Charming hotel with lovely rooms and a top notch friendly staff. The optional breakfast was quite nice as well.
This was our fifth hotel as we’ve travelled across southern Spain, and by far, our favorite.
The only downsides are the all-night weekend partying we could hear all night. And certain rooms, like ours, face a building under construction. So we did give the location a 4 instead of 5. But otherwise the location is extremely walkable and convenient to the Alhambra and the Mercado, with services and restaurant choices everywhere.

Enjoyed our two-day stay in a Superior Double Room. Spacious and elegant. Parking 5 minutes away in parkade on Angel Ganivet (very tight). Helpful front desk staff.

The rustic charm of this place and friendly staff would normally make this a better score but the property has paper thin walls, is in a noisy area (partly because of construction work) and the bathroom did have slight sewage odour despite the valiant efforts of the housekeeping staff. I would not rule this out as an option however.

A charming hotel in a beautiful old building that has been lovingly restored. White internal decor works really well. Greqt location on a street with many restaurant choices. Whilst tucked away it is only a short walk into mainstream Granada.

There is a good museum at end of street - free on Sunday - shops and restaurants are close. Bar and building renovation noise not so good, as well as other hotel guests above. There is not a lot the hotel can do about that though. Staff super friendly and helpful! Small and yet very comfy and lovely home like feeling.

My husband and I have a wonderful stay at Hotel Palacio de Los Navas. Perfectly located close to everything and yet so quiet and peaceful. The staff, reception, breakfast and cleaners were all so friendly and helpful. Hotel was extremely clean and had such a calming and relaxing atmosphere. The little added touches of some wines at night was a lovely addition to this hotel. It is highly recommended - cannot believe it is only rated as 3 Star - much more superior to this!!

Fantastic hotel on Calle Navas in the heart of Granada. The rooms were beautifully appointed & well soundproofed. The staff at reception were very friendly & accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel as a base to discover the wonderful city of Granada!

I paid for the refundable reservation. However, when I went to cancel, I was told I had missed the window for actual refund. You still have to cancel within 48 hours to receive a refund under the refundable reservation price. With time difference, I had missed it by a couple of hours. I was very disappointed with the entire process.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location
Beautiful hotel in an excellent location - absolutely perfect.
The public parking garage associated with the hotel is about a block away and would be challenging to navigate with anything larger than the midsize SUV that we had - it has plenty of spaces, particularly two levels down, but it's really tight.

Historic Sport's themed Tapas bar and restaurants. Enjoy great quality food while marvelling at the the photos of stars who have have visited over the years (you may even catch one - we did). If you go into the restaurant look out for the statue of local poet Federico Garcia Lorca (you may have heard of him, and if you haven't shame on you) who was a regular here in an earlier incarnation
