HM Isabela-Adults Only in Santa Ponsa

If you want a relaxing holiday this is the place. Well equipped clean rooms. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly especially Peter & Roberto. We spent most nights at The Irish Soul bar attached to the hotel, which sells an excellent pint of Guinness. Sunbeds at the pool were always available so need to go to the beach. Everything you need under one roof. We will definitely be returning.

During our stay, we experienced some noise from neighbouring guests and requested a room change, which the staff accommodated promptly and without any hassle. The staff's English was also commendably good, making communication easy throughout our stay.

They've renewed their subscription twice, which shows they're very satisfied.

The hotel is very clean and in a great location. The staff is also very cordial, except for one girl at the reception who greeted us without a smile and any kindness, unprofessionally. The food is satisfactory, there are more choices, but it is repetitive. In general, the vacation was great in the hotel with minor complaints

I arrived at hotel on8/9/25 for a 7 night stay it looked good on advert but don't recall ever seeing it . I used to go to Santa Ponsa very very regular but been some years since there .
Its location for a start is just superb . You're walkable to everything . Beach is a bout 200 yards away .
Anyway nice walkway up to door and lovely reception area showing also lovely large dining area to right and again lovely large bar lounge area to left . Young lady at reception warm and welcoming and patient with me ( I have a little voice disability) .
My room was on first floor so apart from taking my suitcase up I never bothered using the two lifts during stay .
My room had two single bed together both good dimensions excellent toilet and shower room to all this and hotel itself lovely and clean . My room did not have sea view but the majority do .
Believe me I had a good wee time on that wee holiday and the hotel made it . Thank you .

Beautiful hotel! Relaxing environment, perfect for couple breaks
Kept extremely clear including the food & pool area.
Did get checked into a dirty room but was moved immediately, fantastic service.
More signs needed at the buffet station for people with allergies / dietary preferences.
Balcony was a lovely touch.
Cocktails were pre made but all other drinks included with all inclusive were delicious! Highly recommend!
Great location with fun activities within close distance.

Was here recently and absolutely loved it!

The hotel is just across the road from the beach and only a 5 minute walk up to the main strip of bars and clubs.

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any special requirements or needs for anyone in our group.

The food was amazing and had different themes every night which was great too!

Loved the pool area! The large beds were great for sunbathing and super comfortable and the pool was just perfect!

Definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be visiting again!
