Stayed for a few days, ideal location, views across to the Alhambra. Nice walk down into the City, useful bus stop right outside for the way back! Very friendly, helpful staff with clean rooms and decent food.
We picked this hotel for it's proximity to the Alhambra complex and truly we needed less than 5 minutes to walk to Generalife (the main ticket pavilion). At 8:30am we had the Jardin all to ourselves
* Very friendly & helpful hotel staff * Hotel room was spacious & clean * Very good breakfast * Perfect location in front of the Alhambra, bus stop to the city center at 100m (1.6€ on way, every 10min)
So it is convenient for getting to the Alhambra’s front gate, but not very convenient otherwise. Depending on the time of day, it might be hard to get something to eat in that area
It was easy enough to get a taxi or a bus to take you into town and back, though. The room had a great big bed, AC worked well. The toilet took getting used to
Nice bathtub and excellent location. Elevator was under repair but they offered to bring up my bags and it was only two floors so no problem

Lovely hotel in the centre of Granada. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are all very friendly and helpful, price was reasonable and the location is perfect in the heart of the city's historical centre
Located at the center of Granada, it is located right at the heart of the city, within a few minutes walk to business, restaurants, bars and transportation!!
It was nice, clean, and situated in a fantastic location right in the heart of Granada’s old town. Being steps away from everything made the stay incredibly convenient for exploring the city
The location is very perfect, everything is here. The service is good, but the amenities should be improved. Overall, I still recommend staying here if u travel in Granada
The hotel’s location is absolutely amazing — very clean, nice, and comfortable. The reception was also very friendly, especially José. Thank you so much.
I spent half a day enjoying there, be sure to book the ticket weeks in advance for u get the period of time u want

It is located relatively close to the city center. The cleaning of the room is neat and the chambermaids are a real charm and professionals of 10. The only drawback that I would put is that a larger rest area is missing
Everything was fine. Very large bed, cafeteria for dinner, close to an area with services, staff were average, not particularly friendly.
This fantastic place to stay in Seville made our trip truly memorable! It’s conveniently located near the heart of the city, and the staff is incredibly professional and friendly
Everything was great! Very clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended! 🎉🌹💯❤️🎊🎂
The rooms are beautifully designed with a special ambiance, spacious, clean, and the beds are incredibly cozy
Stayed at this hotel for 2 days. It is a clean hotel with walkable distance from shops/restaurants and friendly staff. Provides a wide range of items for breakfast.

A charming hotel in a beautiful old building that has been lovingly restored. White internal decor works really well. Greqt location on a street with many restaurant choices
There is not a lot the hotel can do about that though. Staff super friendly and helpful! Small and yet very comfy and lovely home like feeling
Whilst tucked away it is only a short walk into mainstream Granada
Enjoyed our two-day stay in a Superior Double Room. Spacious and elegant. Parking 5 minutes away in parkade on Angel Ganivet (very tight). Helpful front desk staff.
The air conditioning wasn't turned on for the season yet, and our rooms got warm but it was loud with the windows open
It was quiet with the windows closed, but if you'll want them open ask for a room not on the street side

Very helpful receptionist which provided us information about the city. The view was also superb looking over the plaza, with a very European style balcony, and a very nice lift
everything nice, location, facilities, staffs……i love the city view. can stand at the balcony.
Great value hotel that’s well placed for the Alhambra and central city. We had a comfortable room facing the plaza. The bathroom was fine, with a decent shower. A comfortable stay.
USB charger beside an outlet was also broken, it never worked. It wasn't a good experience with that price
Front desk receptionists should be more friendly with smiles and brush up their English a little more
As the customer opinion the service overall good.

Really modern hotel near the train station. Room was lovely and the staff were great. offered us a breakfast picnic because we we're leaving before breakfast! Lovely gastropub with good selection of affordable cocktails
Located near granada rail station. You have to carry your bag up the stairs to the recepcionist. Spent 3 night the breakfast menu was always the same. There is something weird come from that crack
The hotel was basic but well located close to the long-distance train station, right outside a bus stop that would take you straight into the historic centre, and not far from the Metro either
This hotel was vert close to the train station and very reasonably priced. They had all the facilities we needed, a restaurant with great service and helpful staff
Reception staff were exceptional and helped me print rickets as well. Would highly recommend this hotel if you're travelling to/from the station in granada
The staff were very friendly although the hotel was a little run down in appearance

Extremely clean, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were all incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk from the Alhambra!
Lovely hotel right next to the Alhambra, they gave us a free bottle of wine for booking the suite, very reasonable price for how beautiful the hotel was, would recommend
While there is a pool, I found the water freezing cold. That's probably as good a summary as I can offer, all the right moves not quite perfect execution
Good service and hospitality, enjoy good moment there , appreciate
This hotel is up on the hill, which makes going out for meals inconvenient. There's also a tiny pool; I went up to look at the stars from there, but it was nothing special
We had a great experience and thanks for all staff. We went to one year old baby and it was very easy to go Alhambra. Thanks to staff we were very comfortable with our baby. We will come back soon.

Stayed here for 2 nights in August. Hotel is lovely, the staff were lovely. The pool was decent, there was lots of flys around there which was annoying, but not the hotels fault. The room was spacious and clean
Our curiosity about Granada's traditional hotspots and noteworthy attractions led us to him, and within an astonishingly brief span of 5 minutes, he crafted a tailored compendium of must-visit locales and culinary delights
The hotel charges for parking but we just parked on the street outside for free and there was plenty of space. The only downside is, it's pretty much in the middle of nowhere on what appeared to be an industrial estate
We had breakfast here one morning, which was decent dlr the cost! I would probably stay here again on our travels around Spain, for the cost it was excellent value for money!
So I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to be close to the center
if this hotel was advertised as 2 or 3 star, and we did not pay €170 per night this would all have been acceptable, lucky us for only booking 1 night prior to going to the airport

Having traveled to over a dozen cities in Europe and booked hotels of similar caliber, I absolutely have to come back and rave about this hotel in Granada! The staff at the front desk, both male and female, provided excellent service
A big part of the reason we stay at NH hotels is for the delicious breakfasts. The Victoria’s breakfast was excellent and Maria greeted us promptly each morning and remembered our coffee orders
Exceptional location right in the city center. The airport bus stop is just 50 meters away. It's worth reserving a room facing the main street. Good breakfast and the staff are charming.
The location was great, and the inside was clean. The only minor issue was that the elevator was out of order a few times, but it was still a good stay. Clean, neat, and decent overall.
To our surprise, they managed to arrange a clean room for us by just past 8 AM, which we really appreciated! It provided the perfect resting place for two weary travelers
There was a mix-up over servicing our room one day, but it was quickly corrected after I informed the front desk. The location is very convenient to the city center

My husband and I I just spent 3 nights at this property. Amazing from check-in to check-out! Everyone made us feel really special! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and spacious
My mother & I had a lovely stay at the Palacio de Los Patos. The hotel property is gorgeous and very well maintained. All members of staff were incredibly friendly and helpful
We had an issue with our first room due to noise from the door below, but the team efficiently moved us to a new room and apologized with a bottle of cava - which was very generous & well received
They even offer a turn-down service at night and put those oh so delicious chocolates on your bed, so make sure when you leave your room for the evening to not to leave the no disturb sign on
The breakfast buffet has something for everyone, with a separate eggs to order to your liking menu. Location is superb, not even a 10 min walk to the center of town
Great place to stay. Located conveniently. The room was amazing. Breakfast top notch. Staff amazing. Car parking valet amazing. Cannot go wrong here!!

Clean and cozy. Buffet breakfast. Maybe a mini-fridge, hairdryer, and a towel rack in the bathroom would be nice. 😉☺️
A pleasant hotel for a 1 or 2-night stay. It's clean and reasonably priced, although the rooms are somewhat small and the bathroom isn't very well-separated from the room. There's also parking nearby.
Super close to the center of the city, this hotel is really quiet, family environment, very yummy breakfast buffet, terrace, and little pool. The people who had in the entrence were amazing. I hope I'll be back
The hotel was nicely located and we had nice beds in the room. Very easy to explore the city from the hotel. The service was good and we appreciated the AC. Good hotel and restful stay.
Staff really friendly. Rooms clean. Pool small but clean and fine for a dip. It 42 degs outside. Hotel cool and relaxing. Excellent!
Although i had a list of my own its always nice to get input from those who live in the area. Good sound proofing windows as the hotel is just off the highway

Built in the 16th century, it has a charm that evokes Spain's colonial days. this hotel would not be out of place in Oaxaca, for example. The rooms surround a central courtyard with a small fountain
The staff were very helpful! The room was a little small, but the facilities were unique and interesting! The location was good and they were able to store my luggage for me!
The location is excellent, nestled in an alley next to the City Hall. The most famous shopping street is right outside, and there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel
Our room was very comfortable, with a modern bathroom, and was well priced. There are a dozen restaurants on the same street as the hotel. Hotel is no more than a 30-minute walk to the major sites
On a famous lane full of nice restaurants. Very convenient to going around to all the interesting view points. One bus from airport and one tram to train station
The location is great, with many restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and the rooms are good value for money.

Compare to Madrid, I have a great memory in granada. May be the location isn’t the best but there is bus stop at the entrance and cathedral is within walking distance. supermarket is just opposite the hotel
Yesterday, Sunday 29th December, with the dining room full, there was only one girl and poor thing, she couldn't keep up. thanks to her colleague at reception who was busy clearing tables etc
Great location, really friendly staff, lovely hotel entrance and nice rooms.
Sincerely recommend this hotel, its really clean and everything is just fine. There is a tv to watch u tube, a small balcony facing to the street. Staff is helpful and friendly

Also, the superior rooms which offer a view right at Alhambra are wonderful - very spacious, clean and well-equipped. Another pleasant aspecht was that we were able to store our luggage at the hotel after check-out
The staff were helpful, especially the lady who worked there of an evening. The breakfasts were excellent with a wide range to choose from. Our room was clean and comfortable with a great shower
The breakfast is "international" style, but the selection is very limited and quite disappointing. It is such a shame because the location is truly unbeatable, but the condition of the hotel really lets it down
We would recommend this hotel to anyone! The location of the hotel (in the middle of the Old Town, surrounded by cafés, restaurants and stores) is fantastic
We had a street-facing room located directly above several pubs. If you are a light sleeper, be warned: the windows have very poor soundproofing
You can hear people drinking, laughing, and shouting until the early hours of the morning, which makes it very difficult to rest

Located in the heart of the old town, with a bus stop right outside, the bedding and toiletries are top-notch. Both the rooms and bathrooms have small balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows with street views
The hotel is very well located in the city center. The personnel is very helpful and kind. Our room was big enough for 3 and very clean
The room has a great location, within walking distance of the Alhambra Palace and the city center. The decor is relatively new, and I highly recommend this hotel when traveling to Granada!
The only remark is about the window blinds that were broken and impossible to manage
We got a less-than-ideal room right behind the restaurant. The hotel looks better in the photos. There's paid parking nearby.

I particularly liked the fact that all around the building there are references to Spanish and Andalucian culture. The hosts had provided a generous selection of food and drink to start me off
The kitchen had everything you could need, there was a TV with lots of channels, there were really nice toiletries supplied and plenty of very soft towels. The bed was so comfortable - we slept wonderfully
They even walked with me to the railway station on the day I left as there was a festival taking place in the city and finding a taxi would have been impossible. I thought that was just so kind
We stayed here in November over a weekend are were incredibly impressed. The location is perfect for exploring Grenada - you're right in the middle of old town and an easy walk to everything
The electronic locks on the apartment doors meant we didn't need to worry about forgetting our keys, which was great for us. The apartment itself was really well equipped

Nice old building with beautiful interiors. Small terrace with tiny (but still) swimming pool. It has nice second terrace on the rooftop with amazing view on the Alhambra
The pool wasn't available as it was not a summer season. Great view of Alhambra!
The house is old, but very clean. It has a small swimming pool, which is a great experience. It's a very quiet and private experience. The breakfast is not available, which is not very convenient
Loved this place. Felt like home. Very nice patio to have your coffee, bathroom was great, shower was ao powerful. The mini fridge was great to stire a few yummy tomatoes and jamon for snacks.
Luisa was waiting for us to arrive to explain everything in detail, both inside and outside the property, where to eat, what to see
Our room, the Comares suite, was wonderful: a comfortable bed, a huge marble bathroom, and a small but pleasant patio where you could chat outdoors

Fantastic apartment in the city centre right next door to the Cathedral. The apartment is modern, meticulously clean and all facilities high spec more than we needed for an overnight stay but perfect for a city break
I would have loved to have stayed longer. The staff were fabulous an their English excellent. They were so helpful and accommodating, gave us a map, advised us where everything was and how to access public transport
Excellent apartment in the heart of granada. Very clean modern with everything needed. The staff are very helpful with places to eat etc and leaving cases. Perfect for visiting all the attractions of granada
One of the best places I've ever stayed and I am EXTREMELY fussy. I would definitely recommend the service parking, it alleviated a lot of stress
Wonderful location immediately close to the cathedral. The apartment is new, clean and very nice. We had a wonderful stay

The only thing is that there was a strange loud sound coming from the vent every 5 or so minutes, which should be checked out. We opened the balcony door a little during the night, which made it stop
Great value I stayed in a single room with a single bed. The room was very small but the fantastic value , comfortable bed. Quiet and right in the middle of town. Only costing slightly more than a hostel room
(The wallet turned up, thank God!) The room faced Plaza del Carmen but was still very quiet at night. Bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for the shower, too
If you're traveling by car, it's a bit more complicated because there's no parking nearby; you'll have to use public parking lots, which aren't very close and are quite expensive
But the standout moment was when I misplaced my wallet in my room and the cleaning lady kindly spent at least 20 minutes of her valuable time helping me look for it
Perfect location with helpful and friendly staff. You can walk anywhere in the city center and bus stop for the Alhambra. The room was cleaned daily.
