Great place to stay in Granada if visiting by car. Close to the ring road with cheap parking (& often free street parking available). Quite a distance from the city centre but a taxi costs less than parking in the centre and there are buses.
The room is bright and has the essentials (but neither a safe nor a fridge) and the heating (for a winter visit) is outstanding. Early check-in is good value and bags can be left at reception.
Ibis staff tend to be young, enthusiastic and helpful.
The breakfast is good value and plentiful - but the area is too small at peak times so it is not relaxing.

The locations was perfect for exploring Granada (10 min walk to the bus, which takes you straight into the city and the main attractions). It was easy to find parking on the street as well, although the hotel offers parking for 7 euros per day in their own parking. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the room service food: very tasty and healthy. The breakfast could use a few improvements though, but this is not a dealbreaker.

The hotel presents an average experience overall. While the service is acceptable, the room lacks some essential amenities, such as a mini-fridge and complimentary water or coffee. Furthermore, the restroom is missing basic toiletries.

Great for what we needed and exactly what you would expect. Good price and clean.
Restaurant food at night wasn't the best. The fish was littered with bones and the pasta portion was small for the money.
Staff are nice. Maybe the TV could incorporate a few more English language channels as you are a,tourist international hotel.

As the saying goes, it's an Ibis, so you get exactly what you pay for. The room was perfectly fine for a short stay—it was clean, though a bit on the small side. My main issue was the strong cigarette smell coming from the bathroom, which was really annoying. The staff experience was a bit weird; some were lovely and super welcoming, but others seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else. I skipped the breakfast, and I'm pretty sure that was a good call. It's a place to crash for the night, but don't expect anything more.

People, this hotel is so nice. What really makes it is the hard working staff. Nothing was of trouble to them. They happily did what they could to help and I am grateful. I will happily return.
The breakfast was surprisingly good. Eggs were available including spanish omelette, also there was cereal, different teas, coffee machine and importantly Lactose free milk. Like is this really one star?? Lemon water drink available throughout the day after breakfast also which is nice to rehydrate. Plenty of free street parking nearby also.
I also liked the outdoor seating area including the eco area. Very relaxing to sit and smoke or just pass some time with a drink.

We spent three nights at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, starting with the information on how to get from the airport to the Hotel. They gave us useful insider information about places to eat and how to visit like a local. *5 stars to the staff!*
