Hotel Vibra Palma Cactus in Playa de Palma

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel in October. It is close to the beach which makes it the perfect spot for your beach vacation. Rooms were clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was modern and clean too. Staff were friendly and helpful. I paid for breakfast and dinner for each day. I had no issues with breakfast but dinner was sometimes lacking in flavour. You have to pay extra for drinks during dinner, although the same drinks are free with breakfast. There's a small gym available, table tennis, pool table and a swimming pool. There are numerous restaurants nearby and also shops. Anything you need is really close. The closest bus stop is 2 mins of a walk from the hotel. The bus takes you either to Palma or the airport. Thank you for having us. I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

A 50 plus traveler with his partner from England On a short break after a long year to grab a little sun :) the hotel was mostly German and Dutch when we arrived in October we had no language issues in the hotel the Location was perfect just of the main promenade on a side street it’s very close to the airport and took us 8mins in a taxi and cost €18 we took the long promenade beach walk from arenal to Palma The room was top floor but I had a slightly squeaky bed base .each time I moved during the night But I also made No complaints to the hotel about this but am sure they would of sorted it the hotel is perfect and clean and basic we stayed on a bed and breakfast stay only for 5 nights and we had no complaints we did not stay for dinner so have no comments to make on this the Hotel is spotless staff all very friendly a special thank you to Christina on reception for some directions given to us for a bus . And to hotel manager for my wine glass . We will be booking again and hoping for the same room if we can on the top floor facing pool and we will be returning thank you to everyone at the hotel cactus .

Super helpful staff and beautiful hotel :) we loved it !!

The staff was very pleasant and welcoming, which made our stay more enjoyable. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach and with grocery stores nearby, which was very convenient.

However, the room cleaning was very poor – the floor under the bed was never cleaned, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the toilets were not properly maintained. Dust was visible everywhere, and the mirrors and TV were wiped, but left with streaks. For five days we did not receive hand soap, even though we asked four times.

The pillows were not very comfortable, and the bedding system felt unusual – a separate sheet and an unmade duvet, which was not very convenient.

Breakfast was rather simple with limited choices, and the coffee could be much better.

Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its friendly staff and great location, but the cleanliness, bedding comfort, and breakfast quality would benefit from improvement.

I recently visited Hotel Vibra Palma Cactus in Majorca, Spain, for a solo birthday trip and had a great first impression! I felt safe, and the vibrant atmosphere helped me blend in and make for a memorable trip! Special thanks to Cristina and Nicolai working at the reception!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent – the staff were always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. Everything felt very well organized, and I truly appreciated the warm and professional attitude of the team. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and outstanding hospitality.

We stayed at Hotel Vibra Cactus in Mallorca for 10 days and really enjoyed our time there. It’s a solid 4-star hotel. There is a pool (though we didn’t use it), the location is great-not far from the sea. The staff was very polite and friendly, and the gym was excellent. Cleaning was done every day, and the rooms were always spotless. Breakfasts were average: not bad, not great, just okay, and sometimes there were too many people in the morning. But all in all, we liked everything and can definitely recommend this hotel.
