My stay at the hotel itself was very good. The entire facility, service, food, and overall standard of the room were top-notch – everything was truly superb and flawless in this regard.
Unfortunately, I have to deduct stars for the bathroom, which completely failed the accessibility test. The sink was installed in such a way (too deep/too far from the edge) that a wheelchair user has no physical ability to wash themselves.
The hotel aspires to be comfortable, so I sincerely hope that the management will look into this issue and improve the ergonomics of the bathrooms. For disabled people, this is a key issue that determines whether they can use a given space at all.

Really good stay and so close to the beach. The front desk/concierge were brilliant. Chari and Vanessa were amazing and so friendly and helpful.

Stayed between april 5th / 9th
Area location was fantastic, locals are amazing, beaches, tour guides couldnt have been better,
BG Pamplona failed to provide a 4 star quality, Cockroachs running around on the 6th floor and 1st floor near the restaurant,
Under 18s allowed to engage in sexual activity during private spar sessions, hotel took zero accountability, shocking to those who actually stay with families and children.
Zero awareness of food allergies.
Book with caution

One of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed in, cockroaches EVERYWHERE!! The AC works as a heater rather than for cooling so the rooms are like a sauna. The fridge was also heating rather than cooling and we met people who said they got food poisoning from the hotel breakfast. The final straw was the fact that the cleaners walked into our room without knocking or anything despite it being over 20 minutes before checkout time and we had a do not disturb sign on our door. It seems like the staff are well aware of these issues because anytime we complained we were essentially disregarded and nothing was fixed. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!

Very loud room, you heard every toilet flushing from all other rooms above you. Food was bland for the most part.
Location was very good and near the beach.

Was ok but wouldn’t come back. Location great, and overall clean hotel. Reception service shocking / pool bar very slow at serving and getting bill. When checking out wasn’t asked if everything was ok, had to initiate there had been ants in the bed the previous night and been bitten everywhere, to a reply of ok. Rooms looked quite modern on pictures, out room needed a freshen, chipped flooring. Wardrobe door won’t close and the he noisiest air con I’ve heard in a hotel room.

Four stars hotel in an excellent location, friendly, helpful staff. We had a good room with balcony and nice view. Tap water isn't suitable for drinking, so it's an idea to get bottled water as soon as possible, there's a supermarket nearby.

Staff were polite and friendly, pool is lovely! Nice music playing, warm water, clean, cool floating bean bags, nice plants and trees, clean rooms, nice bathrooms. I’d recommend here and will come back again. So close to the beach and shops, quiet, and nice.
