Prepare to be interrogated and DO bring your passport as an ID card won't do. This is a new law I suppose, however the receptionist isn't too helpful with the process. He doesn't speak good English and has trouble copying words into the system with correct spelling. We were told to reserve on the website and then complete booking at reception, but do be aware the card machine seems to reject contactless payments.
The room itself is pretty good, very thin walls though, we could hear our neighbours gargling like your Balkan father on a Sunday morning.
Didn't bother with the breakfast as the place is actually very close to everything. I'd say the quality reflects the value - it's nothing extraordinary but was enough for 1 night.

The rooms were standard and relatively clean. The service was competent and friendly. The soundproofing is practically non-existent, and given its location next to a busy avenue, I had immense difficulty falling asleep.

We stayed the last weekend of February, from Thursday to Sunday, for room only. We chose it for its location and price, and it was a great choice. Although the hotel has parking, there's one about 50 meters away, where we left our car during our stay, and the metro station is just 100 meters away, in case you need it. The attention and treatment received by the staff was wonderful, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and fairly well-equipped, although with some cosmetic defects, nothing serious. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Average hotel, very central, with a large, clean room and the reception staff super friendly, they inform you about everything. The breakfast is very simple but good. You have the option of taking parking, which is difficult to park in that area. I would recommend it again because of how quiet it is.

Hotel Ana Maria, Granada! We had a great time, centrally located, everything nearby. Everything was clean, and the staff were all very kind! Breakfast was available for a fee; if you wanted a buffet, it was €6 per person. A simple, family atmosphere! We'll be back!

Hotel with no accessibility for people with physical disabilities. My mother, with an 84% disability, had to climb 20 steps with no response or support from the reception staff other than to say that it was what was available. As for breakfast, they don't have any food for people who can't eat gluten or lactose. When we mentioned it at reception for the next day, the response was no, there wasn't any, and that was it. The breakfast "buffet" is for those who arrive as soon as it opens because otherwise, you'll end up eating what's left even though you pay for it. The worst part is that it's not accessible to people with disabilities.

Cleaning and maintenance leaves much to be desired. Unpleasant smell when we entered mixed with air freshener to disguise it. The hard beds almost digging into the springs. At least the sheets and pillowcases were clean. Hot water and bath gel and shampoo assistance are acceptable.
