The hotel is beautiful, with an attractive facade. The pool is very nice. However, several problems in the room. The temperature of the shower in our room could not be regulated and was almost scalding hot: not very pleasant. We had a pretty French window opening onto a beautiful patio, but we couldn't go in because the door was blocked. No toilet brush... the buffet was the worst thing: no choice, and the buffet doesn't really change from day to day. If you stay several nights, you'll be eating pretty much the same thing every night, and with little choice: 2/3 vegetables and one fish only.

Rooms were the only slight let down as me in a family of 4 had the worst shaky bunkbeds next to the two single beds. Service was really good with free breakfast room service and food to order by the huge well kept pool. Location perfect for El Hambre and Grenada central.

I stayed in the hotel 2 nights ,and room was nightmare ,room was next to very busy road ,with big traffic during the day and night ,no available rooms to be changed during my stay.I didn't sleep for 2 nights due to noise from the traffic.In general hotel is average grade ,breakfast and service average grade ,room bad with bad AC ,

Older, but clearly once very beautiful hotel.
Our room was clean. The breakfast area was HUGE and there were many foods to choose from (even gluten free bread and muffins). The area is a little run down, and a little hard to get to with a car, but we managed just fine.

Very poor hotel, far from center, old rooms, basic and unattended. The manger of this hotel doesn't even care about their guests. I wouldn't recommend.

We stayed here one night with the tour group. My room was on the fifth floor, but the window on ground level with tight curtains. Somebody had glued curtain with the tape on the wall. The bathroom was so awful with the hair on the floor. I requested to change the room and they accepted; the new room was on the sixth floor but the it was dirtier than before. There was no soap in the bath. The bed wasn’t made completely. There were lots of spot on the fabric and hair inside the bed. The furniture was so old. I couldn’t sleep well and next morning I couldn’t have breakfast comfortably. Please think again while booking.

READ BEFORE GOING HERE!!! Very rude service, rooms were dirty with hair under the bed covers, we got here at 12 am and finally were in an OKAY room at 3 am because of going through each room to see if there was hair or anything dirty so we could select that room. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and we have been to many places. Please do NOT go here you will be tortured instead of having a fun time and sleeping in just a hotel.

Absolutely the dirtiest hotel I have ever experienced, we have visited Granada last year and 7 other towns and this year Granada was our 4th destination, we have never had a bad experience with a hotel like this one, very old rooms, bad smells everywhere, poor lady at the front desk she had changed our room 5 times they all were the same, hair all over the covers and pillows covers, dirty towels, I would not recommend this experience to anyone, I would never come back to this hotel, they need to change everything to make it as a 4 stars as what they claim, please check them rooms if you had no choice before you book!!!

The air conditioning in the room is not working.The room was very old. The chair cushion will hit a nail if you sit down. No coffee machine. No welcome water. No closet. The bald head is set high and cannot be moved and adjusted. The water is suddenly cold and suddenly hot. 4 stars hotel??
