Absolute Nightmare: Theft, Filth, and Shocking Indifference My three-night stay at this hotel was, without exaggeration, a disaster that I would urge all future travelers to avoid. This goes far beyond standard complaints; this is a severe warning about security and management. First and foremost, I had items stolen from my ROOM including my watch and a power bank. The feeling of violation and insecurity this caused completely ruined the trip. For a hotel to fail so fundamentally in providing a safe environment is unacceptable. The security issue was compounded by the hotel's general state. The room was noticeably dirty, poorly maintained, and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or hygiene. This lack of attention to basic maintenance suggests a complete disregard for guest comfort. However, the most disturbing part of our experience was the management's reaction to the theft. When we immediately reported the stolen items to the reception staff, their response was one of total and complete indifference. They displayed an apathy that was frankly shocking. They offered absolutely no help, no apology, and no meaningful assistance in handling a serious criminal matter that occurred on their property. It was clear they simply couldn't have cared less about the distress we were experiencing. If you value your safety, your possessions, and expect even a basic level of customer care, do not book a stay here. This hotel demonstrates a severe failure in security, cleanliness, and responsibility toward its guests.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. During my stay, my watch and power bank were stolen from my room, the staff offered little to no help in resolving the issue. The food was very poor, with hardly any choice and what was available wasn’t great in quality or taste. On top of that, the room was far from clean — it clearly hadn’t been properly serviced before we arrived. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience and definitely not worth it.
