Positive:
Friendly staff helped us with additional amenity for our room i.e. kettle and heater.

Negative:
- it is not a 4 star hotel.Max 3 star
- very small room like an storage with minimum size window.
- NO amenity
- 'mini bar' is only an empty fridge at the middle of the room
- old furniture and bedding
- old style heating
- basic breakfast. Not fresh AT ALL
- basic bathroom
- old towels
Not a good experience specially if you are going as a family.

Standard hotel. Nothing much stood out and the service was pretty much standard (not helpful or friendly). If you're looking to stay here purely for the, it would be highly recommended.

The only th8ng I can say is that it has a strategic location in the heart of the city, the food is very questionable 🤔 not good if you dont eat only halal. If you have a car the park is very limited and I paied 20eu per day for my car. Most locations near by are 10 minute walk ypu dont need a car anyways. The rooms are very outdated stuck in the middle 1950s and pray you dont get a wall window view like I had.

Room was a bit hot. Sleep wasn’t comfortable. Toilet has weird design and very congested. Somehow they hide this in all their photos. So I’m adding. The shower water temperature was unstable. Location is descent. Good stay for budget and short term.

Pretty good hotel at a perfect location! Wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel though.
Rooms were good. Basics were there! And it was nice and clean! Although the fridge didn't work in the room we stayed. Also, almost no daylight in the rooms we stayed.
The pillows were really thick/high. Not really how my partner and I like our pillows. But we opened it up and there were two pillows stuffed in there, so we simply removed one.
There was a leakage in our room. We got another room. Unfortunately it was a smaller room.
There was no long mirror in the room. Personally I always like to see myself from top to toe for outfits and stuff. So that could be an improvement.

Good location for buses to Central 33 and next to the fountains up to Alahmbra and Alcucin. Friendly helpful staff. Basic usual buffet breakfast. Room clean. Nice to have option of a bath.

Good location . Breakfast wasn’t that great . Rooms were nice and tidy . Room was adjacent to lift which was disturbing as getting squeaky noises when moving .
