The hotel lobby is luxurious and grand, and the rooms are surprisingly large. There's a microwave for heating food, a large supermarket right next door, and McDonald's and other restaurants nearby. The bus stop is a short walk away.

Whilst the corridors in the hotel need updated the room itself was great. We were in room 512 with twin beds which were the most comfortable beds. We needed to ask for extra pillows but that was no problem. It might be an idea to provide extra pillows in each room and put them in the upper shelf of the wardrobe. We didn't have breakfast so we can't comment on that. But the food from the bar area was great and good value for a hotel. I had the burger and fries which came with burger, bacon, cheese, egg and wedges. It was €13. The staff were also really nice and helpful. We had stayed in the hotelk a couple of weeks before and the experience both times was really good. We will definitely return. Many thanks for a lovely stay 👌😊

The hotel has a 24 hour check in which is great for those who are arriving late, it’s close to the sports area of Granada and to the shopping Mall Nevada.
The hotel furniture is dated and needs refurbishing, one lift was not working on my trip which meant you has to walk to the opposite side of the hotel to use a lift. The cafe was not open during my visit. There’s vending machines available to purchase snacks or coffee. No kettle provided in the room and water and juice in the fridge are charged.

The hotel felt more like a large office building than a hotel. The staff were professional and answered questions in both Spanish and English. The carpeted hallways outside the rooms really need to cleaned.
The food in the restaurant was hot when it was supposed to be with a decent variety. They had fruit, yogurt, cereal and eggs and a large variety of cheeses and sliced meets. I found that in Spain they have bacon but it never seems to be cooked well. The same held true in this restaurant. The wait staff were friendly and the restaurant clean. They have automated coffee machines that made a large variety of coffees.
The room was clean however I would have liked more light. The thermostat in the room was difficult to figure out so the room was a bit cold. There were no extra pillows or blankets. The shower curtain was broken.

My experience at Abades Nevada Palace Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The hotel has a modern and elegant design, with spacious and very clean rooms that provide great comfort after a long day. The staff were professional, polite, and always willing to assist with any request, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. The breakfast was rich, fresh, and well organized, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The hotel facilities are well maintained, calm, and relaxing, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, Abades Nevada Palace offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and comfortable stay. I would definitely return in the future.

I was part of a tour group who stayed in one of the rooms here on 15 December 2025 for 1 night.
We checked into our room and we had multiple issues:
Firstly, the room itself was so cold even after trying to put on the heater. Next was the bathroom. The cubicle light in the toilet could not on even after trying multiple times.
Then next was the bathroom basin, the water pressure was extremely weak such that it would take a lifetime to fill up a cup.
Next was the bathing area. I was in the middle of bathing when I realised that the drain could not let the water flow down, and as I looked out the shower curtain, the water overflowed and spilled out onto the floor.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ROOMS! Plus, we wanted to call for the receptionist over the phone, but it was all in Spanish. At least make it multi-language so that your customers can call you for help, this was such a dreadful hotel which wasted our time and money!

The 4-star rating on Google is quite misleading. This hotel is in urgent need of renovations and better staff training. The rooms are poorly maintained, with issues like leaking toilet flushes and a generally run-down condition. I had to change rooms three times, but the problems remained the same. While the staff made some effort to assist, it wasn’t enough to resolve the issues. Many rooms have a sewage smell, and basic amenities such as shower curtains, a safe, and an iron were missing.
