room allocated was quite a distance and has we has one with disability I felt it was to far, but not a problem the reception staff quickly changed us rooms much closer, they were more than happy to help. The room was spacious well equipped and lovely balcony, water was in the fridge for us . The room had skidding doors for privacy and tv which work in English in both rooms. The bathroom was lovely spacious and provide soap, shampoo and shower gel, they were plentiful fresh towels on hand. I have to say the room was spotless, fresh and smelt beautiful. There was one big wardrobe but no draws .. it’s very modern up to date with everything you need . The restaurant you was greeted by a lovely blonde lady and shown to your seats, the food was plentiful with lots of variety and a kids sweetie corner. The staff are the friendless I have ever come across, such a delight and they were plenty of them to assist you, what is great there is a play area for children at the side which can be fully viewed from the seating area. Now in my own opinion the only thing that lets the hotel down was the entertainment team. I thought they were rude, never spoke to us, didn’t really get the children or adults invoked, they were young silly girls who seemed more interested in how they looked and not the hotel guest. They past us quite a few times and never said hello. Morning or anything and when queuing for breakfast they just barge past and went stright in.. unfortunatly they let the hotel down. The pools are great and the heated pool was perfect for the chilly mornings, they were life guards everywhere who were so lovely alway spoke and took there jobs seriously. The pool towels were plentiful no queuing you just went and exchanged them with any hassle. The grounds are beautiful there is a park with everything very clean and safe, the water slides are great as is the children’s pool. You can hire bike, do excursion all from the hotel. The beach is so close, walk out the front of the hotel cross the road by gobbles hotel you find some steps walk down to the bottom where you find the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. The beaches are beautiful with crystal clear blue water. On the grounds is a super market where you can purchase everything but it is cheaper to shop near the beach.. if you want to do some shopping book a taxi and go into Palma it’s beautiful cost 25euros but make a day of it as there is beautiful little coffee bars, lots to see and plenty of shops. Had a great stay here Suited our family's needs . Rooms spacious and clean large comfortable bed. Adequate kitchenette Kids club and pool we're great. Evening kahoots quiz was a hit with our children. All staff we encountered were friendly and great with the children. These are the small things that make a difference to your Holiday. Indoor bar gad a great selection of drinks mocktails,frappe and milkshakes as well as coffees and cocktails 🍸 👌🏾 Self catering worked well for us as you are surrounded by so many eateries your are spoiled for choice . Aldi is also only 7 mins walk away so easy to stock up on breakfast and lunch items. Overall a lovely holiday to Palmanova we would return

We stayed here the last week of October and had a fantastic holiday. Staff are very friendly and helpful especially Fernando and Christina on reception they will go out of there way to try and accommodate you. We enquired about a room upgrade for the last few nights of our stay and they very kindly offered us a free penthouse upgrade. Which really did make our stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend the penthouse our children loved it as the jacuzzi was alot warmer than the cold pools. Staff did an incredible job of keeping the rooms and around the hotel clean they work incredibly hard. Pools were freezing cold but we did use the pool that was heated which made it more bearable and the indoor pool was lovely too. Brilliant entertainment for children and adults in the evening. Also do a Kahoot quiz. Can't comment on the food as we were self catering but lots of restaurants outside the hotel and towards the beach also not far from magaluf. It was a perfect location. The beach is beautifully clear with little fish swimming around you. We wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank you for a lovely stay.
