Don’t get deceived by the 4.3 stars on Google, it’s not close to it.

The hotel complied with the basic requirements to become a 4 star but it clearly is far from one.

It’s called ‘Senator Granada Spa Hotel’ and Spa is not included on the price, but also closed on Mondays. It should change the name to Senator Hotel just for Mondays. A scam.

One thing you will find here that is unique: worst coffee I’ve had. To make it taste OK I had to eat a raw garlic to keep drinking this coffee.

The room is OK to sleep but don’t expect 4 stars. It doesn’t have bugs or anything crazy, it’s just not up to par with expectations of a 4 star hotel.

The personnel doesn’t have the tools to give a good customer service clearly, Luis from reception couldn’t do anything in regard to the silly ‘Mondays closed’ Spa on a ‘Spa Hotel’.

If you book it expecting a 2-3 star then go ahead!

Clean and quiet in a good location on a large pedestrian square just outside the  old town. Good breakfast. Not much character but overall pleasant and good value.

A real disappointment. The Spa is not included in the hotel but instead overcharged. It's a shame booking website advertise for the hotel with the Spa mentioned and pictures of spa but never talk about the fact it's not included or that it requires booking.

The hotel is old, if you don't pay for the overpriced spa then you have nothing to do. Not worth it, pick another hotel.

THE HOTEL HAS 'SPA' ON THE NAME AND THE SPA WAS CLOSED!!! 🚨

🚨AVOID THIS SCAM PLACE AT ALL COST🚨

Even when open, THEY CHARGE YOU €22 FOR THE SPA (per person, up to 1.5hs)

This is an utter disgust, the staff is unprofessional towards guests and they hide behind some vague terms and conditions instead of trying to help.

The breakfast area is sub-par, not even to the level for a two star hotel, I don't need to be a weatherman to know it's raining and to know this place gives you the absolute minimum, no idea how they got to four stars but that's totally fake.

We asked for a partial refund of 30 Euros and Luis at the reception just argued it was Monday and the Spa was closed, I still paid for it in my room price but apparently that's to subsidize the Spa employee's holidays.

Edit: the wifi is unusable (not loading the airline website-unusable…)

Excellent location, close to the city center, good access from both the bus and train stations

Stayed for 3 nights, great location for all the tourist sites, restaurants/bars and shopping. We had a great view from our room (412) and it was really spacious, clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities, which are refreshed daily. The flooring in our room was slightly damaged. Real bonus to have the underground parking on site. The staff were so pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was really enjoyable with a good selection to choose from.

beautiful hotel in a beautiful place, myself and my partner were here for several nights. we used the spa and pools and loved every moment of it. the rooms were stunning, spotless and spacious, we couldn't hear anything from any other rooms which was also a plus. the staff were friendly (aside from one experience but we were coming for breakfast with only 15 minutes remaining so we do not blame him for the rush at all)

The hotel room was sufficient and clean. We arrived at night but there was no problem in check-in process thanks to 24h reception service.
