The locations was perfect for exploring Granada (10 min walk to the bus, which takes you straight into the city and the main attractions)

I was particularly impressed with the quality of the room service food: very tasty and healthy. The breakfast could use a few improvements though, but this is not a dealbreaker

It was easy to find parking on the street as well, although the hotel offers parking for 7 euros per day in their own parking

The room is bright and has the essentials (but neither a safe nor a fridge) and the heating (for a winter visit) is outstanding. Early check-in is good value and bags can be left at reception

Ibis staff tend to be young, enthusiastic and helpful. The breakfast is good value and plentiful - but the area is too small at peak times so it is not relaxing

Clean room, nice personnel, good location.

Everything was very clean. My room was non-smoking, but when Golia entered, it was clear they were smoking. Otherwise, the buffet was excellent, the service was great, and the location was 20 minutes from the center.

Very close to the centre of town and Alhambra. The breakfast buffet was delicious and probably the highlight of our stay. Would highly recommend this place, thank you Los Angeles!!

The hotel and services are very nice. Public areas are beautiful. Our room was a litt disappointing, but was ok. It is about a 30 minute walk from downtown.

They provide kettle and mini fridge in each room, although they also have coffee station and infused water by the lobby. Bfast selection was good but we only ate there one time on our last day

Spent a night there, good choice, walkable distance to city centre, for parking you can use near underground garage for 10 EUR a day (if you pay through parking web sites)

It’s quite close to the center, around 10-15 mins walk, but it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Staffs were polite and attentive, we didn’t have any issue

It’s worth every penny and we will definitely stay here again next time

Our room was situated into inner courtyard (seems that hotel is made from more buildings), so don’t expect some city view 🙂 but room was clean, a bit smaller shower, but reasonable

Friendly staff, clean room, tea and coffee in the room. Mini fridge for beverages. Would come again definitely. One minor thing: the bed frame was squeaky.

Located in the heart of the old town, with a bus stop right outside, the bedding and toiletries are top-notch. Both the rooms and bathrooms have small balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows with street views

The hotel is very well located in the city center. The personnel is very helpful and kind. Our room was big enough for 3 and very clean

The room has a great location, within walking distance of the Alhambra Palace and the city center. The decor is relatively new, and I highly recommend this hotel when traveling to Granada!

The only remark is about the window blinds that were broken and impossible to manage

We got a less-than-ideal room right behind the restaurant. The hotel looks better in the photos. There's paid parking nearby.

The air conditioning wasn't very warm, so I caught a bit of a cold

Walked to everywhere except going up to Alhambra (just because I wanted to skip the uphill climb - but I walked down)

Be warned that the pictures showing a balcony to your room may refer to an inner balcony, not necessarily one that has an external view. Not something u might want to open for privacy reasons

I had no plans, but they gave me detailed information about the tourist spots, and they also searched for tickets to the Alhambra and helped me buy the last one, which made for a great trip

Hotel staff were very friendly and the front desk readily offers help. Location quite good- its at the foot of the Albaicin area yet just 2-3 minutes from Gran Via (Granada’s main street)

The reception staff were kind and friendly. They were happy to help us store our luggage after check-out. The room facilities were also fine. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Clean and cozy. Buffet breakfast. Maybe a mini-fridge, hairdryer, and a towel rack in the bathroom would be nice. 😉☺️

A pleasant hotel for a 1 or 2-night stay. It's clean and reasonably priced, although the rooms are somewhat small and the bathroom isn't very well-separated from the room. There's also parking nearby.

Super close to the center of the city, this hotel is really quiet, family environment, very yummy breakfast buffet, terrace, and little pool. The people who had in the entrence were amazing. I hope I'll be back

The hotel was nicely located and we had nice beds in the room. Very easy to explore the city from the hotel. The service was good and we appreciated the AC. Good hotel and restful stay.

Although i had a list of my own its always nice to get input from those who live in the area. Good sound proofing windows as the hotel is just off the highway

We lost our power adapters, and they immediately offered us a couple to use. When we weren’t entirely sure about the room we had booked, they kindly showed us another option without hesitation

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay to see the Alhambra, and the location is great. Despite being a three-star hotel, it's incredibly clean. I highly recommend it.

On our last day, they even held our luggage after checkout while we waited for our train. Outstanding service from start to finish

This hotel is right next to Granada Cathedral, just a few minutes' walk from the bus stop, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly

Since we arrived around 10 AM, we were told there were no clean rooms available and we wouldn't be able to check in until 2 PM. Fortunately, they could leave our luggage in one room and lock it, which was very reliable

The location is excellent; the shopping street is right outside.

Location very nice. You can find everything around the hotel. Rooms are big but no all of them have a view to the inside patio. Bathroom is huge.

Built in the 16th century, it has a charm that evokes Spain's colonial days. this hotel would not be out of place in Oaxaca, for example. The rooms surround a central courtyard with a small fountain

The location is excellent, nestled in an alley next to the City Hall. The most famous shopping street is right outside, and there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel

On a famous lane full of nice restaurants. Very convenient to going around to all the interesting view points. One bus from airport and one tram to train station

We picked this hotel for it's proximity to the Alhambra complex and truly we needed less than 5 minutes to walk to Generalife (the main ticket pavilion). At 8:30am we had the Jardin all to ourselves

So it is convenient for getting to the Alhambra’s front gate, but not very convenient otherwise. Depending on the time of day, it might be hard to get something to eat in that area

It was easy enough to get a taxi or a bus to take you into town and back, though. The room had a great big bed, AC worked well. The toilet took getting used to

Nice bathtub and excellent location. Elevator was under repair but they offered to bring up my bags and it was only two floors so no problem

Located at the center of Granada, it is located right at the heart of the city, within a few minutes walk to business, restaurants, bars and transportation!!

It was nice, clean, and situated in a fantastic location right in the heart of Granada’s old town. Being steps away from everything made the stay incredibly convenient for exploring the city

The breakfast is "international" style, but the selection is very limited and quite disappointing. It is such a shame because the location is truly unbeatable, but the condition of the hotel really lets it down

We would recommend this hotel to anyone! The location of the hotel (in the middle of the Old Town, surrounded by cafés, restaurants and stores) is fantastic

We had a street-facing room located directly above several pubs. If you are a light sleeper, be warned: the windows have very poor soundproofing

You can hear people drinking, laughing, and shouting until the early hours of the morning, which makes it very difficult to rest

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful, including a sit down introduction where we were informed about sights and restaurants, buses, etc

Within the hotel is a nice interior courtyard. The rooms are adequately sized. Ours was bigger, since we, a coupe, took the triple room. The beds were comfortably firm. We found our a/c to be a bit weak

Very helpful receptionist which provided us information about the city. The view was also superb looking over the plaza, with a very European style balcony, and a very nice lift

Great value hotel that’s well placed for the Alhambra and central city. We had a comfortable room facing the plaza. The bathroom was fine, with a decent shower. A comfortable stay.

USB charger beside an outlet was also broken, it never worked. It wasn't a good experience with that price

The courtyard was beautiful and cozy, a perfect place to unwind after exploring Granada As a small suggestion, it would be helpful to have a mop in the bathroom since the terracotta floor takes time to dry after a shower

A charming, warm, well maintained nook on the inside, so don't be alarmed by the street view. Cold AC, everything is clean, nice court yard to hang in with 9€ bottles of wine at the front desk. Very good for the price!

What we appreciated most was the thoughtful attention to small details — an extra heater in the room, another in the bathroom, and the warm hospitality of the staff

I particularly liked the fact that all around the building there are references to Spanish and Andalucian culture. The hosts had provided a generous selection of food and drink to start me off

The kitchen had everything you could need, there was a TV with lots of channels, there were really nice toiletries supplied and plenty of very soft towels. The bed was so comfortable - we slept wonderfully

They even walked with me to the railway station on the day I left as there was a festival taking place in the city and finding a taxi would have been impossible. I thought that was just so kind

The electronic locks on the apartment doors meant we didn't need to worry about forgetting our keys, which was great for us. The apartment itself was really well equipped

The building is beautiful, a couple of minutes from the Plaza Nueva, and my apartment was simply wonderful - spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished and equipped

Fantastic apartment in the city centre right next door to the Cathedral. The apartment is modern, meticulously clean and all facilities high spec more than we needed for an overnight stay but perfect for a city break

The installations are in good condition, lifts, stairs, tv room, toilets. There is luggage service after you return the key. The value for the money is much better than in other places in Granada

If I come back to Granada, I will stay here again. Need to walk 20 minutes to the main attractions but for me it is not a problem. It is a good place to rest because it is quiet at night

Everything was great, the reception staff were lovely and friendly. The room was simple and had everything you needed for the price, and it was in a very good location

The only thing was that it didn't have a fan or air conditioning, but the room had a pleasant temperature in general, although it was a bit hot at times

Breakfast was OK but plenty of local paces to have breakfast as option. Parking was a hassle as the lot they were associated with was full. Front desk recommended a place about a 15 min walk away that was fine

It was easy to walk to absolutely everything we wanted to do in the city (including Alhambra, Albaicín, Sacromonte, the cathedral, and the train station). Also close by to some great bars and restaurants

Located in the centre of Granada, this is a quaint hotel full of character. It is close to many sites and nice restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was more than adequate

It was a little chilly at night, but that may just be because it was quite cold in Granada when we were there. Service: The service was friendly and helpful

We didn't opt for the breakfast but the dining area looked cute. Overall we had an excellent stay and would happily stay again
