The location of this hotel is absolutely excellent. It is incredibly central, and you couldn't ask for a better spot to explore the city. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.
The structure itself is very old and poorly maintained. The entire place feels dilapidated and neglected, with many things either broken or in a state of decay. Our room was in bad shape and clearly lacked proper care.
We had a street-facing room located directly above several pubs. If you are a light sleeper, be warned: the windows have very poor soundproofing. You can hear people drinking, laughing, and shouting until the early hours of the morning, which makes it very difficult to rest.
The breakfast is "international" style, but the selection is very limited and quite disappointing.
It is such a shame because the location is truly unbeatable, but the condition of the hotel really lets it down. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you only care about being central and don't mind the noise and the lack of maintenance

We would recommend this hotel to anyone! The location of the hotel (in the middle of the Old Town, surrounded by cafés, restaurants and stores) is fantastic. Also, the superior rooms which offer a view right at Alhambra are wonderful - very spacious, clean and well-equipped. Another pleasant aspecht was that we were able to store our luggage at the hotel after check-out. Not to forget, the staff was friendly & the check-in process very smooth. :-)

Perfectly situated in the city center, this hotel offers a lot of value for the money. The building is somewhat old (and the elevator is really slow) but it's very well maintained, the room was immaculate, and the bed was comfortable. The only negatives were a slightly off-putting smell in the common area and distance from the affiliated parking garage. I will definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful old hotel in the centre of Granada. The entrance and public areas are decorated with the traditional colourful tiles of the region. My room was a small single in the interior of the building. It was basic but very cosy. The bathroom was large and even had a bath. The area is perfect with lots of restaurants and bars and it is just across the road from the cathedral and an easy bus ride or uphill walk to either the Alhambra or the Albaicin area.

The bathtub had grime stuck to it and wasn't properly cleaned. The room on the first floor was dim even during the day, with very little natural light. The only good thing about this place was its location.

The location is superb, near to the restaurant, sight seeing and city center. The price is also affordable, and the receptionist are very helpful and kind.

The staff were helpful, especially the lady who worked there of an evening. The breakfasts were excellent with a wide range to choose from. Our room was clean and comfortable with a great shower. Only thing to be aware of is that rooms on the 4th and5th floors have stairs. The lift only goes to level three.

The hotel is quite old, founded in the 1900s, so the facilities are a bit dated. However, the location is excellent, with all attractions within walking distance. The main cathedral is right across the street, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Since we were given an inner-facing room, it was very quiet. The keys are old-fashioned and quite large.

The small balcony was a nice touch, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was just okay, but the juice was delicious. Overall, it was a pretty good stay. For the National Day holiday, it was quite good value for money. There are many great restaurants nearby, and it's very convenient to get to the airport.

This hotel is reminiscent of what an old world hotel stay would have been like. While it does appear slightly dated, please don't let that deter you. The rooms are impeccably clean and the AC works marvelously! Staff are very kind as well. Normally we don't do hotel breakfast when we travel however, we did this trip and we don't regret it.
There are bars down below although we didn't have trouble sleeping. If you are a light sleeper though, bring earplugs.
If we found ourselves in Granada again, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

We were actually looking for another restaurant with good rank, but unfortunately that one was closed due to public holiday. My companies felt tired and picked this one randomly. That was a wrong choice. The black squid seafood rice was salty and doesn't taste good. The grilled shimp were not well cooked. Three of us all agreed to give this restaurant 2 star, and truly not recommended. Change the star from 2 to 1 finally because this restaurant charge 1.2euro per person for service fee, and they don't have any service at all！！！

If you want to taste the paella and a lot of varieties of spanish rices, is probably the best restaurant in Granada. Good treatment from professional people.
