U-Sense Granada Centro in Granada

We had a good room on the fourth floor with a great view of the city. The balconies were Juliet style.
The location is amazing and we were easily able to access the city. We walked to The Alhambra which was steep but doable.
The bed was very comfortable and the shower good.
The breakfast was simple but everything that we needed.
The only downside for us was the internal noise from people going up and down the stairs at night (the stairs are tiled and therefore noisy) and external noise from the street. The rooms are advertised as sound proof but if you are a light sleeper this probably isn't the place for you.

Great stay and walkable!
We loved U Sense Granada! It was in a fantastic location! We were able to walk everywhere and see everything! Great restaurants and bars all around! Great and helpful staff!

The property is in a great location and has a beautiful rooftop terrace. The room was spotless and well cared for. It was the perfect location to explore the city. However, noise coming from other rooms is an issue. We were able to hear every movement of our neighbours but this wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, we loved this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Great stay, comfortable bed and peaceful sleep. The man at reception was particularly friendly and helpful. One tiny aspect I would change is not have the air freshener in the rooms (something more organic would be better). Thank you for all, I'll be back!

Rooms are sparse, but comfortable. A fridge in the room would have been nice. The view from the terrace is outstanding. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Really great place to stay.

The hotel is in a good location close to many things within walking distance. The Alhambra is a good 30 to 40 min walk, but you can take the bus or an Uber if you don't want to walk.

The staff is nice, friendly, attentive and happy to answer any questions. The same goes to the staff taking care of the buffet breakfast in the mornings, since it was very tasty and the options good. Convenient and worth it.

The room is comfortable but with some signs of being a bit run down. The bathroom was basic, linens ok, the AC unit worked and the TV was okay. It was room and housekeeping did a good job, but keep an eye on the wear and tear.

The little balcony has gorgeous views of the cathedral and the Alhambra. It is a must to go once, to sit and enjoy the view or just to take a picture!

Overall, it was a comfortable stay at a good value.

A lovely hotel. Excellent staff very friendly. Immaculately clean. We had a the most comfortable bed. The room was everything we wanted. A really good choice for breakfast There is a roof terrace which was great to sit have a coffee, and look over the sqare with a view of the alhambra and the top part of the cathedral
The hotel is perfectly placed to explore as you are not far from anywhere. Plenty of places to eat. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Me and my wife stayed in this cosy hotel in center of Grenada for two nights, frendly and helpful staff, clean room and great view. Breakfast was very good. If we would come back , we will stay there. Thank you for everything, Jónas from Iceland

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's right in the center of Granada. You can go to restaurants within a 10-minute walk. I recommend a noodle restaurant called Jingjing, which is opened by Xi'an people. It's delicious and affordable. It comforts me these days. Chinese stomach.

But the shortcomings must be mentioned:! ! ! When I booked a room, there was only a family room, so I booked a family room. I walked through the red corridor and came to the end room on this floor of the hotel. The family room is two rooms packaged into a family room set. There are many blind spots. Scary. At night, I couldn't control the situation in the other room at all, and I would have random thoughts. Ventilation and the like are not very good. I won’t dare to stay here next time.

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Old Grenada. Without exception the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were good. Great views from the terrace. Buffet breakfast was 1st class. Based on our experience we couldn't speak more highly about the hotel, location and staff. Highly recommended.
