The best choice I made for spending a few days in Granada. Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one definitely deserves a 10 and is by far the best. Cleanliness is a 10, attention is a 10, and the views are a 10. Great reviews for the hotel and staff. It's also very quiet, and the bed is the best. I'd come back just to sleep in it 🥰😍

I stayed two weeks ago with my partner, and we loved the hotel. The room was very spacious, and everything was very clean, with plenty of little touches to make our stay perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Plus, we were on the ground floor, so there was no noise.

The main thing with this place was it's potential. It has a lot going for it primarily its location, its been substantially renovated and its got good amenities. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the restaurant downstairs is quite good and the king bed was really comfortable. So what's with a 3 star rating?

Well this is where you see some of the cracks of an old building and maybe not a completed renovation end to end. The central heating means that the building can be sweltering. Our room was 26 degrees Celsius and without the aid of a window I am not sure I would have survived it. So depending on when you come (January for us) it can be interesting temperature wise in the hotel. Outside its fantastic. Secondly comes the bathrooms. Hot water was not a thing in our room. I had one lukewarm shower and 2 straight up cold also a lingering smell you can read about in other reviews that means older plumbing likely. Lastly and this is knit picky, with such a dry climate in the winter it would be awesome if they expanded their amenity kit to include a lotion.

If you are here for like a 1/2 night stay the above shouldn't bother you and the location alone trumps the areas for improvement.

Nice hotel but there is no bell boy to carry the bags and no room service

Solid room. The style was a little funky but it was nice and in a great location. Service was a bit inconsistent. Some staff bent over backwards, in other instances we had to ask several times for things (eg to have ac fixed) or they couldn’t answer basic questions and didn’t take initiative to get answers. That said, I’d stay there again and these are things that are easy enough to fix.

It’s in a fantastic and central location with a bus stop around the corner which takes you directly to Alhumbra. The hotel itself is nice. The room was kinda old but the bathrooms were fully renovated and modern. Kinda half renovated/half not. But it was a very good experience regardless. Thanks.

Superb location, luxury hotel in the heart of Granada overlooking the lovely plaza Isabel La Catolica statue and fountain, you’re practically in the Cathedral and within a few minutes’ walking distance from anywhere you want to go. Lovely friendly staff, especially the super helpful Mariana who contacted me after we checked out and left the city informing me I’ve forgotten a shirt in the room, supported me step-by-step in picking a courier service (even the special pickup and delivery instructions in Spanish to add to my order) until I received it in Sevilla! We will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic location! We had a double room with a king size bed, super modern place. The shower is amazing. Our stay included use of the spa with pool. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and cheerful, feels like they are our friends. A most pleasant stay.
