Reviews
The cafeteria is fine but quite pricey. Paid 15 EUR for a tiny portion of tortilla de patata and a shot of salmorejo, which is quite overpriced!!
Rest of the dishes were ok but still very expensive so what it was.
I ordered the food I wanted and was not cheap in my selection. But I didn’t appreciate this type of unsolicited practice to secretly inflate my bill. In my communications I was VERY clear about what I wanted.
We really enjoyed a relaxed meal during a busy day at the Alhambra.
The atmosphere of the place is unique, blending history, serenity, and refinement. The building, a former Franciscan convent, is beautifully restored and tastefully decorated, respecting its original architecture.
The room was spacious, very clean, with extremely comfortable bedding. The staff was warm, attentive, and always available, which truly contributed to making our stay enjoyable.
Special mention goes to the Parador's breakfast and restaurant: fresh ingredients, impeccable service, and a terrace with exceptional views. It's a true privilege to be able to dine in such a setting, while savoring Andalusian cuisine.
In short, if you're looking for a romantic, cultural, and relaxing stay, I wholeheartedly recommend the Parador de Granada. It's a rare experience that gives you the feeling of living in a palace, at the heart of history.

We found the staff to be very friendly, but seemed stretched a bit thin considering the hotel was very busy and there were large groups that required extra attention.
The breakfast was standard. The bar food was also fine, overpriced as any hotel lobby, though the exceptional view certainly adds value to the experience.
The location of the hotel is excellent if you like walking everywhere or are driving.
1: There is no gym or weight room. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this size.
2: There is no room designated temperature control, so you are at the mercy of the general hotel’s temperature. We went in December while the outdoor temp was around 10 C, and the indoor temperature was probably around 23 C, definitely a little hot for my taste. We opened the window to cool down the room.
3: Most frustratingly, the WiFi is completely unusable. From the rooms, the speed is not even fast enough to watch a YouTube video without buffering, let alone stream something or try a conference call. This was very frustrating.
Otherwise, this hotel is top notch. The location is excellent and the staff are very pleasant. They should really just work on the above three things, the last one should be very easy to solve.
Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional and unforgettable. The hotel is elegant and beautifully designed in an authentic Andalusian style, which gives it a unique charm and historical atmosphere.
We stayed in a luxurious suite with a very spacious balcony, which added great comfort and enjoyment to our experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, being very close to the Alhambra Palace, making our visit even more special and convenient.
What truly made our stay outstanding was the hotel staff. From the guest service staff at the main entrance, to the receptionist, as well as the lobby café and restaurant staff — everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive.
The breakfast was luxurious and varied, reflecting a high standard of hospitality and quality.
My wife and I had planned since our marriage to visit Granada and stay at this prestigious hotel. Finally, we had the joy of celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary in Granada while staying at the magnificent Alhambra Palace Hotel. It was a dream come true and a truly memorable experience.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking elegance, history, and exceptional service.
The room size was very decent. However, if there’s one small note, it’s that the reception staff didn’t pay much attention to greeting guests when entering or leaving the hotel, so you miss that extra touch of service you usually experience in boutique hotels.
