The hotel room was not at all what was advertised on booking.com. We came to the hotel after a long days travel to find out it’s not what was promised. The room was quite dated, bed was very basic and not comfortable and everything looked old.
The receptionist was very helpful but no refund was given for the two nights we didn’t stay there.
Anyways, be careful when you book here!

A fancy old european hotel located near a really old district in Granada. The room is spacious enough and the bathroom is fancy. Everything is clean though they are old but well-maintained. It is not very near to bus stop and need some walking.

The hotel is a bit dated; they gave me a quadruple room, which is a bit odd. Although it could use a refresh, the hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of the city center.

Booked through booking.com and came to find completely different looking rooms from what wad advertised. The bathroom floor was dirty, bed wasn't fully made, walls weren't painted. Not a bad place if you're in a pinch, but if you're looking for a nice place to stay this is definitely below standard.

Disappointing room, laminate flooring needed attention, shower flooring badly water marked. Room just very tired and needs attention overall. Staff and location excellent. Communal areas very clean

Hotel staff were very friendly and the front desk readily offers help. Location quite good- its at the foot of the Albaicin area yet just 2-3 minutes from Gran Via (Granada’s main street). Walked to everywhere except going up to Alhambra (just because I wanted to skip the uphill climb - but I walked down). Be warned that the pictures showing a balcony to your room may refer to an inner balcony, not necessarily one that has an external view. Not something u might want to open for privacy reasons.
