The location is good and the breakfast are wonderful, but reception with long hair the lady is very nice except the one who on duty on 29/6 evening and night time the lady with short one length she is very cool and stern , no smiling and no warm welcome.

Amazing Hotel, Very welcoming staff. 
Room are small especially the shower but can’t let this spoil the rest of the hotel. 
Breakfast choice and quality was one of the best for a buffet offering.

This is a lovely hotel, with friendly and helpful hotel staff. Check in was nice and easy when we arrived, unsure what check in time is from as we arrived around 7:30 but check out is 12 noon. The room we had was a twin set up which I requested as I travelled with my daughter, it was on the cosy side space wise with wardrobe space, a fridge, safe, desk and chair, tv, en-suite and a balcony. The room does not have tea or coffee making facilities but you can buy hot drinks at the bar. We thought the room had air-con (as advertised) and that we just weren’t very good with using it as it was putting out hot air, until we went to reception and were told, it’s not air-con, it’s heating, so I’m confused as to whether there is any aircon or not. We were fortunate enough to have a room with the balcony overlooking the pool and the balcony was a little suntrap. The pool has the sun on it most of the day from about 10:30 to around 19:30. Pool towels can be hired for a refundable €5 per towel deposit. We booked a comfort room which was advertised with a terrace and aircon but what we were allocated was a double room however this may be because I emailed prior to arrival to request twin set up and a pool view and it appears the comfort rooms with terrace are further away from the pool, so I can’t comment on whether we would have got what we booked if I hadn’t emailed, but we were still happy with our room and view. Breakfast is from 8-12 with a good selection of hot and cold foods and drinks available however the hot plates don’t keep the food very hot unfortunately. The bar opens around 5pm (so between breakfast finishing and the bar opening, you can’t get a drink) and closes at 10pm. The hotel has a spa menu also, which we didn’t use so can’t really comment on, but it seems to have a good selection of treatments available. The location is good, it seems to be a quieter and more relaxed resort. There is a supermarket just a 2 minute walk away, plenty of smaller shops, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants and it’s only a short walk of about 5/10 minutes to get to the beach.

Perfect hotel for a getaway in Majorca as a couple, we will repeat!

All in all a good hotel with clean rooms, very well working AC and a nice buffet.
The pool is on the smaller side, but there’s enough space for everyone to relax in the sun after so that didn’t bother us.
Also you’re only five minutes or so away from the beach by foot so it’s a luxury anyways.
We enjoyed our stay here!
