Well located, great views. But very noisy at night, and beds are not super comfortable. Lots of steps and no lift... Very friendly staff but pretty poor included breakfast, and breakfast only served from 9am, no good if you have early start

Scandalous they canceled my reservation unilateraly during the booking due to the fact the ******* girl didn't like the fact I needed to go to my room quickly. Worst hotel experience ever in my life. Will never go there again. Rude arrogant and totally unacceptable behaviour.

Great place for the price.
Clean, friendly and well located.
Bring ear plugs as the top floor bar is noisy and so isthe street

Affordable and a good central location around 40 mins walk of the Alhambra.
The receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly and spoke good English.
The room (with private bathroom) was clean and well decorated for a hostel and was clean, although the beds and pillows were quite firm and may not suit some people. The "double" bed is just two singles pushed together. There was no air conditioning in our room, but there was a fan provided. Floor tiles were slippery when wet (as with most Spanish bathrooms) so a bath mat would have been welcome addition, but the shower was warm with good pressure.
Free WiFi, although the connection dropped several times.
Roof terrace with bar was a great feature with views of the Alhambra and nearby churches and cathedrals. Really great to have a cafe on the ground floor. If you need to bring a car into the small streets to drop or collect bags, the reception will add your car registration details so you don't incur a fine from the traffic cameras.
Overall a really great experience of relatively cheap accommodation in Granada.

Stayed in dead of summer, no AC (although I swore it said they had AC for double room when I booked (since been removed), I did get a room with two twin beds together...they had a fan. Hot air rises, and I had to climb 3 flights of stairs...it was brutal. Location is decent, but way too noisy at night. No soap in washroom, nor floor mats so that seemed like an oversight. I did think of leaving, but didn't have the energy in 40 degree weather to argue. If you're going to stay, make it short. Staff is nice.

Dirty toilets. Thin windows which were letting in a lot of street sound in the rooms. Not very cozy rooms. You can find better hostels than this for this price. The breakfast didnt impress at all.

Really affordable and good price for this neighbourhood, it's in the middle of the center.

But the rooms are a bit rough and not very pretty. Also some rooms share bathrooms and there are not that many.

But it has a terrace with amazing view.

I can totally recommend it for short stays with low budget and basic expectations

Shared Bathrooms have no Soap/Desinfections and they are missing some stuff like toiletpaper-holders, etc.
Thats not expensive and I dont know why they are not buying some.

The Terrace is dirty and full of rests of food. But still a nice view.

The double Bed room where we stayed would have needed some darker curtains because it got soooo hot during the day!

Breakfast for 2€ is fine!

But still... They could put just a liiiitlle bit of effort into the hotel and it would be a really cool place. But right now.. Too much is missing.

Nice hostel; although lacks air conditioning in the building, if you want to get a good sleep, don't book here... also they offer no flexibility to booking no matter the circumstance, they will keep your money.

EDIT: The air condition is a problem after spending a night in your room, having a none flexible/refundable tariff, is your choice, but not friendly to the consumer, my review remains.

Good price and good location. There were too few bathrooms though and they weren't taken care of that well. The breakfast that you can buy is basic but very cheap. Good service

We had a delicious and pleasant family outdoor dinner - tapas and seafood, and fine wine. The staff are very pleasant and responsive. Highly recommended.

Loved this place. Great ambience, great service, and great food.

As expected, we enjoyed the paella. Lamb chops were also surprisingly good.
