We had a fantastic stay at the hotel during our conference. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit, which really made us feel welcome from start to finish. The food was excellent, with a great variety at every meal and something for everyone to enjoy. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, making it easy to relax after a full day of meetings. We also really appreciated the animation and overall atmosphere at the hotel – it added a fun and lively touch without ever feeling overwhelming. Overall, it was a great experience and an excellent choice for a conference. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future.

I had a brilliant 2 week solo stay at Globales Pionero in Santa Ponsa and couldn’t be happier with my choice. If you’re looking for a hotel that gets the balance just right, this is it. Excellent value fir money on an All Inclusive break.. First off, the location is spot on. It’s a really short, easy walk to the beach and all the local shops and bars, so you’re right in the heart of things without it being too noisy at night. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean. You constantly see the staff tidying and polishing, and my room was no exception it was actually much larger than I expected, which made relaxing after a day in the sun so much easier. The pool area is huge and has a great atmosphere. There’s plenty of space to lounge, and the water is well-maintained. It’s definitely the heart of the hotel during the day. A massive shout-out to the animation team! They are full of energy and so enthusiastic without being pushy. There was always something going on, from pool games to fun evening shows, and they really make sure there’s entertainment for all ages. You can tell they love what they do, and it really adds to the friendly, fun vibe of the place. The food was another big win. I was really impressed by the variety everything was fresh, tasty, and there was always something new to try. No "boring buffet" syndrome here! Finally, a quick word on the staff everyone from reception to the restaurant was so friendly and welcoming. They really go out of their way to make sure you’re having a good time. I had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend Globales Pionero to anyone heading to Majorca. I'll be back for sure!

We have had our annual business conference in this hotel for the last 3 years, the service and professionalism and the welcome has been outstanding on all of these occasions. Our very specific needs are always met and a personal service is given to all our staff members. Thanks for a great stay and for looking after us, a special thanks to Adela the Assistant Manager who makes it all possible and acommodates all our last minute requests and changes.

Great stay, really convenient and well served. Staff is kind and ready to assist. Rooms are clean and I didn't have any issues with noise. The atmosphere is great in general, and although there is no free tea or coffee etc in the room, there isn't a need as having the full board included you enjoy a wide variety of delicious food at the buffet. Great hotel activities at night as well. Thanks for the good experience again!

We were going to surprise our aunt and cousins for her upcoming 80th birthday. I emailed the hotel about being in the same hotel as them as two were named, not only did they do that but put us in the next room to them.

Only back from this hotel it's lovely and clean easy check in rooms not available till 2 o clock but you can use there facilities while waiting.you get plastic cups for pool bar to use no sunbeds available unless your out before 8 o clock not enough seats either around the pool area too but if staff came out to check be better because alot of ppl holding chairs to put there feet on whichs not fair for others looking to sit down .food is ok alcohol not to my tasting be better with another choice of beer.snack bar burgers hot dogs choice of sandwiches salads pasta and sauce tea and coffee squash snack bar also use your plastic cups.

Just home from a week here and I can’t fault it at all for what it is.. times are a bit weird for breakfast and dinner but food was good, have to say I was getting put off going here with some of the reviews but I was very pleasantly surprised,yes it’s a buffet service and at certain times can be busy but you definitely won’t come away hungry there is something for everyone. Room wasn’t the biggest but for both of us was ample and ample room on the balcony, shower was big and water pressure was good. The WiFi though was none existent in most places in hotel. Most of the staff were pleasant but some do need a lesson in hospitality, 10 minutes away is the main bars and restaurants, but fat Sam’s 5 minutes away is worth a visit if you like a grill bar, beach is 5 minutes away,there’s 2 supermarkets right across the road,yes even in October there is the usual rush for sun beds, didn’t bother us though, there is a snack bar open from 10-6 food is ok, we didn’t really spend any time in the main bar as kids disco every night from 8:30, the hotel from the entrance to the toilets including the rooms and poolside were absolutely spotless, all in all for the price here was well worth the visit, I really can’t understand some of these comments about here but I suppose you can’t please everyone, we would have no problem going back

My last day here. Read some negative reviews but had a lovely week The hotel is nice, so clean and food great, so much choice. You get a plastic glass which you use during stay, saves a lot of waste. Room small but bed and pillows comfortable. Had room with view of church and mountains. I could hear people talking in corridors at night but it gets better. Day time activities round pool great, exercise classes and aqua gym really good, plus other activities. Can also use sister hotel and sun terraces. Location of hotel good for shops and beach just down the road. Don't go by reviews just enjoy stay.

Our initial experience wasn’t great! We didn’t know that there were 3 Globales hotels on same street so when coach driver dropped us off he pointed to one which wasn’t where we were staying so we were directed towards the second one which also we weren’t staying in!! At this point I was getting mad because I hadn’t been on holiday for seven years and was very much looking forward to this one and a wonderful member of staff from the Pionero came hurrying over to escort us to the right hotel which was the pionero. I don’t know why TUI don’t tell you which hotel you’ll be staying in because I know for a fact it happened to a lot of people whilst we were there so we called it the pool walk of shame because they had to walk through the pool area in their jumpers and coats wheeling luggage past the sunbathers!! The Pionero is the best of the three and we enjoyed our stay the staff were exceptional very helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable clean and we could see the pool which was good to see people hurrying to lay towels down which was funny it was a bit of an issue with sunbeds because all 3 hotels could access each others pools and our pool was the best so it seemed everyone was over our side which I think is not workable? Also the lifeguards were great because they gave you about 15 minutes or so to get back to your sunbeds that you had “reserved” but if you didn’t they would remove towels fold neatly and put on table doing so with a smile on their faces the Brits didn’t like that!! I thought this was great because we were there five days until we managed to get any sunbeds or even a chair so we went to beach many times which is five minutes away and sunbeds galore but pricey! The food at hotel was abundant and always a great selection catering for everyone the cakes and desserts were delicious suffice to say I need to go on diet now that I’m back home! So all in all after initial experience of being shuttled around three hotels I’m so happy that we ended up at the Pionero and also just to add it costs nothing to be kind and polite to the staff who are serving you, a gracias when they clear your table or serve your drinks goes a long way because there are some people who are extremely rude and show no regard to others
