We had a really lovely stay in this hotel. We were happily surprised about the beautiful romantic room and atmosphere. We felt really welcome! In special, our compliments to Raul from the reception and Marie from the breakfast (we hope we remembered the names correctly), they did everything to give us the warm welcome and pleasant stay. We would definitely come back here!

Magical, Authentic, boutique experience! Very amazing location and walkable to everything in Granada. The rooms were clean and unique. This was a memorable place for me and I would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Granada!

Beautiful hotel with charm and character. The location was perfect for wandering the narrow streets, walking to the Alhambra or grabbing a bite to eat. Reception staff was very helpful with suggestions, directions, and storing our luggage so we could fit in a few more things before catching our train. Highly recommend!

We had a mostly good experience at Palacio de Mariana Pineda. The room was comfortable with ample space. The location is excellent, right next to Plaza Nueva. They serve an outstanding breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. Our room looked out on an extremely busy tourist walking street, making for some noise at all hours of the day and night. With windows closed, it did not bother us much. Note that many of their room face a different way and don’t have this problem. We had an issue with the shower, where the water from the shower flooded the floor. It couldn’t be fixed right away, but the management offered us another room and comped the 4 days’ breakfasts, which was very decent.

It was hard to carry my luggage upstairs because there was no elevator, but it was close to the Alhambra. It says Alhambra view, but I could only see about 1cm lol. It was okay because the location was good.

The building is old (in a good way), so the inside is quirky. Stairs are uneven (and quite high). Old-fashioned key system, so you turn your massive key and ring in to the desk each time you leave.
Check-in was friendly and efficient. Recommendations for places to eat were perfunctory and fairly touristy. We appreciated the suggestion to visit the Mirador de San Nicolas for the evening view of the Alhambra.

Location was central and accessible to everything. Rooms 1-2-3 are only accessible by stairs so going up with heavy luggage was kind of difficult. The walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from next door. The rooms are very spacious but bed and pillows are hard. The structure is absolutely an old gem with centuries of super well preserved history. Staff is very very nice and helpful.

Overall a very good stay. Lovely room with balcony overlooking small street to the front. Great location for all of the must see attractions including the Alahambra and the Cathedral. Breakfast was good. Lots of little touches in room made us feel really welcome. Only downside was noise from other rooms. Neighbour clearly had OCD taking over 5 mins to lock/unlock door at all times of the day and night. Take earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, lesson learnt as noise travels.

This is a unique property. It requires climbing a lot of stairs. If you have issues with stairs, stay elsewhere.

This place is just beautiful! Lovely room and sweet and helpful staff. Great location, as well. Very clean. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Granada.
